Creating Value Through Growth
Providential Holdings (PHI) specializes in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory services and invests in selective businesses with potential for high growth.
The Company has designed a three-pronged business model that can potentially yield long term rewards with relatively diversified revenue streams, by:
1) Acquiring and consolidating undervalued opportunities in selective high-growth industries to create value for our shareholders and target partners by combining expertise in both the product and capital markets.
2) Acting as an incubator for emerging companies whose production and operational capability can be brought up to speed relatively quickly if product acceptance occurs.
3) Taking minority interest in client-partner companies to align with their long-term interest and help build enduring value.

Thank you very much for your interest in Providential Holdings and our subsidiaries.
As you may have noticed through viewing our Home Page, we specialize in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) services and invest in selective businesses with potential for high growth.
We have designed a three-pronged business model that can potentially yield long term rewards with relatively diversified revenue streams, by:
1) Acquiring and consolidating undervalued opportunities in selective high-growth industries to create additional value for our shareholders and target partners by combining expertise in both the product and capital markets.
2) Acting as an incubator for emerging companies whose production and operational capability can be brought up to speed relatively quickly if product acceptance occurs.
3) Taking minority interest in client-partner companies to align with their long-term interest and help build enduring value for shareholders of both companies.
We have successfully assisted a number of companies in their merger plans and helped to create substantial value for both their shareholders and ours. On the other hand, during the past two years we have also missed a number of important targets in our own acquisition activities primarily due to poor judgment, unexpected disruptions, and untimely resources.
However, we have decided to refocus on what we do best and continue to invest in selective opportunies that will create enduring value for our shareholders. Recently, we have significantly increased our merger and acquisition activities, both advisory and proprietary, in the US and abroad. We have also engaged in unique opportunities, especially in the oil and gas business through our subsidiary Providential Oil & Gas, and in other industries, which we believe will bring tremendous benefits for our shareholders both in the near term and in the long term.
We know it takes time to build sustainable value and believe Providential's future will be bright. We are truly blessed with valuable resources, especially people who share the commitment to build abiding greatness through a blend of dedication, humility, resilience, teamwork, and continual learning.
We will continue to do our best for the benefits of all our shareholders and would greatly appreciate your contributions to help us reach our common goals.
Again, thank you very much and may God bless you!
Sincerely,
