Stand bei 2,5$ vor drei Tagen plus 60%, gestern + ca 14% heute 6,98%
Kursziel bei 100$ in 5-6 Monaten wegen Übernahmephantasie.

BELLEVUE, Wash.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 31, 2000--Shopping Sherlock, Inc. (OTCBB:SSLK)(the "Company") announced today that it has entered into an agreement dated Jan., 27, 2000 with Premier Lifestyles International Corporation ("PLIC"), Stewart Family Partners (the "Partnership"), and Richard Stewart under which the Company has agreed to transfer a worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual, fully-paid-up license to use, distribute, or make derivative works from the Company's software that operates the Essentially Yours Industries website and the usrebatewarehouse.com website in consideration for the redemption of approximately 2,000,000 shares of common stock by the Company that PLIC and the Partnership own or have the right to purchase.

The closing of this transaction is subject to certain conditions, including approval by the shareholders of the Company. As a result, there can be no assurance that the transactions contemplated in this agreement will be completed.

Auch wenn sich hier niemand für Shopping Sherlock interessiert:

European Information Technology Company

SEATTLE--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 8, 2000--Shopping Sherlock, Inc. (the ``Company'') (OTCBB:SSLK - news) announced today that it has
entered into a letter of intent to acquire all of the issued and outstanding equity securities of It-softdialog AG i.G., an established Information
Technology business with its headquarters in Germany.

Under the terms of the letter of intent, the Company intends to acquire 100% of the target's outstanding securities in exchange for total
consideration consisting of U.S. $8.0 million in cash, and up to 2 million common shares of the Company. Under the terms of the proposed
transaction, it is anticipated that executives of the to be acquired business will assume senior executive positions and join the board of
directors of the Company.

In anticipation of the closing of the proposed acquisition, the Company intends to seek shareholder approval to change its name to ASPi
Europe Inc. which will relate with its new area of business.

The common shares to be issued in connection with the proposed transaction have not been registered under the United States Securities Act
of 1933, as amended, and may not be offered or sold in the United States unless such securities are registered under the Securities Act or
