was macht Dich so sicher dass gerade die kleine Horisont solche kapitalintensiven Projekte
wird stemmen können?
 

Im Prinzip alles, was ich auf den vorherigen Seiten so geschrieben habe.

In aller Kürze:

+Politischer Wille (Gesetze, Milliarden-Subventionen, gesellschaftliche Relevanz durch den Klimawandel, Düngemittelkrise, Geopolitik, etc.)
+CEO (Gründer und seit 2019 non-Stop mit HRGI beschäftigt und möchte denke ich mal auch die Ernte einfahren)
+Starke Partner mit großen Taschen (Fertiberia, E.On, Orlen, Koole Terminals)
+bisher wenige Anbieter, aber eine steigende Nachfrage und Notwendigkeit

 

Und wenn man sich mal das Team von HRGI und deren Background anschaut, dann steckt eine Menge Know-How im Unternehmen.

"In Horisont Ammoniakk, the work continues with the Spanish fertiliser specialist Fertiberia to develop the world’s first world-scale clean ammonia plant. The Barents Blue project addresses the growing need for clean ammonia in the maritime and industry sectors and offers a unique large-scale opportunity to accelerate the European energy transition. The project is moving towards concept select over the summer, with the aim to decide on the most viable technical and economic solution and commence a Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) study during the second half of the year. Work continues to facilitate gas supply for the
plant, expected completed by the end of summer 2024.

Energi continues to progress the projects in the three business areas clean
ammonia, carbon storage and carbon infrastructure towards commercial maturity.

“We have developed substantial competency, IP, and know-how over the past five
years, and have entered partnerships with leading industrial players. Building
pioneering green industries takes time but we have established a strong position
and a solid basis for creating value for our shareholders and solving the
challenges ahead of us, says Horisont Energi’s Co-CEOs Bjørgulf Haukelidsæter

Horisont Energi intends to start operations at the Gismarvik CO2 hub in 2029,
followed by Barents Blue and Polaris start-up in 2029/2030, subject to final
investment decisions for the three projects in 2026.

Highlights Q2 2024:
• Continued progress has been made on the status of the commercial agreements
for the Barents Blue project
• Horisont Energi decided to submit a licence application for a new carbon
storage with deadline 29 August 2024
• Hosted Barents Blue Days in Hammerfest together with our partners Fertiberia
and PGNiG Upstream Norway.
• Received EU Project of Mutual Interest status for the Gismarvik CO2 Hub and
cross-border CO2 infrastructure network.Preparing application for CEF (EU
funding).
• Ministry of Energy approved deadline extension for Decision of Concretisation
(BoK) of Polaris project with new deadline 1 November 2024.

Subsequent events:
• Licence application for a new carbon storage in the North Sea will be
submitted on 29 August.

Financial highlights:
• Main financial priority to extend capital runway – reduced costs by ~50% from
Q2 2023 to Q2 2024 and from 1H 2023 to 1H 2024.
• Net loss of NOK 29.0 million in Q2 2024 compared to net loss of NOK 58.7
million in Q2 2023.
• Cost reduction primarily attributed to lower use of external resources,
combined with improved operational efficiency.
• Cash and cash equivalents amounted to NOK 130.6 million at the end of Q2 2024,
providing sufficient capital to carry out planned activities through the 2H 2024
and towards key project milestones and decision gates in 2025.
• Exploring additional capital sourcing to fund projects and provide a
sustainable basis for future operations.

Stødle Henry Arvid sammelt weiter und weiter Aktien ein. Nun auf Platz 4 mit 553.838 Anteilen (t-2).
Neu in den Top 20, Gjerde Arne Johan mit 149.000 Anteilen (t-2).

Jetzt sollte dann mal der Richtungswechsel einsetzen. Wenn der aus der Q2 Präsentation so oft genannte "commercial progress" eintritt, sollte es nun auch kurzfristig zur Wende kommen.  

Highlight der Q2 Präsentation ist wohl die Erwähnung von Air Liquide als "Lead" für das CEF-Funding von Horisont Energi.
Air Liquide hat bereits 160 Millionen Euro von der EU in diesem Jahr genehmigt bekommen, weshalb Horsiont sich dort einen sehr erfahrenen Partner geangelt hat.
Dann hoffen wir mal das sie mit der neuen Bewerbung für das CEF-Funding erneut erfolgreich sind.

Ewig sollte es jetzt nicht mehr dauern:

Das ist der Grund, warum man Horisont Aktien zur Zeit für`n Appel und `n Ei bekommt. Natürlich könnten Sie Pleite gehen, deshalb der hohe Discount. Wenn die finanzielle Seite geklärt ist, werden wir bei einem anderen Kurs stehen und dann werden eben die Leute kaufen, die diese Sicherheit zum Kauf brauchen. Der zweite Grund ist, dass das Geschäftsmodell von HRGI für die meisten eine Blackbox ist. Dazu kommt dann wohl noch, dass "grüne" Aktien generell vom Markt derzeit gemieden werden.
Die finanzielle Seite wird sich klären. CCS und CO2 Infrastruktur und Ammoniak werden eine immer größere Rolle spielen. Der Markt wird irgendwann auch mal wieder einen grünen Trend miterleben, wenn Horisont bis dato auch schon Umsatz machen sollte, dann könnten wir auch mal wieder dort stehen wo wir mal waren.
 

Eins ist und bleibt jedoch irrsinnig. Laut Q2 stehen noch 130,6 Mio. NOK zur Verfügung. Die Börse gibt HRGI aktuell einen Wert von 71,44 Mio. NOK. (Kurs 3,20 NOK).
Wenn man nun also die Türen schließen würde hätte man eine Unterbewertung von 59,16 Mio. NOK.
1 NOK in Cash wird also derzeit nicht wie 1 NOK bewertet. Aktuell würde man bei einer Abwicklung also Geld geschenkt bekommen. Ergo, wenn man das sehr hohe Risiko eines Totalverlusts eingehen möchte, dann ist die Aktie derzeit ziemlich günstig.

 

Mit etwas Glück könnte es bald eine neue Lizenz für Horisont geben.

Nornes Ted Arne sammelt weiter auf und ist nun auf Platz 4 der Shareholder List (556.700 Anteile, t-2).
Stødle Henry Arvid ist auf Platz 5 (554.217 Anteile, t-2).

Heute endet der kalendarische Sommer und wenn kein Gasvertrag verkündet wird, dann hat HRGI nicht das geliefert was sie in der Q1 Präsentation gesagt haben. Herbe Enttäuschung. Wenn ich es richtig verstehe, müsste aber spätestens bis zur BoK-Entscheidung am 01.11.  ein Vertrag vorliegen.

Ob die Shareholder Nornes Ted Arne und Stødle Henry Arne seit Monaten Anteile aufsammeln, weil sie wussten das der shareholder value per review maximiert werden soll und das Konzept schon ausgetüfftelt in der Schublade liegt? Oder sind es einfach Hochrisiko-Investoren?
Auffällig finde ich schon, dass "in conjunction with its Board of Directors and major shareholders" ein strategic review für Optionen veröffentlicht wird.

Anyway, schön das etwas passiert und zwar mit Rücksichtnahme auf die shareholder :)
