announce that the Company has completed a corporate name change from “Thelon Diamonds
Ltd.” to “Global Li-Ion Graphite Corp.” effective July 11, 2017.
“We have changed the name of the Company to better reflect the nature of our business and
clients” said Jason Walsh, President.
As of Friday, July 14, 2017 the Company’s CUSIP will be 37956H108 and its ISIN will be
