läuft der schon mehrmals beschriebene Trend, sie als Papiergeldersatzwährung zu betrachten. Wie lange dieser Trend anhält, kann keiner sagen. Wahrscheinlich ist aber, dass er zumindest so lange anhält, bis auch die internationalen Firmen und die wohlhabenden Anleger ihre Barbestände und teilweise lang laufenden Anleihen in Rohstoffe getauscht haben. Das kann, je nach Situation, 10 - 20 - 30 Jahre anhalten  (wegen der Laufzeit der Langläufer)  oder auch in wenigen Jahren geschehen (im Falle einer Panik).

BOC profitiert davon in einmaliger Weise, da die Produktion - Zustimmung Aller angenommen - schneller als bei fast allen anderen Bergwerken angefahren werden kann.

Es ist deshalb gar nicht möglich, die heutigen BOC Kurse mit den Kursen von 2008 zu vergleichen - die Situation ist einfach zu verändert.

Trotz einem Anstieg von immerhin 5.3 % kommt nicht der geringste Verkaufsdruck in AU auf,es wurde KEINE EINZIGE VK-Order nach Börseneröffnung zusätzlich über 1.40 AUD eingestellt.

ESBC spins a comeback for B'ville Copper

THE EUROPEAN Shareholders of Bougainville Copper (ESBC), founded in 2005, are celebrating. For the first time they hold more than 10 million shares in the company.

"We are happy about this but there is absolutely no reason to become arrogant," says ESBC President, Axel G. Sturm. "We only own a 2.5 percent of the whole company!

“But we will continue to offer our experience and influence for a better future on the island of Bougainville."

Over the last two days, a Panguna landowners’ meeting was held in Buka to speed-up the re-opening of the Panguna mine to improve Bougainville’s economy.

PNG’s Minister for Bougainville Affairs, Fidelis Semoso, himself a Bougainvillean, invited the landowners and senior PNG national government ministers including Arthur Somare, Paul Tiensten and Peter O’Neill to the meeting.

While ESBC saw the meeting as an opportunity for itself (“the ESBC appreciate very much Mr Semoso’s move towards a brighter future for all Bougainvilleans,” said Axel G Sturm), Bougainville President John Momis did not attend.

He was on business travel to China with a delegation of members of the Autonomous Bougainville Government.

In a statement from Beijing, Mr Momis said Bougainvilleans should “start thinking of animal husbandry and other agricultural projects” so “fruits and vegetables and potatoes sold to the company can be grown in Bougainville and not imported from outside.”

Meanwhile Axel G Sturm praised Mr Semoso’s initiative. “The first step is always the most difficult one.

“A round-table, as we already claimed a couple of years ago, represents the best instrument to bring the actual situation forward - to a solution from which everybody will benefit in future.”

But whether this benefit will attend to the avid ESBC backing Bougainville Copper to make a return to the island, or whether the Chinese government will emerge on top, is very much an open question.

dass die Rohstoffpreise steigen - zumindest für uns, die wir investiert sind und deshalb die größten Gewinne unseres teilweise jahrzehntelangen Anlegerlebens erhalten.
Die Situation ist aber auch dramatisch und ein Zeichen für den Niedergang des Papiergeldes.
Und selbst ich - als Wirtschaftshistoriker - habe keine Lösung für die zahlreichen Probleme: Umwelt, Nahrungsmittel, Rohstoffverfügbarkeit, Papiergeld, Politikverdrossenheit.
Ich möchte deshalb daran erinnern, dass bald Weihnachten ist und zumindest ein kleiner Teil der hohen Gewinne gespendet und konsumiert werden sollte. Wir machen hohe und werden noch höhere Geldgewinne machen und Erfolg  ist ein Gefühl wie guter Sex - aber Geld ersetzt nicht den Sex - und Erfolg ersetzt nicht das Leben.  

das meeting wurde um eine woche verschoben. nach meinen infos sind aber alle beteiligten ganz zufrieden damit, da es mehr zeit für die vorbereitung gibt.

Wenn ja und du dir die 18000 zu 0,97 in Fra unter den Nagel gerissen hast dann kann ich nur pfui sagen!!!!!

ich bin seit 0,45 EUR rum dabei und kaufe auch immer fleißig zu bei Gelegenheit ;) Sehe in kaum anderer Aktie so ein Potential (gut vielleicht noch shoshone silver oder petaquilla minerals)

Auf jeden Fall bleib ich da drin bis ich alt und grau bin - oder Bougainville wird meine Frührente :-))

MELBOURNE, Australia (By Liam Cochrane, Melbourne for Australian Network News) --- The United States will be increasing its security presence in the Asia-Pacific region and will be looking to Australia for ongoing advice and practical assistance. That position has emerged from the annual Australia-US Ministerial Consultations, better known as AUSMIN, that have been held in the southern Australian city of Melbourne. Australia was represented by Defence Minister Stephen Smith and Foreign Minister Kevin Rudd, who joined US counterparts Defense Secretary Robert Gates and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton to discuss issues including Afghanistan, the rise of China and regional security structures. US Defense Secretary Robert Gates made it clear America wants to expand its role in the region. "We are looking at an enhanced presence for the United States in Asia, and not some kind of cutback," he said. "We are a Pacific power. We have re-engaged in a major way and now we are looking at the next steps in that. "Today we agreed to create a bi-lateral Force Posture working group, to begin developing options for enhanced joint defence cooperation on Australian soil." While details were not forthcoming, the two countries signed an in-principle agreement to consider using Australian radars and facilities to monitor space to warn of possible collisions by space junk and to share surveillance and intelligence gathering. Regional power Hillary Clinton again praised Australia's role in bringing the United States to the table of regional security forums, such as the recent East Asia Summit and the ASEAN Defence Ministers Plus meeting, held in Hanoi last month. The inclusion of the US in these regional groupings is important for its desire to flex its muscles across the Asia and the Pacific, especially in the face of an increasingly confident China. Hillary Clinton said the US welcomes the economic success of China and the opportunities that has offered to many of its citizens. "As China becomes more of a player in regional and global affairs, then we expect that China will be a responsible player, and will participate in the international framework of rules that govern the way nations behave and conduct themselves," she said. It was delicate territory for Australia, which has had a volatile relationship with the emerging Asian giant, and Foreign Minister Rudd was keen to stick to the positives. "We are committed to building a strong, comprehensive and positive relationship with the People's Republic of China," he said. Afghanistan plans The American delegation praised Australia's role as the largest non-NATO contributor of troops to the conflict in Afghanistan. But Hillary Clinton rejected the notion the two countries were working on an exit strategy. "We have said from the very beginning that the goal is to be able to transition security to the Afghans themselves, starting next year," she said. "But that transition will be conditions based and will be determined as the analysis of our commanders in the field suggests to the civilian leadership in both our countries.

das meeting findet erst von 19.-21.statt. meine quelle ist vor ort, den namen nenne ich nicht. glaubt es oder nicht, es steht sowieso bald in der zeitung. ist auch kein bashversuch, wie jemand geschrieben hat, denn es ändert ja nichts außer einer woche wartezeit und besserer vorbereitung...ich kann immer nur kurz online sein heute, daher hat meine antwort so lange gedauert.
