http://www.unilang.org/course.php?res=80

Vielleicht kanns dir ja weiterhelfen, laut letztem Satz für "Absolute Beginners", die
typischen Anfänger also.

Sollte es dich auch einmal nach Boug verschlagen, u. du hörst den Satz:

"Dispela man bai i bekim pe long olgeta samting"

..........dann laufe so schnell du kannst.;-))))))))))))))))))))

Tok Pisin for Beginners

Tok Pisin is a creole language spoken in the northern mainland of Papua New Guinea and surrounding islands. It is one of the official languages of Papua New Guinea and the most widely used language in use there, spoken by over 4 million people. Tok Pisin is also more commonly called in English "New Guinea Pidgin".

The name "Tok Pisin" itself comes from the language, with "tok" meaning "talk" and "pisin" meaning "pidgin". A pidgin language is one that is created to facilitate communications between two different groups which share no common language. Since its formation, however, it has been steadily developing a more complex and distinctive grammar, and it is now considered a creole (a pidgin language that now has native speakers). The vocabulary is 5/6 Indo-European (mostly English, with some German, Portuguese, and Latin), 1/7 Malayo-Polynesian, and the rest is from Trans-New-Guinea and other languages.

Part one of this course is only intended for absolute beginners.

260615 SIRIOSI HAPPY WITH MEEKAMUI
By Tom Kathoa
Head of the Office of Referendum, Mr. Chris Siriosi holds very high regard for the leadership of Meekamui faction in their contribution towards the conduct of the referendum.
In his weekly program on the preparation of this very important issue, Mr. Siriosi says the Meekamui leadership is now coming forward to be equal players in this huge exercise.
He said it is a known fact that the organisation did not take part in the United Nations supervised weapons disposal, but it is now coming forward to join in discussions relating to referendum.
Meekamui leaders have shown this by their participation in the ABG election and other debates and forums to talk about the regions political future.
Mr. Sisiosi said two of the main issues high on the referendum agenda are the, Weapons Disposal and Good governance.
Because of the importance of this issue and the fast approaching of its time frame, his office is organising a public forum that will discuss this.
Participants to this big meeting would be drawn from all sectors of the community, churches, government departments and women and youths.
He said invitations would sent to participants of the proposed forum to be held early July this year.

Rocky road ahead for Bougainville's veteran statesman

.............Achieving many of these goals will depend on accelerating fiscal self-reliance, which is precarious - more than 85 per cent of the ABG's revenue is provided by the PNG Government and international donors.

Many of the political elite, including Momis, are advocating a return to large-scale mining to boost Government finances, although the President conceded that the Panguna mine would not reopen without the consent of local landowners and other new mining sites may be explored.

ABG not doing enough awareness on potential dangers of alluvial mining
by ramunickel

Too much time being spent on Rio Tinto rather than looking after families involved in small-scale alluvial mining?

Tom Kathoa | New Dawn

Small gold mining operations by the local people particularly the landowners is not only a good business, but is also a risky and dangerous business.

Many people involved in alluvial mining are not aware of the dangers associated with this type of mining.

Concerned leader, Patrick Haromate told New Dawn that while miners get good money for their work, people must also be made aware of the dangers of such and industry.

He clarified that the dangerous part of this industry is on the side of the miners themselves because they directly exposed to toxic acids from chemicals like mercury.

Because of lack of knowledge on the dangers of these chemicals, people do not wear protective and safety gears to protect them from being infected.

He said the waste created by these local alluvial miners is much higher than that of big mining companies operating in the country.

The harm or side effects from direct contact and exposure to mercury and other chemicals include deformed babies, twisted limbs and other defects on people.

There are reports that the Arawa General Hospital has seen some cases that could be linked to chemical exposure.

The ABG government should carry out a vigorous awareness on this matter as more people are now turning to alluvial mining for quick money.

Finanzierung dieser Größenordnung ist also anscheinend kein Problem für RT,
aber man sollte sich dann auch mal einig werden, irgendwann hat RT genügend
andere Projekte. Dann liegt halt Panguna 20+ Jahre weiter im Dornröschenschlaf
