Union Capital kaufen

Für alle die es noch nicht ahnen:
Union Capital wird wahrscheinlich in nächster Zeit seinen Anteil an Identikey erhöhen. Zudem steht der Zugang zum nordamerikanischen Markt bevor. So billig -  0,31 E - wird sie nie wieder zu haben sein !!!!

 Union Capital Limited announces that it has signed a Heads of Agreement with Identikey to take the Identikey Internet security product to a public offering on the
 Australian Stock Exchange, with possible quotation at a later date in Europe and/or Nasdaq.

   
 The Heads of Agreement provides, subject to due diligence, for Union Capital Limited to act as underwriter for a proposed AUD 20 million issue of new shares in
 Identikey for a 25% equity stake.  Each new share issued in the public offering will also receive an option to subscribe for a further share.

   

 The purpose for the fund raising is to provide working capital for Identikey to aggressively move into the North American market and for ongoing research and
 development to ensure the Identikey product stays ahead of its competitors.

   

 As announced recently, the Identikey security product has been chosen by Computer Associates EMEA as the security platform for their e-business initiatives.  In
 addition, the European presence has appointed Q&I (Netherlands) and DMST (UK) as two distributors and is finalising contracts with Telindus and Betech Data to
 provide complete coverage of the European region.

   

 Also recently announced, was a sale to the US based South Trust Bank in Alabama, which indicates that the North American market has a demand for this high level
 Internet security product.

   
 Union currently has an option to increase its equity in Identikey to 45%, which can be terminated by Identikey if the funds are not required.  In recognition of this option,
 Union and Identikey have agreed that shareholders of Union Capital Limited will be offered 45% of the new share and option issue in Identikey. Union Capital Limited
 presently controls 30% of the equity of Identikey which would reduce to 22.5% upon completion of the public offering. Those who do not accept the offering will still
 benefit from the 22.5% investment held by Union Capital Limited.  Details of entitlements will be determined closer to finalisation of the Identikey Prospectus.

ich hab noch einige tausend im depot, wollte sie eigentlich loswerden
eure nachricht gibt mir wieder hoffnung. wie lange wird´s dauern?  

Obwohl es ja schöne Beispiele mit Investitionen in Goldminen gibt - Adelong forever :-)  - ist es ja nur gezocke. Daß hinter Union Capital etwas mehr steckt als Mining, weckte kürzlich ja selbst den Aktionär.

Was macht Hoffnung?
1. Das Produkt - Identikey ist genial und in dieser Art noch nicht vorhanden !!!
2. Die Partner - starke Partner insbesondere im europäischen (ComputerAssociates) und asiatischen Raum.
3. Identikey hat alle Chancen den bisher unberührten US-Markt zu erobern
4. Der Bedarf ist groß

Jeder Kurs zur Zeit ist meiner Meinung nach ein klarer Kaufkurs!!!

Ich kann Ihre Ausführungen nur bestätigen!!! Ich sehe Union Capital ebenfalls als einen sehr interessanten Wert in Verbindung mit Identikey!!!

Ist das ne Brokerfirma, oder so? Kommt mir so bekannt vor.
Danke für Deine Unterstützung - wollte nur noch anführen, daß das kein Pushversuch ist. Identikey wird seinen Weg gehen und damit auch der Kurs, auch wenn noch kräftig spekuliert wird.

habe diese vier tage vor der Aktionärsempfehlung gekauft und wie wir gesehen haben stürzten sich alle nach dieser empfehlung auf sie, so das es ein gepushe bis 0,45 cent nach oben gab.
viele meiner bekannten, ich leider nicht haben dann verkauft, da union cpital am darauf folgenden tag unter 40 cent und ein paar tage später unter 30 cent gefallen ist. ich sage nur gier und lemminge.
union ist eher auf lange sicht zu sehen so wie ecat 922793.
also der nun dabei ist augen zu und durch!

inzwischen mit eigenen Augen gesehen und getestet, Dank an die Stuttgarter Dependence von IdentiKey!

Das Prinzip will ich hier nicht nochmal wiederholen, da man es u.a. auch auf der Website von Identikey nachlesen kann. Für die technisch weniger Versierten hier sei nur gesagt, dass man mit dem System wirklich auf einfache Weise sichere Zugangsmöglichkeiten für geschlossene Benutzergruppen schaffen kann. Für eine echte Massenanwendung eignet sich das System nicht, da es vermutlich zu teuer ist (pro Device muss man mit etwa 50 DM rechnen, bei Massenfertigung). Eine denkbare "Massenanwendung" wäre etwa die User-Authentifizierung beim Internet-Zeichnen von Wertpapieren, für Banking-Anwendungen ist das verwendete Verfahren allerdings zu unsicher. Ein ideales Anwendungsfeld sind aber wie schon gesagt "geschlossene Benutzergruppen" wie z.B. Aussendienst einer Firma, der beim Kunden auf interne Webseiten zugreifen muss etc.

Ich denke, dass zumindest für die nächsten 2-3 Jahre das System eine Lücke zu den (noch nicht ausgereiften) Smartcard-Systemen schliesst und zumindest in den USA einen riesigen Erfolg haben wird.

gut.
habe schon vorgestern 3000 st.für 0.30 gekauft.Vor der Börseöffnung habe ich
Order gesendet, nach meinem Handel dann ging es plötzlich bis 0,26!
Aber heute geht es wieder los.Also, nachkaufen wenn sie noch mal bis 0,30 sinken kann.
