Filing 10Q March 2006
Recent Developments As of April 3, 2006, we entered into a nonbinding letter of intent with an established manufacturer of mobile utility systems to merge their operations into the company. The decision to consummate this transaction is pending due diligence and further negotiations. Although we have completed this acquisition, we must raise significant capital to operate this business. Therefore, unless we are able to sell our shares or find debt financing, we will not have sufficient funds to carry on our business operations for the next 12 months. To date, limited funds from sources have been raised, and there can be no guaranty that any offering will yield the funds necessary for us to carry on our business operations. Without sufficient funding we will be unable to continue as a going concern. On December 19, 2005 Jeffrey W. Flannery was elected as our president, chief executive officer, chief financial officer and secretary of the company. Mr. Flannery now owns 12.9 percent of common stock and 100% of the preferred stock constituting a change of control.

Safe Travel Care, Inc., Seagrave Fire Apparatus, LLC Form Strategic Alliance to Market Mobile Disaster Response Utility Product
Titan Energy Development, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Safe Travel Care, Inc. (OTCBB:SFTV), announced today that it has formed a strategic alliance with Seagrave Fire Apparatus, LLC of Clintonville, Wisconsin to market Titan's Sentry 5000 mobile utility product through Seagrave's nationwide network of dealers. The alliance allows municipalities and emergency response organizations greater access to the self-sufficient first response units via Seagrave's 40+ dealer network in the United States and Canada.
"The Sentry 5000 is a natural product fit with fire apparatus sales and service," Brighton Diesel Diagnostics, Inc. President Steven Fitzgerald says. "The interest that's been generated from recent showings at national and regional shows indicates there's a real need for this type of mobile response unit, whether for hurricane response or other community emergencies."
The Titan Sentry 5000 offers maximum disaster recovery at an effective cost. The system provides up to 80 hours of self-sufficient emergency power generation (dependent on load utilization) before refueling. It allows for mobile deployment and supports emergency power generation, water purification, satellite voice and data communication, emergency area lighting, space conditioning (heat or cooling), and offers 50kW+ additional power capacity.
"Seagrave sales staffs are in communities every day working with firefighters and municipal leaders to help them prepare for unplanned emergencies," says Tim Steinmetz, Seagrave's vice president of sales. "The Sentry 5000, like our wide range of fire apparatus solutions, is one more tool we can offer to help them respond faster and better."
Steven Hurt, Vice President of Engineering for Titan Energy Development, adds, "The complimentary nature of our markets being first responders, HazMat teams, and other front line disaster relief organizations makes this relationship efficient and easier for those we aim to serve. In addition, partnering with a first class organization like Seagrave is what many organizations strive to do."

Titan Energy Development, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Safe Travel Care, Inc. (OTCBB:SFTV), announced today that it was awarded a grant from the Michigan 21st Century Jobs Fund and will receive $2,030,000 to be shared with its partners in the project, including: the US Military, Wayne State University and The NextEnergy Center. The grant will allow Titan Energy to test the ability of the Sentry 5000 mobile utility back up system to operate on multiple, alternative fuel sources which will potentially increase its application and marketability.
"This program will expand the readiness and desirability of our versatile emergency response system, the Sentry 5000, by extending its fuel sourcing from diesel to any likely available fuel option, including synfuels, bio diesel, and jet fuel," stated Thomas Black, President of Titan Energy Development, Inc. "This fuel flexibility will give first responders and Military personnel the ability to use several different fuels in an emergency when normal fuel distribution is disrupted or not available."
Michigan's Governor Jennifer Granholm, who visited Titan on September 13, created the Michigan 21st Century Jobs Fund in order to recognize some of the most promising and innovative job creating ideas Michigan has to offer. The original field of 505 proposals was narrowed to 179 finalists by an independent peer-review process conducted by the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS). The 179 finalists recently underwent intense, individual interviews by AAAS experts who then made final recommendations.
Added Thomas Black, "We believe Titan has a world class product with the Sentry 5000. With this generous grant from the Michigan 21st Century Jobs Fund we hope to offer a Sentry 5000 with even greater capabilities and flexibility. Titan Energy Development, Inc., a Subsidiary of Safe Travel Care, Inc., Receives Order For Two Sentry 5000 Systems
Wednesday September 27, 9:00 am ET
SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Titan Energy Development, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Safe Travel Care, Inc. (OTCBB:SFTV - News), announced today that it received a stock order from Brighton Diesel Diagnostics for two Sentry 5000 mobile utility systems. Brighton Diesel Diagnostics is the Michigan Distributor for Seagrave Fire Apparatus. The units will travel the county throughout the Seagraves dealer network. The primary use will be trade show and live demonstrations for interested customers.
"Our plan is to move these units around the United States for live demonstrations in order to highlight the product features and benefits in a way that can't be replicated with standard marketing materials," says Steven Fitzgerald, President of Brighton Diesel Diagnostics. "This is also our first step in building our inventory of Sentry 5000s. We would ideally like to have units ready for deployment in case of a natural disaster like Hurricane Katrina, or any other type of situation that may arise and leave large segments of the population without utility services."
Seagrave Fire Apparatus, LLC, one of the larger manufacturers of fire trucks, signed a distribution agreement with Titan earlier this year to market the Sentry 5000 through its distributor network. One of the first markets the new Sentry 5000s will be sent to will be the Northeast U.S. Seagrave has earned a long-term relationship with FDNY, New York Fire Department and has a large portion of its dealer network in the Eastern part of the United States.
"The fire truck industry is an industry that likes to see the product before purchasing," says Steve Hurt of Titan Energy Development, Inc. "With easy to use controls, customers will be able to start the unit and see how flexible the Sentry 5000 really is."
The Sentry 5000 will allow local communities to offer its citizens a layer of protection it currently may not have. The Sentry 5000 provides up to 80 hours of self-sufficient emergency power generation (dependent on load utilization) before refueling. It allows for mobile deployment and supports emergency power generation, water purification, satellite voice and data communication, emergency area lighting, space conditioning (heat or cooling), and offers 50kW+ additional power capacity. The Sentry 5000 retails for between $150,000 and $180,000.
