Banco Comercial Português, S.A. (BCP) informs that the S&P Ratings Agency, in a
Rating Action Commentary released on July 29, announced that it has upgraded
BCP’s long-term counterparty credit rating from “B” to “B+”, having affirmed the
short-term rating at “B”, and upgraded the stand-alone credit profile (SACP) from
“b-” to “b”, the senior unsecured debt from “B” to “B+” and the nondeferrable
dated subordinated debt from “CCC-“ to “CCC”.
According to S&P, the current ratings upgrades reflect primarily the success of
BCP’s rights issue transaction, which reinforces the Bank’s solvency position,
providing a significant buffer that preserves a comfortable capital position,
according to the parameters considered. In accordance with S&P, the
reimbursement of hybrid capital instruments (CoCos) will contribute to the
reduction of funding costs, allowing an improvement in the Bank’s profitability of
the Bank.
S&P also said it did not encounter material set-backs that could affect its
assessment of the stability of BCP’s business and franchise.

die chinesische FOSUN nach einem Aktiensplit eingekauft und will ihren Anteil auf fast 30% steigern.

Die Bank ist ausgebombt, ähnlich wie dir gr. Banken, nur mit weniger faulen Krediten aber auch einer geringeren Kapitaldecke.

Habe mir ein paar Anteile zugelegt.....  

noch nicht... aber die Aktionäre fast...  

 

 

 

in 2 Monaten ist die Aktie sicherlich bei 0,09 E ..... Tendenz wie immer fallend.
Man braucht sich nur die Gesichter der Verantwortlichen anschauen.

Bin gerade (zufällig) über die Präsentation zum Q1-Bericht gestolpert, der mich in meinem Investment bestärkt hat. Quartalsgewinn von über 35 Mio., Rückstellungen wegen Corona von knapp 79 Mio. schon abgezogen. NPE`s seit Q1 2019 um 1,3 Mrd. reduziert. Aus meiner Sicht top; da könnten sich die deutschen Banken aber mal `ne Scheibe abschneiden. Halte die Zahlen der BCP nicht nur für besser als die der Großbanken in D, sondern das Unternehmen an sich (leider) auch für seriöser. Nur der Kurs zieht nicht mit. Übersehe ich was? Gegenmeinungen?

bin bei 0,27 mit 5000 mal eingestiegen. Werde nächstes Jahr bei positiven Aussichten noch aufstocken.
