" Another headwind for Constellation lies ahead in costs. Morgan Stanley (MS) analyst David Arcaro said in a recent note to clients that rising uranium prices could hit the company with an EBITDA impact of around $100-$200 million in 2027-2028.
More utilities will be looking to move away from Russian uranium in upcoming quarters, Arcaro added. Morgan Stanley estimates headwinds of $5 million in 2025, $50 million in 2026, $107 million in 2027, $161 million in 2028 and a peak of $183 million in 2029 for Constellation Energy. "
Zum Schluß sein Fazit:
"Overall we would consider this a very manageable fuel cost headwind," Arcaro wrote regarding Constellation Energy stock.

" The suit comes as Poland is poised to select EDF, KHNP or Westinghouse to deliver its first nuclear plant. Leaked documents in Polish media show the KHNP offer was the lowest. Polish officials are reportedly in DC for meetings this weekend with @JenGranholm, US energy secretary.
........
Big news in the nuclear power space: Westinghouse has sued to block South Korea's state-owned KHNP from sharing technical information on its APR1400 reactor design with Poland as part of a potential deal in which Poland would buy APR1400 reactors. "
