Nun bleibt mal ruhig es bringt doch nix wenn wir uns hier alle gegenseitig zerfleischen. Wir sind keine Feinde . Im Gegenteil wir sitzen alle im selben Boot, wir nutzen hier bei Ariva das Forum um Informationen nund Tipps auszutauschen damit wir alle Geld verdienen sollten wir also zusammen halten und jedem seine eigene Meinung lassen aber dabei sollten wir objektiv bleiben und uns nicht von Emotionen zu sehr leiten lassen.

Oli hat recht wenn er meint das Forsys ein guter Wert ist und er noch weiter steigt.
Auch polo hat nicht unrecht wenn er in bischen auf die Bremse tritt. Immer hin haben wir alle schon sehr viel Geld mit Forsys verdient und sollten auch nicht schon wieder vergessen was vor 2 Wochen passiert ist , denn es kann jederzeit wieder passieren das selbst eine so gute Aktie wie Forsys mal wieder ins rutschen kommt.

Meine Meinung ist das wir zumindest bis Morgen Mittag einen weiteren schönen Kursanstieg sehen werden . Ich selber werde mir dann aber meine Gewinne nicht mehr nehmen lassen. Ohne Frage hat Forsys noch eine Menge Potential und ich denke auch wir werden noch über 15 CAD gehen . Aber m.M nach nicht in einem Zug . Also warum sollte man nicht seine Gewinne mal mitnehmen und nach einer Konso. wieder einsteigen !?

Jeder sollte einfach machen was er für richtig hält und den anderen ihre Meinung lassen.

Ja,wenn man Forsys charttechnisch sieht,ist die obere  Widerstandslinie von 5,75€ nach oben durchbrochen worden,sodaß ein  weiterer  Anstieg erfolgen muß.

Sonst wäre der Kurs genau an dieser Grenze  nach unten abgeprallt.

Ich habe das so häufig gesehen,auch bei Allianz,daß nach vorausgegangen Rücksetzern ,die dann anfangen zu steigen,davon ausgegangen wird,daß der Kurs das nicht mehr schafft,den oberen Widerstand zu überwinden.Allianz  hat das häufig geschafft.

Ich rede nicht von dem Mini Crash,der alles runtergerissen hat bis auf ein paar Explorer-Werte.Aber diese Panikstimmung hat sich überall verbreitet und es ist doch viel schöner,wenn die Wirtschaft wieder läuft.

Toronto, Ontario, Kanada. Forsys Metals Corp. (Frankfurt WKN: A0ETPA, TSX.V: FSY) gibt bekannt, dass es den restlichen 10-%-Anteil an Tsumeb Exploration Company Limited (TECO) erworben hat. TECO ist der registrierte Eigentümer der Lizenz ERL 1496, die die Valencia-Uran-Lagerstätte umfasst. Siehe hierzu auch die Pressemitteilung vom 12. Dezember 2006.

Gemäß dem Aktienkaufvertrag vom 12. Dezember 2006 hat das Unternehmen die restlichen 10 % an TECO von Vestment Securities Ltd. erworben. Forsys besitzt nun vollständig die Valencia-Uran-Lagerstätte.

Als Gegenleistung hat das Unternehmen 2 Mio. CAD gezahlt und insgesamt 3 Mio. eigene Stammaktien und 3 Mio. Stammaktienkaufoptionen ausgegeben. Jede Option berechtigt den Inhaber eine Stammaktie am Unternehmen für 3,50 $ zu erwerben bis zum 14. März 2009 oder bis zu 60 Tagen nachdem das Unternehmen die Eigentümer der Optionen darüber benachrichtigt hat, dass der Schlusskurs der Stammaktien des Unternehmens an der Toronto Stock Exchange oder einer anderen Börsen 5,50 $ in 20 aufeinander folgenden Handelstagen überschreitet, je nachdem, was zuerst eintritt. Außerdem hat das Unternehmen insgesamt 300.000 Stammaktien einem unabhängigen Dritten als Vermittlungsentgelt gegeben. Die Stammaktien, die gemäß diesem Vertrag ausgegeben werden, unterliegen einem viermonatigen Handelsverbot bis zum 15. Juli 2007.

Mit einer soliden Bilanzsumme von mehr als 53 Mio. $ arbeitet Forsys weiter daran, den Wert für Aktionäre zu erhöhen, durch die Entwicklung der Valencia-Uran-Lagerstätte hin zur Produktion und durch die Exploration mehrerer Uran-Projekte in Namibia.

das wäre schön wenn immer nur Fakten zählen würden. Aber leider ist die Börse nachweislich zu 80% über emotionale Werte gelenkt. Sonst wäre Forsys vor 2 Wochen auch nicht unter 4,50 gerutscht...leider. Ich glaube es wäre uns allen lieber wenn nur die Fakten zählen würden dann wären wir hier schon bei 8 Euro.  

Kurz-bis mittelfristig lässt sich der Kurs emotional lenken. Langfristig zählen nur die Fakten.

Is it springtime euphoria or March Madness? History is being made every few weeks in the uranium pricing market. Friday’s announcement by TradeTech’s Nuclear Market Review magazine, raising the weekly spot uranium price to US$95/pound demonstrates another milestone. Soon, it won’t matter whether comparisons are made in constant U.S. dollars or inflation-adjusted currency.

This past week, three transactions were reported by NMR editor Treva Klingbiel for less than one million pounds U3O8 equivalent. Two transactions of 650 thousand pounds U3O8 equivalent contained in UF6 and one for less than 300 thousand pounds of U3O8 were completed in the past week. Material was sold for immediate and June deliveries.

“Seven buyers continue to seek over three million pounds,” according to Treva Klingbiel She added that several additional utilities have begun making preliminary inquiries about future purchases. “Buyers remain willing to pay higher prices,” Klingbiel wrote.

Perhaps higher uranium pricing prompted the transaction between Exelon (NYSE: EXC) and UrAsia Energy (TSX: UUU), announced this past week for 2.5 million pounds of U3O8 to be delivered to the Illinois-based utility between 2009 and 2013. The uranium will be mined at UrAsia’s Akdala and South Inkai in situ recovery operations in Kazakhstan.

NMR announced another 100 thousand pounds will be offered for sale in a sealed-bid auction next week with delivery in April. While the company was not named, nearly everyone in the uranium sector believes this unnamed company would be Mestena Uranium LLC. The private, publicity-shy company is based in Corpus Christi (Texas) and could be responsible for the spot uranium price reaching, or surpassing, the US$100/pound level sometime next week.

Given its current momentum, yellowcake or uranium oxide may someday trade on par with the price of silver. U3O8 is now priced at US$7.91/ounce (if measured in troy ounces as are silver and gold). By comparison, spot silver closed on March 23rd at US$13.13/ounce so it may take a while longer.


After a strong sell-off in late February and early March, uranium stocks have exhibited durability, clawing back into higher ground. The Australian Index tracks 25 companies, which own uranium assets.

Uranium mining and exploration stocks have begun reflecting the weekly price rise in spot uranium, rebounding from the sell off in late February and early March. Many of the near-term producers don’t require $100/pound uranium to show a profit on their mining efforts, but the high price excites investors – many of whom appear to be doing a ‘New Year’s Countdown’ as spot uranium approaches US$100/pound.

We talked with Matthew Smith of theInvestar.com, who created stock indexes to track Canadian and Australian uranium companies. He is not a registered investment advisor. Smith began tracking a portfolio of 43 Canadian and 25 Australian uranium stocks so that investors could quickly compare how their uranium stocks fared against his non-weighted stock indexes.

While Smith does not dispense investment advice, he told us, “I did not believe the uranium bull market was over.” He was referring to the recent sell off. “Bull markets never end that way,” he added. “The index rebounded accordingly, as it rose 10 percent from the bottom of the short correction, which is typical of corrections in volatile markets. We have formed a bit of support over the past 2-3 weeks and it could go higher.”

Smith believes both the Canadian and Australians stock indexes could test their all-time highs over the next two months. He explained both indexes are dependent upon developments in the sector. He cited drivers for uranium stocks would include higher remediation costs at Cigar Lake, a change in the Australian uranium mining policy, superlative drill results from exploration companies and more consolidation in the junior mining sector, especially one with a large premium attached.

Smith also invests in uranium stocks and provided us with his basket of favorite uranium stocks, which he considers the ‘least speculative’ in his portfolio. Of stocks found in his Canadian uranium index, Smith likes UR-Energy (TSX: URE), Strathmore Minerals (TSX: STM), SXR Uranium One (TSX: SXR), Paladin Resources (TSX: PDN) and Pitchstone Exploration (TSX: PHP). Among Australian stocks, Smith prefers PepinNini (ASX: PNN) and Berkeley Resources (ASX: BKY).

Polo, das kann nicht deinEernst sein: weiter oben erzählst du, du hättest 5000 stück von Forsys und jetzt kennst du nicht mal den aktuellen Kurs....Naja, sind ja nur schlappe 5000 Euro mehr für Dich, aber ist ja wohl uninteressant....

This is an exercise in ‘Futuring’ a method of going forward over the next two years and trying to visualise the events and trends that will play a part in our investment strategy. Our conclusion could be a million miles away from reality and in time make us look rather foolish but that is a chance we are prepared to take. We have listened to a number of economists and financial pundits and are quit disappointed that their idea of a forecast is to take the price of uranium today and add another $5.00 to come with their revised forecast. Surely your pet cat could do that.

We will try to extrapolate the current trends regarding the supply and demand factors for uranium and therefore uranium stocks.

So what have we got to consider? Well the supply and demand situation is out of kilter in the order of about 2:1. Which means there is only one pound of uranium to feed two hungry mouths both demanding a pound each. There are new nuclear plants coming on line this year and the year after which is the time period that under consideration. Each of these new power plants requires a stockpile of uranium in the order of 2.5 years supply, another mouth to feed. The utilities will require their continuous uninterrupted supply to be maintained as they cannot close or take a ‘time out’ as this is not possible with nuclear power plants. We came across another new fund being formed, which intends to raise $100.00 million for the purpose of investing in uranium stocks. We know that is not uranium but it is indicative of the interest lurking under the surface looking for an angle to play. A straightforward investment in uranium itself may be more appealing as it is more straightforward and the fund manager could perceive uranium as being the easier route to take. So we are already in a tight spot regarding the demand, which we see as intensifying as these funds that are speculators with huge amounts of cash to invest take an interest.

These activities could be dwarfed by the actions of just one man. No not Warren Buffett, although if he took an interest in uranium then the market would certainly jump.

The man we have in mind is Jin Renqing, who?

Well he is a graduate of the Financial Department of the Central Institute of Finance and Banking, Beijing and a former Vice Mayor of Beijing and was appointed Minister of Finance for the Chinese government in March 2007. The Chinese government have already signalled to the financial world that they intend to implement a plan that will lessen their exposure to the US dollar and give their reserves a more balanced spread. And Jin is the man with that responsibility. We all know that we are talking over a trillion dollars which grows every day as China peddles its goods across the globe. So if Jin decides that China will need a small portion of its energy needs from nuclear energy then the biggest mouth in the world has just dropped in for tea. This man alone could double the price of uranium in a very short period of time.

So lets talk about the weather. We listened to a meteorological office broadcast yesterday for Britain and they were saying that 2007 could be the hottest summer ever recorded and its not like them to be as cavalier about their business as we are about ours, but just imagine those air conditioning units doing overtime.

Now throw in the possible disruption to the oil supplies, a dash of inflation and the dollar falling out of bed, it’s not a pretty sight is it?

For debating purposes we put forward this conclusion with the full intention that it is provocative and stimulating. From time now to the end of 2007 we could see an increase from $91 to $150/lb, followed by a further increase from $150 to $200/lb in 2008, with the possibility of $500/lb later on. Our prediction of $200/lb has been on the table for some time now (Since Uranium was $64) and we are sticking with it.

There exists a reasonable possibility that we could get a decent head wind and uranium stocks could easily perform like Formula One cars on a good day.

bei diesen schönen news scheint nicht nur die sonne am himmel, sondern auch im depot.

dennoch bin ich immer noch am überlegen, ob ich nicht mal bei ca. 7€ eine gewinnmitnahme machen sollte. das andere problem ist, daß ich die aktie (wegen der steuer) lieber ein jahr halten würde... da ist guter rat teuer!!

@pappnase: schau mal deine mails ab, ich hab dir was schönes gesendet, was diese woche noch 100% gewinn einbringt !! :-)
