Hoffe auf sowas wie im 1 Deal - dort wurden die Schulden in AKtien zu 4,249 NOK gewechselt und das "BArgeld" Ke wurde zu 1 NOK gewechselt (damals 400 Mio NOK)

Beispiel 2 Deal:

800 MIo neue AKtien

a) für Bargeld 300 Mio AKtien a 13,33 NOK - dann hat man 4 MRD NOk frisches cash
b) 500 Mio Aktien a 40 NOK Wechselkurs zu Schulden - damit kann man 20 MRD Schulden umwandeln

- gehen die Kredite auf rund 30 MRD zurück + neuer Staatskredit von 3 MRd .....+ Q4 +Q1 MInus
  sind wir bei 35-40 MRD NOK Schulden  Total um 50 MRD

- Cash um 5-7 MRD.......die 3,4 vom 30.09.20 sind in 6 MOnaten aufgebraucht +4 MRD KE+3 MRD Staat Norwegen

- Eigenkapital zum 30.09.20 sind 11, 1 MRD.......6 MOnate Verluste sind 5 MRD + KE 4 MRD BAr + Umwandlung Schulden in AKtien
  ca 15-20 MRD

wird nicht mehr weil durch diese Form der Umwandlung in EIgenkapital wie beim 1 Deal NAS viel EInkommenssteuer zahlen muss tortz Verlusten operativ

Flugzeugvermieter lehnen den Antrag von norwegian Air auf Kreditschutz nicht ab

Große Flugzeugvermieter, darunter Aercap und BOC Aviation sowie Avalon, teilten dem irischen Obersten Gerichtshof am Montag mit, dass sie sich nicht gegen einen Antrag auf erweiterten Gläubigerschutz durch Norwegian Air und einige seiner Tochtergesellschaften aussprechen.

Der Norweger hat im vergangenen Monat das Gericht gebeten, ein sogenanntes Prüfungsverfahren einzuleiten, da der Beförderer versucht, den Zusammenbruch inmitten der Coronavirus-Pandemie zu verhindern.

Die Vermieter sagten am Montag in einer Anhörung, dass sie in Bezug auf die norwegische Petition neutral seien.

DUBLIN, Dec 7 (Reuters) - Ireland's High Court on Monday
granted creditor protection to Norwegian Air and its
Irish subsidiaries, allowing the Oslo-based airline more time to
restructure its massive debt.


Norwegian last month asked the court to begin a so-called
examinership legal process as the carrier seeks to stave off
collapse amid the coronavirus pandemic.


The judge said he had agreed to protection of Oslo-based
Norwegian Air as well as its Irish subsidiaries as the survival
of each was dependent on the survival of the other.


"I have concluded in this case that it is appropriate to
appoint an examiner both in relation to the five petitioner
companies and also in relation to the related company Norwegian
Air Shuttle ASA," Justice Michael Quinn told the court.


Major Norwegian Air creditors, including aircraft lessors
Aercap and BOC Aviation , aircraft manufacturer
Airbus did not oppose the petition.


After growing rapidly to become Europe's third-largest
low-cost airline and the biggest foreign carrier serving New
York, Norwegian's debt and liabilities stood at 66.8 billion
crowns ($7.7 billion) at the end of September.

Only six of the company's 140 aircraft are currently in use,
while the remaining 134 are grounded due to the pandemic,
including the company's entire fleet of Boeing 787 Dreamliners
used for its suspended transatlantic flight programme

Norwegian has today filed for a reconstruction under Norwegian law. This process will coexist with the Irish Examinership process.
Following Norwegian being made subject to the examinership process in Ireland on December 7th, the company now wants to enter into a supplementary Norwegian reconstruction process. This was announced in a notice to the Stock Exchange today.
“A supplementary reconstruction process under Norwegian law will be to the benefit of all parties and will increase the likelihood of a successful result. Our aim is to secure jobs in the company and to contribute to securing critical infrastructure and value creation in Norway,” said Norwegian CEO, Jacob Schram.
“We will now concentrate on working towards our goal of reducing company debt, reducing the size of our aircraft fleet, and ensuring that we are a company that investors will find attractive. We will be ready to meet the competition for customers after the COVID-19 pandemic,” said Schram.
Norwegian filed for the Irish Examinership on November 18th. The processes will not have an impact on the current business. The Company will continue to operate its route network. Both its bonds and shares will continue to trade as normal on the Oslo Stock Exchange. As earlier stated, Norwegian Reward will continue as normal honouring and earning CashPoints for its members.

Kurs in Oslo erstmal über 0,50 NOK steigen (ich spreche jetzt nicht über die Gründe, sondern einfach Kurs-Verlauf)

-für die meisten Privatanleger ist es NAS zu unsicher und hat außer ständigen Minus, keine wirkliche Kauf-Argumente geliefert (auch nur kurstechnisch gemeint).
 

doch potential eine kaufwelle zu erzeugen oder nicht? was muss denn noch passieren?  

kann nur von Insti´s kommen, da Privatanleger bei vielen brokern außen vor sind, da nicht handelbar.
