AMC Entertainment Holdings 2.0 - Todamoon?!?

Euch bitte nicht auf einen festen Termin/Stichtag, ich erinnere mich noch ganz gut an den Hexensabbat und an den Deckel der hätte fliegen sollen! Die Enttäuschung war zu diesem Zeitpunkt enorm bei manchen Ape‘s.

Halten und abwarten, bis wann - ist egal, Hauptsache halten und bei Möglichkeiten nachkaufen, wie meine Vorredner bereits zur Genüge geschrieben haben!

 

Nein kann man sehen das es bei geringem Volumen auch mal ratz fatz in die andere Richtung gehen kann.

1,28M Optionen bislang gehandelt (gut aber nicht übermäßig viel).
P/C: 0,51 (Top! Letzte Woche teils noch 0,6-0,78).
Schaut euch die Deltas im Bereich der 60er Calls an und die Menge der offenen Positionen bei 59 und 60.

Aus meiner Sicht traumhaft.

Mein 40er Short Put von letzter Woche wurde heute mit ordentlich Gewinn geschlossen (hatte automatische Gewinnmitnahme aktiviert), worauf ich auf einen 48er erhöht habe ;)  

Deine eristischen Fähigkeiten scheinen ziemlich begrenzt, zu mehr als Rabulistik reicht es jedenfalls nicht. Bspw. ändert die tatsächlich sachlich nicht korrekt dargestellten Stelle im Artikel von Insideparadeplatz an der (korrekten) Grundaussage halt gar nichts. Darauf gehst Du allerdings nicht ein und beschränkst Dich auf obstinate Rosinenpickerei. Ein Schelm wer Methode dahinter vermutet... A propos Schopenhauers Handreichung für Besserwisser (seine Gedankengänge hätten sich besser auf seine Reflexionen zum weiblichen Geschlecht beschränkt): nach den aristoteleischen 3 Säulen gehören zur Rhetorik Ethos, Logos und Pathos. Ersteres lässt Du schmerzlich vermissen, schon deswegen ist eine Diskussion mit Dir nicht ergiebig.
Nur schon mal prophylaktisch: über Deine Stöckchen werde ich nicht springen und sie ignorieren.

Free cash flow from 2019 shows that AMC has legitimate value for investors

Everyone thinks AMC Entertainment (NYSE:AMC) stock has moved up too far too fast. Most analysts think it is overvalued. But I am here to show you how it might not be as expensive as it seems. In fact, my model shows that it could be worth, under certain circumstances, up to $79.72 per share. I will go through the numbers in a simple model you can keep in your head as you trade the stock.

By the way, this does not mean that I believe AMC stock won’t fall. In fact, I think there could be an opportunity to buy it below $45 and still make money in the future.

And just so you know, I have been consistently positive on the stock recently. In mid-April, I wrote about AMC stock. I put forward a simple cash flow model showing that at $9.66 AMC stock was worth considerably more. My target price was in the mid-teens, but my model showed that it could be worth up to $24 per share. I will use parts of that model in this article, so you might like to review it.

Listening To Management About Cash Flow
The most important thing to do to value AMC stock is read the transcript of the Q1 earnings conference call that occurred on May 6. Pay particular attention to what management said about when the company will reach cash flow profitability.

At one point Meghan Durkin, of Credit Suisse, asked the company directly, “Are you still expecting to crossover and turn cash flow positive in 4Q 2021?”

She directed the question to CFO Sean Goodman, but Adam Aaron jumped in and answered a different question first, and then the CFO took up the cash flow positive timing issue. At first, he said that the revenue of the industry will be $5 billion in the U.S. Then he said this about the timing of turning cash flow positive:

“… our Q2 cash flow will be pretty similar to Q1. Q — the second half of the year overall will be significantly better than the first half of the year, but you’re going to see Q3 is going to be better than Q2, quite a lot better than Q2 and Q4 is going to be better than Q3, but exactly whether or not we will be breaking Q4 really does depend on how the final film slate ends up at the end of the day here.”

That is kind of a non-answer. But it seems to lead to a conclusion that the company will be close to, if not at, cash flow positive. That is important since it means that the company won’t feel as much pressure to raise cash and dilute shareholders after Q4.

This also implies that the company could end up having enough cash to survive until then. For example, the company announced on June 3 that it had just raised another $587.4 million in an equity raise at $50.85.

Sollte doch einer hier sein und ähnlich ticken wie du, bitte führt das Gespräch als BM weiter, denn hier wird es mMn niemanden interessieren.

Wirklich schade, ich hätte mich über den Austausch zwischen Untitled und dir sehr gefreut, verzichte aber jetzt gerne darauf, da deine Absichten hier im Thread mMn ganz anders gelagert sind.

Ansonsten lasse ich dir gerne die Illusion, dass du den längsten hast, scheint dir ja wichtig zu sein. Und für manche soll es ja das einzige sein was ihnen bleibt. Den Gedanken, dass du hier im Thread allerdings die Diskussion voranbringst kann du mMn getrost vergessen.

Weiß jemand wie man hier jemanden auf ignore setzt? Ich hätte nicht gedacht, dass ich das mal frage, aber es gibt ja für alles ein erstes Mal.

As AMC has already announced, the AMC Shareholder Meeting previously scheduled for May 4, 2021 has been rescheduled for July 29, 2021, with a new record date of June 2, 2021.  All stockholders of record whose trades have settled as of June 2, 2021 will be eligible to vote their shares prior to or at the July 29th shareholder meeting. 

On June 3, 2021 the company announced the following:

und wieso sollte sie Auswirkungen haben? Ist ja heute echt ruhig hier :D  

Was bedeuten bei den Optionen die hinterlegten Dollarkurse, also 40 $, 50 $, 60 $, ...? Laufen Puts ins Geld, wenn der Kurs bis zum Stichtag darüber ist und bei Calls umgekehrt?

Vielen Dank für die Info, ich habe von dieser Art des Handelns leider keine Ahnung.  

 

 

Bloomberg zeigt übrigens über 20% SI an und selbst das ist vermutlich zu niedrig, da ohne naked shorting. Was mich interessiert, woher die die Zahlen haben und warum hat Ortex oder S3 die Zahlen nicht.
