bin gerade auf den fahrenden Zug aufgesprungen. Tolles Unternehmen. Da wird noch einiges gehen.  

Mitek Systems (MITK) came out with quarterly earnings of $0.23 per share, beating the Zacks Consensus Estimate of $0.16 per share. This compares to earnings of $0.16 per share a year ago. These figures are adjusted for non-recurring items.

This quarterly report represents an earnings surprise of 43.75%. A quarter ago, it was expected that this mobile imaging software company would post earnings of $0.13 per share when it actually produced earnings of $0.16, delivering a surprise of 23.08%.

Over the last four quarters, the company has surpassed consensus EPS estimates three times.

Mitek Systems, which belongs to the Zacks Computer - Optical Imaging industry, posted revenues of $31.78 million for the quarter ended June 2021, surpassing the Zacks Consensus Estimate by 6.87%. This compares to year-ago revenues of $25.41 million. The company has topped consensus revenue estimates four times over the last four quarters.

Sollte weiterhin interessant bleiben. Mal schauen was mit dem delisting passiert, also ob. 16.10.23 ist glaube ich Stichtag.  

schon bisschen dämlich wie Leute blind die Kohle raus hauen. Ohne news.
Die Ernüchterung kommt dann um 15.30h :)  

Wie kommt ihr auf das KGV?
Ich komme auf 42  

Da muss man immer dazuschreiben, für welches Jahr und ob GAAP oder nicht.

Die Aktie ist nicht billig  

Das ist Vergangenheit. Ist auch immer ein bisschen die Frage, worauf genau sich die Jahreszahl bezieht - Kalender- oder Geschäftsjahr.

Ich folge dem Wert aber erst seit kurzem, weshalb ich nichts weiter zur Diskussion beisteuern werde.

Das aktuelle fwd PE wird, so weit ich das sehe, zwischen 11-13 geschätzt - non-GAAP vs GAAP. Kann so werden oder auch nicht.  

Das Problem hier ist nicht die Bewertung, sondern die fehlenden SEC Filings samt den möglichen Konsequenzen.
