Die Story ist absolut intakt und unser Rabbie wird uns auch kein Stein in den Weg legen(ausserdem gehe ich davon aus, das Taylor bzw.BCL noch ein Sückchen näher am Ball ist(sind) als die Hauptprotagonisten hier im Board  

Öl- und Gas-Deal im aufstrebenden Ölstaat Papua Neuguinea (PNG)

EMFIS.COM - Coral Sea Petroleum Ltd (WKN 924249, aktueller Name Orchid Capital Ltd.) soll zu einer Öl- und Gasgesellschaft in PNG werden. Chairman und Großaktionär wird PNG's ex-Ölminister und Vizepremier, Chris Haiveta. Andere neue Direktoren werden zwei Größen in Australiens Bergbauindustrie, Yosse Goldberg und Domenic Martino (ex-CEO des Wirtschaftsprüfers Deloitte). Orchid wird neue Aktien ausgeben, etwas mehr als eine neue Aktie für jede existierende Aktie, und im Gegenzug 100% an der Firma Indo Pacific Energy mit etwa 11500 Quadratkilometern an Öl- und Gas-Explorationsgebieten erhalten.
Anfangs wird noch kein Öl produziert, aber Teile der Lizenzgebiete sind mit bereits seismisch untersucht worden und liegen nahe an bestehenden Öl- und Gaspipelines der zentralen Öl- und Gasregion von PNG. Orchid wird in Coral Sea Petroleum Ltd. umbenannt, in Anklang an das Seegebiet, in dem sich zwei der fünf Lizenzgebiete befinden, zwei weitere liegen auf dem Festland nahe der Küste der Coral Sea.  

durch das kaufen/verkaufen von-meist nur sehr wenigen  shares wenige Sekunden vor Handelsschluss soll der Kurs noch schnell einen deutlichen Ausschlag nach unten oder oben bekommen,um entweder  im chartbild den Eindruck eines bestimmten Trends zu erwecken oder an der ASX die Richtung vorzugeben.

..wurde in Fra wohl auch versucht mit 400 Stück auf 0,78,wurde aber nix daraus weil ne unsichtbare order a 0,80 da war

also Schlusskurs 0,801

aktuell kann man bei der saxo nur 20.000 CFD kaufen, weil die kurse zurück gegangen sind...  

Vielleicht sollte man schnell zugreifen, weil die große Gefahr besteht, dass die Kurse noch kräftig weiter zurück gehen und in einigen Tagen noch weniger CFD angeboten werden?

 

heute 115, also über zehn Prozent weniger. Gut das ich rechtzeitig ein paar Stücke hergegeben haben.

ANOTHER break through has been achieved! The Me’ekamui hardliners, guarding the heart of the Panguna mine have agreed the mine should be re-opened but want three major issues addressed.
Me’ekamui rebel hardliner Moses Pipiro and his team, Philip Takaung, Robin Tekapu and the Me’ekamui chiefs met with the Papua New Guinea leaders in Panguna yesterday to present their grievances for a possible solution to end the economic strife for the islanders.
Bougainville Affairs Minister Fidelis Semoso made a friendly visit to Panguna on Monday afternoon to see if he could have his way in meeting Pipiro and his team. The meeting was successful which eventually led to the big meeting with PNG departmental heads led by Mining Secretary Nellie James and National Coordination office of Bougainville Affairs director Ellison ToWallom.
Mr Pipiro who denied any involvements at all on mining meetings, agreements and discussions said he wants and will support the re-opening of the mine but not until these three issues are addressed:
* Outstanding reconciliations;
* K10 billion compensation; and
* Mining negotiations.
“For 25 years I’ve been here guarding this area. I’ve seen leaders die, many people lost their lives and I have been left out on mining awareness, agreements and other negotiations. I want to highlight the important claims which caused the war and they are to preserve the land and environment and about independent and sovereignty,” Mr Pipiro said.
“We have to balance the life of people, we need basic services ... and there is a way forward to economic recovery for Bougainville ... I’ve had sleepless nights because of this war. Step by step I want other important issues addressed which are outstanding reconciliations, compensation and land.
“I don’t see a problem working together in Bougainville. We’ve never been given the opportunity to speak and the ABG has not stood to provide an avenue for us to speak. We want unification and equal participation from the grassroots level to the leaders.”
Mr Takaung who is heading the Me’ekamui government stressed to the leaders that they also want the mine to re-open but the ABG should exercise a bit more commitment to deal with this mining issue so that they too will have a share and avenue to discuss their concerns.
Ms James acknowledged the rebels’ concerns and assured that the National Government was committed to help the ABG and advised that there were issues to address and thanked them for making time to meet them.

Militants clear one hurdle for mine to reopen

BREAK through? That is what the reaction is in relation to a meeting on Monday this week in Panguna between militant hardliners in Bougainville and a delegation of heads of Government departments from PNG that visited the closed mine at the weekend.
The delegation also met with members of the breakaway self-styled Bougainville Government, Me’ekamui and its militants who say they have kept watch over the closed world class copper mine in Panguna since operator Bougainville Copper Limited mothballed and eventually closed the mine at the height of the bloody Bougainville crisis in 1989.
The Government delegation led by Bougainville Affairs Minister and Bougainville Regional MP Fidelis Semoso met Me’ekamui rebel hardliner Moses Pipiro and president of the Me’ekamui Government Philip Takaung and chiefs of Panguna.
Pipiro and Takaung, in the meeting apparently gave their blessing for the reopening of the Panguna mine but set some conditions on this happening. They want reconciliation to be carried out among all groups in Panguna, to be involved in mining negotiations and K10 billion in compensation for the Panguna people.
It is encouraging that one more hardline group has given its seal of approval for mining to reopen in Bougainville. The Panguna landowners have given their approval. In a series of meetings last month, the landowners recognised the need for mining to resume in Panguna as it’s the only means forward for Bougainville.
Since autonomy over five years ago, the region has hardly moved forward in development and the rebuilding of infrastructure needed to nurture economic activity that will promote growth and eventually economic independence.
Autonomous Bougainville Government President John Momis has taken a number of overseas trips to woo investors from overseas to Bougainville or at least seek and set up partnerships to bring in much needed money to try and propel the region forward. Two weeks ago he was in Australia on a trip sponsored by the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade
He held discussions on a number of issues with the Australian Government, especially with the Foreign Minister Kevin Rudd and the Secretary for Pacific Affairs to brief them on the challenges, the financial challenges, the administrative challenges and the challenges of creating a culture of “democratisation” in Bougainville and the challenges of empowering the people economically. The trip was for him to garner support and appeal for more Australian help in Bougainville.
He also held talks with BCL. Like the landowners, BCL is agreeable to mining being reopened on Bougainville. BCL which operated and owns the mining licence for the closed Panguna Copper is open to discussions on reopening the mine and is open minded about the future.
BCL chairman Peter Taylor says a lot depends on the permit because it was as good as starting again.
He expects there will be a new regime and it will be administered by the Bougainville government rather than the National Government
He expects a feasibility study, that is acceptable to lenders, has to be carried out. This usually takes about a year and is a expensive process. New royalty schemes have to be negotiated and while BCL supports reopening of the mine, it is not committed to saying when this will happen with Taylor giving a time frame of three to five years.
But all that aside … it is looking good on the ground … everyone is talking the same language.

Ist bekannt, welche ISIN oder WKN die CFD`s haben? Wenn ja, wäre es hilfreich, diese würden bekannt gegeben.

Und, da ich nicht so sonderlich Bescheid weiß, was hat es mit den CFD`s auf sich?  

Die CFD's entsprechen grob den Knock Outs - sind nur für Profis mit dem Bewußtsein, dass es regelmäßig zum Totalverlust kommt, da die Händler gerne durch Kursverluste den Zwangsverkauf erzeugen. Auf jeden Fall muß sich jemand, der sich dafür interessiert UMFASSEND selbst informieren.

CFD`s auf BOC werden nur in AU gehandelt.

Dann lasse ich doch besser die Finger davon, auch wenn bei mir dann mehr Geld gebunden ist. So jedenfalls ist mir die Sache zu gefährlich.

Wie kommt er auf eine solch hohe Summe als Forderung???  

Diese Forderung existiert schon sehr lange, um klar zu stellen, dass man keine Öffnung will. In wie weit sie jetzt der Einstieg in Verhandlungen ist, wird sich zeigen.

Dennoch bleibt die Nukleare-Krise Japans im Bewusstsein der Investoren, heißt es. Die Stimmung an den Märkten habe sich vor allem angesichts stark steigender Aktienkurse in Tokyo verbessert. Davon kann Kupfer auch im frühen Handel an der LME profitieren. Hier wird für den drei-Monats-Kontrakt auf Kupfer 9.294 US-Dollar je Tonne bezahlt, das sind 1,74 Prozent mehr als am Vortag. "Wir haben Schnäppchenkäufe gesehen, als in London der Preis in Richtung der 9.000 Dollar-Marke gerauscht war", sagte ein Analyst von CIFCO Futures gegenüber Reuters. Die 9.000er-Marke erweise sich als starke Unterstützung, heißt es weiter

BRA’s stand on mine reopening

Following all the media coverage’s in the recent weeks and the recent meeting by the
so called landowners of Panguna Mine with the President for Bougainville, I would
like to highlight certain issues that need to be taken into consideration before
continuing discussions and plans to reopening of the Panguna Mine.
To set the record straight, the so called Panguna Landowners ‘Did not close the
mine’. Let it be known that it was the ‘Bougainville Revolutionary Army’ that closed
the mine because of environmental damage and for the interest of everyone on the
Island. The BRA consists of fighters from the North, Central and South Bougainville.
So everyone have to be considered and accommodated in any discussions in regard to
the reopening of the mine.
A lot of BRA soldiers died during the conflict, fighting to protect the environment
that was destroyed by the mining giant, fighting for the Land and lastly for total
independence for Bougainville. For the so called Panguna land owners to try to
reopen the mine without considering and accommodating those who have given their
lives and died for the closure of the mine would be an inconsiderate and greedy
move.
When the mine was shut down, there was a claim to the BCL by the late Francis Ona on
behalf of the landowners and Bougainville, the amount was K10 billion. Let it be
known to all parties interested in the reopening of the mine that we have not
forgotten and we still stand firm with this claim.
The move to reopen the mine is welcomed but is a sensitive issue. We don’t want to
go down the same road we came out from.
We fought against environmental damage, land rights and independence for
Bougainville, therefore any discussions to reopen the mine must have a fair
representation.
I call on the National Government not to raise false hopes without gauging the views
of all parties involved.

JPM AU weigert sich eine VK Order höher als 10% über Schlusskurs anzunehmen??????

Spricht das nicht dafür dass unter allen Umständen verhindert werden soll dass Shares der Ausleihe durch das Aufgeben hoher VK Orders entzogen werden könnten?

Der Makler führt nach Börsenschluss alle noch offenen Orders aus bevor er die Bücher schliesst.
