Stellt sich die Frage ist das vorsätzliche Irreführung oder weiß er das wirklich nicht.

Wenn eine Aktie die heute 0,01€ kostet z.B. 50% verliert dann kostet sie 0,005 € was genau "kann" daran nicht passieren?

Aber wie Immer ... keine Handlungsempfehlung!

Überlegt mal wieviel Kunststoffabfälle ,Weltweit im Meer und auch auf dem Festland deponiert wird!!!

Nach einem "Reverse Stock Split" von 1:100 nicht ganz unrealistisch.
Solche kosmetischen Operationen werden häufig von Firmen durchgezogen die Gefahr laufen nach unten aus dem Pennystock Bereich zu fallen.  
Das bringt zwar nichts ... wäre aber der nächte logische Schritt von PHE.
Deinen angeblich 1 Mio. Stück werden dann zu 10.000 Neuen Aktien zusammengelegt.
Das ist einfacher Dreisatz und Du hast wieder Deinen  klassischen Pennystocks im Depot.
So ist Börse  ;-)

Aber wie Immer gilt , dies ist keine Handlungsempfehlung!  

Es wird immer noch sehr viel Plastik nach Afrika geschifft . Das soll 2023 vorbei sein es kommen neue Gesetzte und auflagen . Die ses ist eine Change für PWH die mit ihre Musterfarbrik grade weiter Kunden anzieht.

Was haben sie alle gemeinsam?  Vielleicht müssen Sie sich die Fernsehsendung "Only Connect" ansehen, um die Antwort zu finden, aber es handelt sich um Computerised Fluid Dynamics - den Anhängern der Sendung als CFD bekannt.

"Was?", fragen Sie. Nun, Tesla und Spacex setzen CFD häufig ein, ebenso das Mercedes-F1-Team, und Brian Cox ist Professor an der Universität von Manchester, wo die Manchester CFD Group ein weiterer Star ist (siehe https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N9lGCFSS8XM). Powerhouse, das Ingenieurdienstleistungsunternehmen, das mit seiner DMG-Technologie die Nutzung der Pyrolyse zur Umwandlung von Altkunststoffen in Wasserstoff und andere Industriegase fördert, hat sich mit der Manchester CFD Group zusammengetan, um die Konstruktion seiner Wärmeumwandlungskammer zu perfektionieren.

CFD ist ein leistungsfähiges computergestütztes Simulations-, Analyse- und Visualisierungstool, das eine revolutionäre Alternative zu herkömmlichen Konstruktionsmethoden für die Berechnung der Strömung von Flüssigkeiten oder Gasen darstellt - und das alles in 3D und im realen Maßstab, ohne dass etwas Physisches gebaut werden muss. Es kann die Interaktion mehrerer Phänomene in Flüssigkeiten bewerten, wie Geschwindigkeit, Temperatur und thermodynamische Effekte, Drücke und sogar die Auswirkungen von Phasenänderungen, wie im Fall des Kraftwerks die Änderung der Materialphase, wenn der Kunststoff von fest zu flüssig und dann zu Gas wird. Bei der Computermodellierung wird das Flüssigkeitsvolumen in kleine Elemente zerlegt, die zu einer Matrix zusammengesetzt werden. CFD wird in vielen Bereichen eingesetzt, z. B. bei der Wettervorhersage, in der Luft- und Raumfahrt, in der Automobilindustrie und sogar bei der Erstellung von visuellen Effekten. Powerhouse setzt es ein, um die Leistung zu optimieren, die Energierückgewinnung zu maximieren und die innere Geometrie seiner Wärmeumwandlungskammer (TCC) zu perfektionieren, bevor sie bei Mitchell Dryers in der Nähe von Carlisle in Betrieb genommen wird (https://mitchelldryers.co.uk/ ).

Dr. Andy Physick, Leiter der Technologieabteilung von Powerhouse, sagte: "Wir arbeiten seit Anfang des Jahres mit der CFD-Gruppe aus Manchester zusammen und haben große Fortschritte erzielt. Das TCC ist der Ort, an dem sich alles abspielt und der Wasserstoff produziert wird. Der Einsatz von CFD ermöglicht uns nicht nur eine Perfektionierung, die wir sonst ohne den Bau einer Anlage nicht erreichen könnten. Wir müssten dann zurückgehen, schneiden und schweißen, um die Änderungen vorzunehmen. Auf diese Weise können wir das tun, bevor wir etwas bauen.

Die bisherige Arbeit zeigt, dass das TCC effektiv funktioniert, und wir glauben, dass wir es bei künftigen Anlagen noch kosteneffizienter gestalten können. Der Einsatz von CFD bedeutet auch, dass wir die Leistung von DMG noch weiter steigern können, wenn unsere neue Testanlage im nächsten Jahr im Technischen Innovationszentrum gebaut wird. Wir werden in der Lage sein, eine Verbesserung zu identifizieren und sie an der kleinen Einheit zu testen, bevor wir uns zur Herstellung verpflichten.

Die Zusammenarbeit mit der Manchester CFD Group hat so gut funktioniert, dass sich die beiden erneut zusammengetan haben, um beim Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council (EPSRC) einen Zuschussantrag für eine neue Methode zur Abtrennung des Wasserstoffs aus dem im TCC erzeugten Synthesegas zu stellen. Der Antrag war erfolgreich, und die Forschungsarbeit wurde finanziert. Diese neue Technik könnte Millionen an Kosten für die DMG-Anlagen von Powerhouse einsparen.  Während Brian Cox zu den Sternen blickt, nimmt Powerhouse den Weg von Elon Musk, um dorthin zu gelangen.  

Wir werden 2023 einen guten start legen :-)

Bin echt gespannt, wie weit es nach oben 2023 gehen wird und dann 2024/25 wird dann vllt sogar Eurobetrag selbstverständlich sein als Ziel.

braucht jemand was `?? das bekomme ich doch nie und nimmer wieder los , ich brauche nie mehr als 800 -1000 im Monat incl. aller Kosten und ändern will ich nichts , Auto und Luxus hab ich nicht und will ich nicht ,gut irgendwann mal ein neues Fahrrad vielleicht zu 500 ,aber sonst brauch ich nix

Directorate Changes and Operational Update

Powerhouse Energy Group plc (AIM: PHE), the UK technology company commercialising hydrogen production from plastic, is pleased to announce that that it has appointed Antony Royston Gardner-Hillman as Non-Executive Chairman in addition to Anthony Clive Gale and David John Hitchcock, as Non-Executive Directors of the Company with effect from 1 January 2023.

In 2020 Mr Gardner-Hillman co-founded, and subsequently became Chairman of, Rocquaine Management Limited, which provides ownership-structuring and tax consulting services to ultra-high net worth clients in connection with their business interests and assets. Mr Gardner-Hillman is a solicitor qualified in England and Wales. He was a Co-Founder of JTC Group in 1987 and became its first Chairman, remaining as a Director and Chairman until selling his shareholding and resigning from the board in 2008.

Mr Gale is currently Founder and Managing Director of Tony Gale Cleantech Consultants Ltd and has over 30 years' experience in the industrial and manufacturing sectors, both with global corporations and SMEs.

Mr Hitchcock is currently a Chairman and Co-Founder of States Bridge Capital, a firm which lists fast growing private companies both in the UK and internationally, via IPOs to the UK Public Stock Market including the Standard List and AIM. It also acts as Financial Advisor to UK Public Companies. Mr Hitchcock has historically worked with a number of early stage, or distressed businesses.

Operational Update

Further to the announcements dated 5 September and 15 August 2022, the Company can confirm that work has continued towards finalisation of the agreements regarding the joint venture with Peel NRE Ltd ("Peel") to form a special purpose vehicle ("SPV"), Protos Plastics-to Hydrogen No 1 Ltd. A further announcement will be made when appropriate.

On 17 August 2001, Mr Gardner-Hillman was appointed as a Director of Brian Hill Haulage & Plant Hire Limited. He resigned that position on 3 March 2007. The company went into administration on 12 October 2007 and moved into creditors voluntary winding up on 1 October 2008, with an estimated £920,000 of outstanding creditors according to the administrator's progress report dated 3 October 2008. The company was dissolved on 20 March 2012.

On 19 February 2004, Mr Gardner-Hillman was appointed as a Director of Blue Swan Insurance (Jersey) Limited. Blue Swan went into liquidation at the instigation of its directors on 28 April 2006. Mr Gardner-Hillman has confirmed that there has not been a liquidator's report filed to date and is thus unaware of the total amount outstanding to creditors. The company was dissolved on 11 January 2010.

On 26 November, 2010, Mr Gardner-Hillman was appointed as a Director of Evreux Holdings Limited, the parent company, and of its subsidiaries J.C.N. Investments (Jersey) Limited and Anthony Investments (Esplanade) Limited, a group of privately owned property investment companies. The companies went into liquidation at the instigation of their directors on 16 April, 2019. Mr Gardner-Hillman was informed by the liquidator that in 2016 the creditors of Anthony Investments (Esplanade) Limited and of J.C.N. Investments (Jersey) Limited had been paid in full. Anthony Investments (Esplanade) Limited was dissolved on 14 October, 2022. The creditors of the parent company, Evreux Holdings Limited, received 45 pence in the pound by way of interim distributions, although the total amount outstanding to creditors is unknown to Mr Gardner-Hillman. Mr Gardner-Hillman has received no further information from the liquidator, and is not aware of any further statement of affairs having been published in respect of Evreux Holdings Limited or of J.C.N. Investments (Jersey) Limited, or of the amount remaining outstanding to their respective creditors.

On 13 November 2009, Mr Gardner-Hillman was appointed as a Director of Bellzone Mining PLC (company registered in Jersey). The company went into liquidation at the instigation of its directors on 13 December, 2018. The company remains in liquidation and Mr Gardner-Hillman has received no information from the liquidator, and is not aware of a statement of affairs having been published, or of the amount remaining outstanding to creditors.

ich bin hier seit Jahren investiert und inzwischen echt mutlos. Ich kann eure Zuversicht absolut nicht nachvollziehen. Selbst wenn PHE die Zukunft sein sollte - dann heißt das noch lange nicht, dass Powerhouse einen wie auch immer gearteten Anteil an dieser Zukunft hat. Tut mir echt leid. Aber auch wenn Trader hartnäckig Halali bläst - ich bin da leider inzwischen ganz auf der Seite der Fernbedienung. Ich gehe einfach nur davon aus, dass meine Kohle weg ist - wobei das ja nicht stimmt. Die ist ja nicht weg, die hat nur jemand anderes.

Bei Ansicht des Kurses und auch der Performance meines Invests hier erkenne ich nichts, aber auch gar nichts, das hier auf eine goldene Zukunft hinweist. So realistisch sollte man sein. Zum Glück sind es bei mir nur ca. 5000 Miese. Leider leider habe ich auch meinen Schwiegervater überredet, hier zu investieren und der hat mehr reingesteckt als ich - für seine Enkel, die da meine Kinder sind. WtF ...

Hier von Kursen von einem Euro zu reden ist sowas von ....

Naja - zum Schmeißen ist es eh zu spät, für mich jedenfalls (und leider für den Schwiegerpaps auch - Gott hab ihn selig - RiP mein Lieber !). Es bleibt also noch ein schmaler Streifen Hoffnung, dass das neue Jahr mehr Licht als dunkel bringt.

Ich wünsche allen Investierten goldene Jahre 2023 - 2028 und von mir aus noch länger.
