kommt und wäre damit die Story um RT nicht aus dem Rennen?  

derjenige der aktuell verkauft:

- wird dies mit großer wahrscheinlichkeit nicht mit gewinn tun, d.h. er verkauft mit verlust.... warum ?????
- falls er short geht, muss er irgendwann eindecken ..... risiko gigantisch, chance naja ..... glaube ich nicht so richtig ....
- verkauft er um den kurs zu deckeln/drücken, dann verwässert er sein paket und verkauft zum denkbar niedrigsten kurs ... kann sein.... evtl. rt, png, rothschild,.... aber auch nur bedingt lustig für den verkäufer.....

alle optionen für den aktuellen verkäufer nicht sehr prickelnd ...vielleicht kommt damit auch etwas bewegung in die Verhandlungen

falls es linke tasche, rechte tasche ist .... dann kann der Verkäufer relativ entspannt sein, aber denke auch andere kaufen, d.h. netto wird er aktuell bei den kursen doch stücke abgeben müssen....

solange die abgebende seite kein insider ist und keine negative infos hat, können wir erstmal entspannt von der Seitenlinie zuschauen :-)  

dieses deckeln auch nur den grund haben, irgendwelche
ausgleichs- oder abfindungszahlungen, die auf dem durchschnittskurs
basieren, möglichst gering zu halten.
short gehen halte ich für unsinn.
es bleibt also die adr-fraktion, die ihre stücke um 5 dollar verkauft

Die Karato Lo`s scheinen erstmal mit Morumbi in einem Boot zu sitzen.Aber da die MoUs illegal sind........

The mining and development MOU establishes Morumbi as the mining and development partner for the Landowner Company. Although the outlying boundaries are yet to be determined, much of this historically regarded and highly prospective area lies outside the former Panguna area of interest and lies 14 km west of the historic Panguna Mine. Various independent assessments have identified a porphyry occurrence 8 km in diameter over the Karato lands as well epithermal structures that warrant further intensive geological investigation. The Karato MOU covers approximately 14,000 ha.

Under the terms of each of the MOU's, Morumbi has paid Kina 10,000 (approximately CDN$5,000) on signing and has committed to pay a further Kina 3,000 (approximately CDN$1,500) per month to the Landowner companies to help them carry out their corporate functions. In addition, Morumbi is committed to carry out social development programs in line and in conjunction with the programs it is delivering to its other four areas under agreement.

gerade vor Kraft, da glaubt wohl keiner mehr an was  

beinhaltet auch, wenn Aktien - solange keine Öffnung ersichtlich scheint - geparkt werden in Fonds. Jetzt - wo die Öffnung möglich scheint - macht es keinen Sinn, zukünftige mögliche Gewinne in den Fonds zu lassen - und so hätte/könnte man sie zurückkaufen.
Und damit alles sauber erscheint - nicht außerbörslich, sondern ordentlich nachvollziehbar über die Börse.  Und um zu testen, wieviel Aktien man dabei verliert, könnte man auch 'mal einen Tag die Transaktionen ruhen lassen. Alles natürlich reine Spekulation.

Hatte gestern angst den Trend zu verpassen und ne kauforder für 0,36 reingestellt, da der kurs gestern Abend ja so 0,35 war.
Heute hatte ich mich geärgert, als ich sah, das der kurs wieder runter ist.
und was sehe ich heute?
Order ausgeführt zu: 0,30
Wunderbar.
Also wenn der kurs ganz hart bei 0,3 festgenagelt wäre wäre es wohl zu offensichtlich.
Ne kleine Gegenbewegung macht das ganze scheinbar realistischer.

Ich denke es gibt Aktuell ein starkes Interesse dass der Kurs da ist, wo er ist.
Das ist aber auch nicht so schlim.
Und vielleicht ist es wirklich besser für png,bng,bcl,etc....
Den wie schon gesagt wurde, des do mehr sich die Lage eindeutig darstellt, des do höher wird der Druck.
Und irgendwann......

Ich bin jetzt schon viele jahre dabei, in der Vergangenheit war es immer so: unter 0,40 Kaufkurs, über 0,9 verkaufskurs.
Deshalb habe ich jetzt gekauft, und bei 0,9 werde ich nen ganz paar wieder verkaufen.
Aber nur ein ganz paar :-)

So funktionniert Meinungsbildung in PNG

Linke Tasche, rechte Tasche wird's nicht sein, sonst wäre der Druck auf den  Kurs nicht da.
Vermutlich wissen da einige mehr, der Markt spricht jedenfalls eine klare Sprache und wenn die Entwicklung vor Ort positiv wäre hätten wir andere Kurse. Es hilft leider nix.....  

Umsätze bis 12 Uhr... 42000 Stück...
ab 18 Uhr Eindeckungen 42.000 Stück...
zum Schluß Geldkurs 0,291... 42.000 Stück...

Der Händler ist wunderbar ins Spiel eingebunden...  

... Execution only ... der Trader ist nicht mal im Bilde was die Firma macht, er hat seine Orders (Eisberg) die er ausführt ...no less no more ....  

Es ist hier öfter zu lesen, dass in der Panguna Mine Rohstoffe von 100 USD je BOC-Aktie schlummern. Aber die 100 USD beziehen sich auf fertig verarbeitete und handelbare Rohstoffe. Noch handelt es sich :

1- um ungeförderte Rohstoffe in der Erde ==> Bewertung von 6%
2- um ein extrem schwieriges Umfeld (politisch und kulturell)
3- um ein lizenzloses Minenprojekt (zumindest fehlt die Neuausstellung der Lizenz)


Die "Denke" des Marktes :

Nach 1 bleiben noch ca. 6 USD
Nach 2 bleiben noch ca. 1 USD
Nach 3 bleiben noch ca. 0,40 USD

Mit 1) und 2) schlagen wir uns schon seit Jahrzehnten herum und als sich auch noch vor kurzem 3) hinzugesellte, nahm der Kurs den uns bekannten Verlauf.

Das ist die Realität und welche Szenarien die Regierungs-Chaoten in PNG und Bougainville-Provinz-Deppen letztendlich im Hinterkopf haben, kann niemand wissen.

Welchen Einfluss hätte 2) wenn man getrost davon ausgehen muss, dass mindestens die nächsten 2 Jahrzehnte nichts passieren wird ?

Aufgrund der Vergangenheit spricht leider statistisch gesehen einiges dafür.

A STEP TOWARDS UNIFICATION FOR BOUGAINVILLIANS

A significant reconciliation is to take place in Panguna between Ishmael Toroama, Chris Uma and Moses Pipiro on the 24th July 2013. This is seen as a very positive step towards unification for all factions that has since divided amongst themselves since the Bougainville Peace Agreement was signed.

A Brief Background:

Since the Height of the Bougainville Civil War in the early 90s, a standoff within the BRA rank and files took place when a decision taken by the Political Leader at that time the Late Joseph Kabui was not well taken by the Late Francis Ona the Revolutionary Leader.

Kabui made a decision to enter into negotiations with the PNG Government to find a lasting solution to the civil war which claimed a lot of lives. They were all under the Bougainville Peoples Progress (BRAs Political Arm) umbrella that ruled during that time. Francis Ona didn’t agree and so Kabui had no choice but to stick to his decision to enter into a round table talks with the PNG Government. Francis Ona didn’t like the idea about Autonomy but wanted OUTRIGHT INDEPENDENCE but Kabui wanted the Peace Process to continue that eventually led to the BOUGAINVILLE PEACE AGREEMENT and the Autonomous Bougainville Government being established.

What took place at that stand off was termed as the ‘ROREINANG COUP” which is something that has never been discussed since the BPA was signed up till now. This took place in a meeting in Roreinang Village in Kieta District, the village were Ishmael Toroama comes from. The ‘Roreinang Coup’ is the ROOT of the splits and factions that we have in Bougainville today.

Kabui realized that there would be no ‘Military Solution’ to this Civil War and so made a bold stand to get to the round table with the PNG Government and talk Peace process. On a Military aspect, Ishmael Toroama decided to move with Kabui to support him all the way until the Bougainville Peace Agreement was signed and eventually ABG established. Chris Uma and Pipiro remained with the Late Francis Ona and so had to name the faction ‘MEKAMUI’ because BRA’s Political leadership and Military Leadership was getting the the round table to talk Peace and Normalcy.This is how the factions began. Many of us Bougainvillians who enjoy the Peace and normalcy today should not forget this bold moves that the leaders took at that time.

This move now allowed BRA to start negotiations with the PNG Government. A total of 25 agreements and MOUs ect were signed that led to the Bougainville Peace Agreement which is the 26th Agreement according to the Chronology of agreements reached between parties at that time.

The Late Francis Ona had to have the Morgan Check Point up and call the surrounding areas "NO GO ZONE' and so Chris Uma as his military man had to be in charge of the Morgan Junction Check Point. Also in regards to the Bougainville Peace Agreement , the Late Francis Ona did not want to participate in the Bougainville Peace Process and also the signing of the Bougainville Peace Agreement because he still demanded outright Independence and not an Autonomous Government Concept. His right and dignity as the Leader of the Revolution was well respected by Kabui and Toroama.

The Political Leaders ( The Late Francis Ona and the Late Hon Joseph Kabui ) have since passed away, but the Military people that stood in support of their decisions are still alive today and so their reconciliation is very significant to UNIFICATION for Bougainvilleans.

Reconciliation on the 24th July 2013

An INDEPENDENT MEDIATION TEAM has been working around the clock to get the factional leaders together and also get them to a round table talks to set a stage for the Significant Reconciliation. The first ever meeting which saw for the first time the three war lords come together face to face for talks was at the famous Morgan Junction. A series of meetings and mediations have already been conducted with the recent one held on Friday 12th July 2013 at Arawa. The Independent Mediation Team together with the ABG Veterans Minster and his CEO to attend and have their inputs. A final reconciliation date has been set for the 24th July 2013 and the venue would be in Panguna.

All Ex-Combatants ( BRAs, Mekamui’s, Resistance and other factions) from North, Central, South will arrive in Arawa on the 22th July and all be meeting at the Arawa Youth Centre before going up to Panguna on the 24th July 2013 for the Reconciliation Ceremony.

Punkt 3 sollte sich mit dem Start der BCA Review (Sep?) erledigen
Punkt 2 mit BCL back on Boug. (Dez?)
Punkt 1 dürfte nach allen jetzt schon bekannten Daten aller Leases locker das 10-fache betragen.

Rohstoffreserven genügt mir und entspricht auch meiner Kalkulation, da das bereits nicht veröffentlichungsfähige Beträge ergibt.
Das Risiko, dass alles 20, 30 oder 50 Jahre später geschieht, sehe ich auch.
Wer also in BOC investiert, um sicher in überschaubarer Zeit Erträge zu erzielen, ist hier falsch, sollte lieber verkaufen und sich nach sichereren Werten umsehen.  

der Zerfall des Ostblocks dauret rund 50 Jahre.  Hier ging es nicht um Cash sondern und politsche Ausrichtung.
Wollen wir mal annehmen, dass bei unserem Fall wohl 25 Jahre genügen....
jene, die in die Böcke inverstiert haben, sind sich der Laufzeit der Spekulation bewusst..
ich gehe mal davon aus, dass das nicht die einzige AKtienposition im Depot ist.... auch die Erben freuen sich...

Ganz nach dem Motto - langsam könnte die Zeit reif werden .....

Nichtsdestotrotz kann es auch noch sehr lange dauern.

bezweifle ich, da ich momentan - auch wegen der globalen Situation - außer in BOC in keine andere Aktie zusätzlich investiere - trotz der Möglichkeit, daß sich alles mit Hilfe nützlicher Idioten oder durch andere widrige Umstände um ein, zwei Generationen verzögert.

ich habe rund 15% meiner Aktien in den Böcken liegen, 10 % in innovativen Technologien (Brennstoffzelle) und 15 % im Moment in Afrika; 30 % in den USA (weil die historisch betrachtet als 1. die Krisen überwinden - gelernt in der Save and Loan-Krise 1988) der Rest in Europa....wenn  ich die Nachrichten für sehr gut empfinde, bin ich entschlossen meinen ANteil in Böcken bis zu einem max. Anteil von 25 % hochzuschrauben...
es freut mich, dass du das auch so siehst mit dem Stichwort "die Zeit ist reif"... und wenn es noch 3 Jahre  dauert ...ich habe mir nie vorstellen können, dass der Eiserne Vorhang fällt...
