dieser titel ist ja wohl die grösste sch.... in die ich jemals investiert habe....

 

Alle Vorhaben wurden umgesetzt,somit ist doch alles eingespreist.
Warum fällt der Kurs dann weiter bzw. bricht so drastisch ein?
Hat es vielleicht eine andere Ursache?
 

selten so ein scheiss gemacht, das ist die krönung meines depots, man, man, man.......

 

alles lug und trug bei northland?  

Endgültige Pleite ist wohl noch nicht eingepreist. Vielleicht haben die nun empirisch erkannt, dass die bei den Zinslasten nie auf einen grünen Zweig kommen. Wir haben ja leider zu wenig Einblick und können nur mutmaßen.  

Wo steht denn dazu war? Von Pleite kann ich weit und breit nix neues finden. Im Gegenteil läuft doch alles nach Plan?

Nicht nach Plan läuft der Aktienkurs. Und so wie ich die Mitteilung verstehe, wird genau der untersucht und daher der Halt.  

 

Wenn dem so wäre, dürfte der Kurs nicht so abschmieren.  

es wurde alles so umgesetzt wie vorhergesagt!
Warum der Kurs nun seit gestern so abschmiert, hat eine andere Ursache, die wir momentan noch nicht wissen.

July 31 at 17:40 (CET) and August 7 at 11:18 (CET)
where the company describes the conversion of bonds
to shares and the possibility to convert warrants
into shares. The warrants can be converted into
shares at CAD 0.01. If all the warrants currently
issued are converted, the company can issue up to 83
592 299 new shares. The number of shares issued in
the company as of today is 5 141 789. The bond
conversion will take place at a later stage.

Oslo Børs wishes to draw attention to the provisions
on the ban on uncovered short sales in the Securities
Trading Act sections 3-14 and 10-4 which means that
the new shares are not tradable until after the
capital increase is confirmed by the company to be
legally issued and fully paid-up and disclosed to the
market. Oslo Børs has been given assurance by the
company that such company disclosure will be issued
after the deadline for sending an exercise notice to
the company on August 26. The exact date and time for
this disclosure will depend on the number of exercise
notices.

12:00.  

weiter gegen süden?
erkennt jemand einen anderen trend?  

 

oft solche reaktionen nach einer aktienzusammenlegung....bei kursen unter 1 € (sofern es weiter und weiter runter läuft) kann man doch dann nicht allzuviel falsch machen?  

sehe tauschen die nicht zu 1€ sondern zu 1 Kanada Dollar ! 1 Cent sind nun nach Resplit 100 Kanadische Cent.  

Die Informationspolitik von NL ist nicht stimmig. Ich meine die hätten etwas von 3,5 Cent (€ ?) geschrieben. Nun liest man von Umtausch Anleihe in Aktie zu 1 Kanada Cent.  

 

ich verstehe hier nichts mehr, warum der Absturz und warum jetzt der Anstieg, was hat sich geändert?


Glückwunsch an alle die heute morgen NR gekauft haben!

 

zu 1 $ ist ca 0,75€ tauschen. Dann werfen die ihr Material sofort. Sie bekommen die Aktie für 75 Cent und die Deppen zahlen 4 € dafür. Besser gehts doch garnicht für die Anleihebesitzer. Selbst bei Kurs 2 € würde ich sofort tauschen und Aktie verkaufen.  

Verrückte Welt  

was hier mit dem Kurs die letzten Tage passierte hat sicherlich wenig mit normalem Angebot und Nachfrageverhalten zu tun. Aber wir sind hier nur kleine Rädchen und die Banken und Fonds bestimmen die Rhytmus - wir können nach dem Trauerspiel der letzten Tage nur hoffen, dass hier auch mal ein Jubelgesang angestimmt wird....  

 

so, nun schaun wir mal wie sich der Wochenausklang ohne Leerverkäufe gesteltet, welche , wie wir seit gestern wissen, in Norge nicht erlaubt sind.

- es müßte eigentlich nach oben gehen..........

 

3/08-2013 10:17:11: (NAUR) Northland's Reorganizations are Successfully Terminated

Luxembourg, August 23, 2013 - Northland Resources S.A. (OSE: NAUR,
Frankfurt: NPK, Nasdaq OMX/First North: NAURo - "NRSA" or the "Company"
and, together with its subsidiaries, "Northland") announces that the
reorganizations of the Swedish subsidiaries Northland Resources AB
(publ), Northland Sweden AB and Northland Logistics AB have been
terminated today.

On August 8, 2013, it was announced that Northland requested that the
reorganizations of the subsidiaries were to be terminated since the
reorganization plan and the composition of the companies had entered
into force and become legally binding. This was approved by the court on
the July 12. Thus, the purpose of the company's reorganizations was
fulfilled. The decision by the District Court of Luleå to terminate the
reorganizations was made today and will apply with immediate effect.

Northland is a producer of iron ore concentrate, with a portfolio of
production, development and exploration mines and projects in northern

project is complete and production ramp-up started in November 2012. The
