To All Seamless Wi-Fi Shareholders, Investment Advisors and Interested Parties;
The past month has been a period of significant development and foundation building for Seamless Wi-Fi and our subsidiaries. Following are updates from Seamless Wi-Fi’s operating subsidiaries; Seamless Internet, Peer 2 Peer, and Skyy-Fi. We will continue to issue periodic news updates regarding the Company and different initiatives via email subscription and archived on the www.slwf.net website.
Seamless Internet, Inc.
Our business and consumer research has lead to tasking our development engineers to add additional functionality and features to the S-XGen™ Production prototype prior to final manufacturing lock-in. We have increased internal memory from 128 Kb to 256 Kb, added an onboard camera as well as more gaming buttons to each side to facilitate gaming interactivity and have included a shock proof 20 Gigabyte hard drive in the base production units, which will provide for extensive additional capabilities.
As a result of these upgrades, the price point for the S-XGen has increased to $799.00 but any potential purchaser who registers to reserve their S-XGen at the www.slwf.net website before August 15, 2006 will be entitled to purchase their S-XGen at the discounted pre-release price including a ten percent discount on the original suggested retail price of $595.00. In addition to receiving an effective discount of over $250.00 per unit, only individuals or businesses that pre-reserve their S-XGEN devices will be guaranteed order fulfillment when the first S-XGEN’s hit the street in November of 2006. No deposit is required upon reservation.
Even though the S-XGen has been fitted with a 20GB hard drive, its dimensions have been maintained to the planned 6.5” X 3.8” X 1.125” form factor. It includes a TFT Transflective Touch Screen viewable in sunlight, 802.11b/g and Bluetooth connectivity, SD MMC and Compact Flash sockets, 2-USB 2.0 ports, and a near full sized Qwerty folding keyboard, stereo speakers and inputs/outputs, docking socket and tri-band cell phone communications.
Please visit www.seamlessinternet.com for more detail.
Seamless Peer2Peer, Inc.
Based upon Alpha testing results and input, our development partners for Phenom(TM) Version 3.0 have informed us that the next internal beta iteration of Phenom will be available the third week of August. Additional features such as Oracle support, the server side administrator and license system will be integrated into the initial public Beta release date in mid-September.
We are marketing Phenom 3.0 through retail, wholesale and direct to end user channels. The price point will range from $49.95 to $149.95 depending on license and capabilities mix. All Phenom tech support will be based in the United States and will be available 24/7.
Please visit www.seamlessp2p.net for more detail.
Seamless Skyy-Fi, Inc.
Seamless Skyy-Fi is eager for the release of it's proprietary “SPN” technology. “SPN” secures Wi-Fi Internet surfing by encrypting the wireless data packets as they are transmitted from your Wi-Fi device (laptops, smart phones etc.). We look to add the “SPN” technology to our product and service offering by mid December of 2006.
Seamless Skyy-Fi reports that initial reception for the company published white paper entitled ‘Courting the Business Traveler: Secure Wi-Fi Hotspot Provision Provides Hoteliers with Competitive Differentiation’ has been encouraging as hoteliers look for value-added services for client retention or additional guest revenue capture. Additionally, Skyy-Fi would like to welcome the Chevy Chase Country Club located at 3067 E Chevy Chase Dr. Glendale Ca. 91206-1900 to our growing family of hotspot locations.
Seamless Skyy-Fi provides location-based Wi-Fi services provision for hotel and retail organizations from initial installation, integration, billing management and ongoing service, maintenance and technology upgrades. A copy of the white paper is available upon registration at the www.slwf.net website.

To All Seamless Wi-Fi Shareholders, Investment Advisors and Interested Parties;
We continue to make progress toward bringing new products and services to market. Following is the most recent updates from our operating subsidiaries; Seamless Internet, Peer 2 Peer, and Skyy-Fi. We will continue to issue periodic news updates regarding the Company and different initiatives via email subscription and archived on the www.slwf.net website.
Seamless Internet, Inc.
Seamless Internet announced that X 1.0, a leading PC systems integrator in the New York metro area, ordered five hundred S-XGen(TM) Mobile Computing and Communications Devices. A new video showcasing the S-XGen(TM)'s compact design, enhanced features and keyboard functionality is available on the company's website at www.slwf.net.
The S-XGen is the newest contender in the rapidly expanding Ultra Mobile Personal Computer (UMPC) class of minicomputers. According to X 1.0 president Nathan Archer the "S-XGen will allow us to offer our client base a real computing and communications tool in a much smaller form than common laptops, but without the drawback of PDA-type devices -- namely, a keyboard you can really write on.”
We are eager to get the first production units into the hands of our best clients so they can not only experience the benefit of the almost full-sized keyboard, but also the enhanced communications capabilities that the S-XGen's integrated cell service, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity affords the hard-core mobile business user. This is the second large order for the S-XGen, which in addition to the hundreds of validated online business and consumer reservations represents a very good indication of the market's desire and the true potential for this unit.
We are also pleased to announce that Mr. Harry Choi has accepted the position of Vice President of International Sales and will have responsibility for driving S-XGen™ sales overseas.
Mr. Choi has extensive experience in the selling and import/export of new technologies and materials throughout the world. He has formed several successful international trade organizations throughout his career, including Sung Bo Industrial CO. Ltd, in 1973 and Tradesmith, Inc. in 1995. Mr. Choi has an economics degree from Han Yang University and served in the Korean Army, rising to the rank of Captain.
In addition, we will be exhibiting the S-XGen at the 2007 International Consumer Electronics Show (CES) at the Sands Booth IP125. The S-XGen is featured on the CES site at https://myces2007.bdmetrics.com/Portal/ViewCompany.aspx?id=1885332.
The Consumer Electronics Association (CEA) is the preeminent trade association promoting growth in the consumer technology industry through technology policy, events, research, promotion and the fostering of business and strategic relationships. CEA represents more than 2,000 corporate members involved in the design, development, manufacturing, distribution and integration of audio, video, mobile electronics, wireless and landline communications, information technology, home networking, multimedia and accessory products, as well as related services that are sold through consumer channels. We look forward to a warm reception for the S-XGen at CES.

Skyy-Fi signed a Letter of Intent to provide Wi-Fi service to a downtown location in Windsor, Colorado with the expectation of being able to cover most of downtown Windsor. This represents a significant municipal “light-up” in which the company will expand its wide-area coverage capacity and will be the model for further municipal and corporate park marketing efforts.
Seamless Skyy-Fi is eager for the release of it's proprietary “SPN” technology. “SPN” secures Wi-Fi Internet surfing by encrypting the wireless data packets as they are transmitted from your Wi-Fi device (laptops, smart phones etc.).
