Sieht nicht nach einem technikverliebten Studenten aus - auch bei den derzeitigen Kursen ist das etwas mehr als ein Urlaub oder Taschengeld.

Was ist da los?  

Auch heute, wie in letztervZeit öfter, wechseln Pakete über 100k den Besitzer ohne, dass  das in Geld oder Brief ersichtlich ist.

8/5/2008 Obducat becomes a key partner in an EU project coordinated by Deutsche Thomson OHG Obducat will be a key partner for mastering technology based on EBR in an EU financed joint project. With a total project budget of 36 million SEK, the project is mainly financed by the European Commission Seventh Framework Program (FP7). It was rated number six out of 193 proposals by the evaluation committee. Deutsche Thomson OHG will coordinate the project and other project partners, which, in addition to Obducat are CEA LETI-Minatec, Delft University of Technology, Imperial College London, and Université de Neuchâtel. Today people collect and create and share more and more digital information. High-Definition video and social networking will in the near future fuel the storage demand even further. In 2007, around 700 million optical disc drives and 36 billion discs were manufactured. Optical memories ideally combine media removability, media longevity, random access, lowest costs and are today the dominant consumer storage format for content distribution and archival purposes. However, the conventional bit recording technology (like Blu-Ray) has been pushed close to its practical limits. To further increase the effective data density several technologies exist: multi-layer, optical super resolution, optical near-field technologies, Super-RENS (Super Resolution Near-field Structure) and advanced channel modulation/coding. A mixture of these evolving and future technologies will likely provide the next generation optical storage systems for practical application in 3 to 5 years from today. In order to investigate the above-mentioned technologies and their combination, the EU project called SURPASS has been established. The expected outcome of the project is the specification and demonstration of an optical storage system with a capacity of 200 to 400 GByte on a normal sized optical disc. This will be the technological basis for a new generation optical storage format required in consumer applications. Obducat is responsible for the EBR (Electron Beam Recorder) mastering technology and high storage density stamp manufacturing within the project. In order to match the requirements for a high speed manufacturing process for masters for the next generation optical storage media the project also includes development activities aimed at improving the EBR platform. A parallel activity for Obducat is making its unique NIL-technology available for the purpose of demonstrating a cost efficient high performance media manufacturing capability, which constitutes an important enabling part in taking a positive outcome of the project to a mass production possibility. 8/21/2008 Obducat receives mass production order worth 22,5 MSEK



OBDUCAT, the leading supplier of lithography solutions based on NanoImprint Lithography and Electron Beam Lithography, is pleased to announce the receipt of an order from Luxtaltek Corporation worth 22,5 MSEK. The order concerns one Sindre® 400 system and one Sindre® 60 system, to be used for mass production of photonic crystal LEDs. An agreement has also been signed concerning the supply of consumables used in the NIL systems and the potential value of this agreement is up to 80 MSEK during the next 3-5 years, in addition to the above mentioned order value.



The purchase order concerns one Sindre® 60 system to be delivered during September 2008 and one Sindre® 400 system by end of Q1, 2009. The fully automated Sindre® 400 will have production capacity of 30 wafers per hour for any wafer size between 2” and 4”.

Ich gehe von einem Kursziel von 80 cent erst einmal aus,Mittelfristig versteht sich.
Charttechnich gesehen dürfte es aber schon bald losgehen,hat ja heute einen kleinen Startversuch unternommen.

Das lange warten hat sich gelohnt,irgendwie konnte man es aber auch in den letzten Tagen am Chartbild erkennen.

die spinne hat ihr netz über jahre hinaus in alle richtungen verteilt, ein paar fette aufträge werden sicher noch ins netz gehen, alles ganz langsam aber ich bin guter dinge  

News werden immer besser,Chartbild kündigt ebenfalls einen Anstieg an,jetzt müssen nur noch die Anleger zurückkommen.Denn hier erwartet uns endlich eine super langanhaltene Story.

kann mir jemand sagen warum es sich lohnt jetzt einzusteigen spiele mit den gedanken was denkt ihr über den kursverlauf ?  

Was auffällt ist das System mit dem der Kurs meiner Meinung nach in Schweden wieder manipuliert nach oben gezogen wird.
In der ersten Stunde wird enorm viel gehandelt und der Kurs ca 10 öre nach oben gezogen, dann wird der Kurs wieder um 5-8 öre gedrückt. Zum Tagesschluß haben wir seit 11/2 Wochen dann immer ca. 5 öre plus. Das scheint mir wieder alles geplant zu sein."

Inj den letzten Wochen ist mir aufgefallen, dass in Fra öfters der Kurs mit kleinen Umsätzen nach oben "gegangen" ist.
Gerne auch gegen Handelsende.
Wenn ivh nun die Volumina aus Bid und und Ask vergleiche habe ich schon Bauchweh.

As previously announced - in light of the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority's decision to revoke Nordic Growth Market NGM's authorization to conduct exchange operations - the Obducat board immediately initiated an evaluation of which marketplace Obducat's class B shares should be traded on going forward.

The board has now resolved to initiate the process of listing the company's class B shares on First North, the trading facility operated by NASDAQ OMX. The aim is to list the shares on First North's new special segment for companies with an expressed intention to be listed on the OMX Nordic Exchange Stockholm in the near future. In connection with the listing on First North, the board intends to initiate the process of having the class B shares admitted to trading on the OMX Nordic Exchange Stockholm within a twelve-month period.

During the transitional period on First North, Obducat will continue to prepare its financial statements in accordance with IFRS and provide information to the market as if Obducat were still listed on a regulated market (including submitting quarterly interim reports). Obducat will thereby meet the requirements set out by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority for allowing the shares - during the transitional period on First North, which is a multilateral trading facility - to be treated equally with shares that are or are intended to be admitted to trading on a regulated market, for purposes of the Swedish Investment Funds Act. Moreover, the intention is to maintain the trading in Obducat shares on the regulated market NGM Equity, in parallel with the First North listing, for as long as the circumstances so permit, so as to minimize the period of time during which Obducat is not listed on a regulated market.

Obducat's class B convertibles are intended to continue to be listed on the same marketplace as the class B shares also in the future.

Obducats chairman, Henri Bergstrand, comments:
"Obducat's aim, following the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority's decision to revoke NGM's authorization, is listing on the OMX Nordic Exchange Stockholm, Small Cap, via a transitional period of not more than twelve months on Firth North, and continued trading on NGM Equity for as long as possible and beneficial to our shareholders. This way we secure uninterrupted trading in the Obducat share and, to the extent possible, that the share in effect keeps its regulated market status also during the transitional period. We hereby minimize the adverse consequences for those shareholders that are dependent on the Obducat share being admitted to trading on a regulated market."

The board will follow the further developments of the NGM situation before addressing the question of whether to make a claim for damages against NGM as a consequence of the circumstances which led to the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority's revocation of NGM's authorization.

Should an opportunity arise to maintain permanent trading in Obducat's securities through NGM also in the future - in a way which is considered to be in the best interests of the company, the shareholders and the holders of convertibles - the board will consider also such opportunity and consider amending the resolution now adopted.

Buffett kauft ein



Warren Buffett gibt es zu: „Die Finanzwelt ist ein einziges Chaos, sowohl in den USA als auch im Ausland. Die Probleme haben auf die Konjunktur übergegriffen (…) bald wird die Arbeitslosigkeit steigen, die Geschäftsaktivitäten werden sinken und Schlagzeilen schlecht bleiben. Was macht der Mann? - Er kauft Aktien.

Sein ganzes persönliches Portfolio habe er in den letzten Tagen von Anleihen auf Aktien umgestellt, erklärte der reichste Mann der Welt in einem Gastbeitrag für die New York Times. Und zwar nicht in irgendwelche Altien, sondern in amerikanische. Das liegt allerdings nicht an einem hingebungsvollen Patriotismus, den Buffett zur Schau stellen will, sondern an einer einfachen Überlegung: Die amerikanischen Aktien hat es in den letzten Monaten am Schlimmsten getroffen - also sind sie auch am billigsten.

Entsprechend rät Buffett anderen Investoren, ebenfalls einzusteigen. Anleger sollten sich, wie er selbst, an einem einfachen Grundsatz orientieren: „Sei vorsichtig, wenn andere zu gierig werden. Sei gierig, wenn andere zu vorsichtig werden.

Zur Zeit seien Anleger an den amerikanischen Aktienmärkten nicht nur vorsichtig, sondern geradezu panisch. Sie haben quer durch die Branchen hindurch alle möglichen Papiere verkauft… und damit die Kurse auf unglaublich attraktive Niveaus geknüppelt. Das heiße nun nicht, dass Anleger wahllos zugreifen sollten. Denn einige Unternehmen seien ja völlig zurecht unter Druck geraten. Doch erinnert Buffett an die vielen amerikanischen Konzerne, deren Geschäfte solide laufen, und die nach ein paar möglicherweise schwachen Quartalszahlen langfristig wieder deutlich anziehen dürften.

Dabei ist „langfristig das wichtigste Wort. Buffett ist als Investor mit weitem Horizont bekannt geworden; auf kurzfristig hohe Renditen setzt er nicht. Viel interessanter: Wo steht ein Unternehmen - und damit eine Aktie - in fünf, zehn oder zwanzig Jahren?

Zur Zeit sei diese Frage ganz einfach zu beantworten: Besser als heute. Das dürfte zumindest für die überwältigende Mehrheit gelten, und daher solle der Investor jetzt in den Markt gehen. Die Geschichte gibt Buffett übrigens recht: Ob während der Weltkriege oder während der Weltwirtschaftskrise: Aktien fanden immer einen Boden, bevor sich die eigentlichen Probleme hinter dem ursprünglichen Abschwung erledigt hatten.

Ob die Anleger auf Warren Buffett hören werden, ist natürlich offen. Historisch gesehen tun sie das nicht. In Krisenzeiten haben vor allem private Kleinanleger oft genug von der Börse und steigen mit hohen Verlusten ein. Sie ziehen sich in andere Anlagen zurück, zur Zeit vor allem in Cash - in Inflationszeiten wohlgemerkt die schlechteste Idee.

Lust auf Aktien bekommen Durchschnittsanleger dan erst wieder, wenn die Börsen schon lange in einer Boom-Phase sind; den größten Teil der Gewinne haben sie dann verpasst. Sie steigen dann teuer ein und haben damit den nächsten Frust vorprogrammiert: Kommt es erneut zu einer Baisse, sing ihre Verluste erneut höher als die der Profis, die viel früher - und viel billiger - eingestiegen waren.

In seinem Tip an Anleger, sich jetzt ungeachtet der letzten Wochen günstig zu positionieren, beruft sich Warren Buffett in der New York Times zuletzt auf ein Zitat von Wayne Gretzky: Der legendäre Eishockey-Star hat einmal erklärt: „Ich skate dorthin wo der Puck sein wird - nicht dorthin, wo er gerade war.
