Enviro-Serv Inc. Announces Joint Venture on Fumigation Services for X-Terminate Pest Management Inc.
Enviro-Serv Inc. Announces Joint Venture on Fumigation Services for X-Terminate Pest Management Inc.
TAMPA, FL--(Marketwired - Apr 4, 2014) - Enviro-Serv Inc. (ESI) (OTC: EVSV) today announces that a new joint venture has been agreed upon for the Company's subsidiary, X-Terminate Pest Management, Inc., which will increase their fumigation business revenues up to 1000%.
EVSV Chairman and CEO, Chris Trina, states, "We have worked diligently to effect a mutually beneficial deal with our new partner. We are thrilled to have finalized terms together toward significant success for all involved. We are very pleased with the potential here and will begin monetizing the partnership almost immediately.
Although X-Terminate, Inc. holds its Fumigation license, we specialize in liquid treatments such as orange oil and other products to eradicate dry-wood termites. We are proud to be the pioneer in orange oil usage in Tampa Bay and a continued leader, but it's not nearly enough!" Trina went on to explain, "We knew we had to utilize our fumigation license to the fullest extent if we are to double even triple our sales this year forward for X-Terminate."
Trina noted, "Tampa Bay is the #3 area in the United States for fumigation treatments and tops many charts for other pest control needs as well. It's why we acquired X-Terminate in the first place and why I am so excited about pest control in this area in general. Last year we gave away vast amounts of fumigation leads for a mere 10% commission which didn't amount to much at all...I mean who's excited to perform inspections, quote the job and deal with the sales phase when the entire potential fee is 10% of the quoted job? I know I wouldn't be that's for sure," Trina exclaimed.
Trina explains the joint venture this way, "There are two ways to generate revenues when you possess a fumigation license. One way is to launch your own internal operation, hire a full time crew, purchase equipment, tarps and very expensive chemicals etc. which takes huge money and fumigation experience neither which we have excess of or partner up with one of the local giants who already have a foot hold in the area."
"We chose to partner with a giant who has not only been in business in Tampa Bay for nearly four decades but is willing to fly our X-Terminate colors on all job sites involving fumigation. When we go out on our free termite inspections we often come across properties that are so badly infested we cannot offer orange oil treatments at a fair price but also don't have the ability to sell the client on a fumigation job either. Instead of missing all that revenue we NOW will simply quote the job for fumigation treatment and bring on our experienced reputable partner who charges us wholesale pricing while we quote retail pricing making the spread. Last year we made 10% on a job now it's plausible to make 100-150% on the same job. Now that is very exciting news for our shareholders!"
Trina concludes, "Shareholders and Investors please don't take my word for any of this. Dry wood Termites have been on the rise since 2010 and are only getting worse, as you can see in this compelling article. This means great potential business for us, which means great customer service for our clients. We are now entering the sweet spot of the termite season which should lead to an outstanding second quarter and growth in overall shareholder value. I realize that the market wants to see positive news all the time and that's also our goal. To that effect, we are working diligently to ensure overall success. I feel strongly that those shareholders that have been patient will be very well rewarded and certainly appreciate their support. Further, I am confident that shareholders will be very pleased with our updates in the coming days."

Enviro-Serv, Inc. Announces Signed Franchise Agreement With Pestmaster Services For Tampa Bay Territory Rights
PR Newswire
TAMPA, Fla., May 18, 2015
TAMPA, Fla., May 18, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Enviro-Serv, Inc. (OTC: EVSV), which targets highly profitable small service companies in the commercial and residential property maintenance industry, is pleased to announce that Enviro-Serv, Inc. has formally signed the necessary franchise agreement with Pestmaster Services a national Franchisor with 30 locations and a dominant player in the Governmental contracts sector for pest control to control the Tampa Bay Pest market.
Two weeks ago CEO Chris Trina stated this to the investing public and shareholders. "For several months the dates of April 27th-May 1 have been earmarked on my calendar for mandatory training at the Pestmaster Services HQ offices in Reno which were announced to the public last week. I am excited to state that not only was the visit a huge success from the learning and training standpoint but was also instrumental in our management team putting together an offer for territorial rights for both Hillsborough and Pinellas County here in Tampa Bay. This territory is a population of over 2 million people combined with existing VA governmental contracts in existence which become ours immediately when the deal is solidified. We look forward in the short time ahead to call ourselves Pestmaster Tampa.
As stated on Dec. 23rd press release Pestmaster Services is only one of a handful (70) of (21,000) national pest operations approved to bid on GSA SBA governmental pest contracts and currently holds a 5 year annually renewable, $307,000 VA Tampa based contract that would be owned and serviced by the Tampa franchisee. Additionally discussions are underway to encapsulate X-Terminates operations under the Pestmaster umbrella and make it one giant killer in the Tampa Bay area and aggressively seek further GSA contracts such as MacDill AFB located in South Tampa as just one example.
Pestmaster Services is an award winning well recognized name for over 35 years in the pest control industry. Although there are still discussions to take place on this deal I look forward to their responses in finalizing our Tampa deal and working closely with Pestmaster Services on future government and private sector contracts."
Trina exuberantly exclaims to shareholder's today, "In just two short weeks Enviro-Serv, Inc. has successfully raised and sent the necessary escrow capital to formalize this very important franchise agreement. The franchise purchase agreement includes everything stated above as part of the deal. The Franchisor required a $15,000 escrow be sent to solidify this deal and take the Tampa Bay markets off the board so to speak and lock them up. This was completed in full last week. There are more escrow deposits to make along the next 3-6 weeks and a balance owed on or before July 15th, 2015 to complete the agreement in full. Management does not see any problems whatsoever in achieving these time lines and raising the necessary capital."

Enviro-Serv Inc. (USOTC: EVSV) today announced diversifying its current services into new offerings in order to win a larger share of the approximate $45 billion in contracts awarded annually by the US Government. Enviro-Serve is expanding upon its current experience with Government Services Administration (GSA) contracts to offer new services under GSA contracts. Even as a small business today, the opportunity for Enviro-Serve with GSA contracts is still large with nearly $2 billion in contracts awarded annually by the US Government to small businesses. Enviro-Serv plans to apply for GSA certification separate from the pest control GSA certification under which it has secured service contracts in the past. In addition to its current services, Enviro-Serv expects to increase GSA sales providing new services within its existing Tampa, Florida territory in addition to expanding into new geographic regions through the acquisition of independent service companies. The GSA service diversification announced today is only one part of a comprehensive expansion plan. The company expects to make a series of strategic announcements over the coming weeks as it rolls out the entire expansion strategy.

Rapid Expansion Strategy To Increase Share Of $45 Billion In U.S. Government Contracts
Enviro-Serv Inc. (USOTC: EVSV) ("EVSV") has embarked upon a rapid expansion strategy to win a larger share of the approximate $45 billion in U.S. Government contracts awarded annually under General Services Administration (GSA). There are three basic components of the strategy: 1. To build on the company's sound base of experience providing government services centered around our pest control expertise; 2. to organically continue adding new service capacity, and 3. to also add service capacity through the acquisition of independent service providers as well as using acquisition opportunities to expand regionally.
The company is in negotiations to establish a strategic partnership. Key meetings will be held in Dallas, Texas next week anticipated to solidify the partnership. The partnership would bring on board an instrumental asset with extensive GSA experience and a well-established network. The partnership is anticipated to accelerate growth even beyond the company's current projections.
We have already begun to win new contracts that are natural extensions of our core pest control work. We have been working diligently to expand our concentration of services in and around our Tampa base of operations. We are prioritizing but not limiting our regional expansion efforts in the South East United States.
We are not limiting our service reach. For example, we are in negotiations with two telecommunication companies that currently provide cell phone services under a government contract.
It is premature to make financial projections for 2019, but we do anticipate sales next year to increase by a multiple of our current revenue, not a fraction.
As we embark on this strategy we are updating our shareholder communication strategy. Note that this presentation comes to you on a new corporate website. This website is a work in progress. Check back regularly to find updates. One key update we will be adding is a CEO blog so I can keep you up to date as our rapid expansion strategy unfolds.
EVSV is preparing to bring its expertise in organic fertilizers and other potential critical necessities to the industrial hemp farming market. The company has already been in conversations with parties currently engaged in the U.S. hemp sector. In particular the company anticipates a joint venture announcement with a cannabis cultivation operation working to develop a proprietary hemp cultivar to be coming soon.
EVSV's plans to expand into the hemp market are part of the company's overall recently announced plans to expand its current service offerings. The company recently announced plans to diversify its current government focused service offerings enabling the company to win a larger share of the approximate $45 billion in contracts awarded annually under U.S. Government General Services Administration (GSA) contracts.
