welcher Beziehung steht Valcom zu Microhits? Bei Hotstocked behauptet jemand, dass Microhits die Library von Valcom verwaltet. Im Netz habe ich nur etwas zu der gemeinsamen Klage gegen Megaupload gefunden.

 

Komisch komisch... Anfang des Jahres hat Tony Barlo noch eng mit Valcom und TH zusammengearbeitet wie aus der PR hervorgeht. Jetzt hat er aber Microhits in Richtung Seven Art (der Laden von ""Widersacher" VV) verlassen. (siehe zweiter link)

Klingt sehr interessant. VV kauft die Library damit eine friedliche Regelung des Streitfalls zustande kommt. Ist nur die Frage wie er das bezahlen möchte. Ebenfalls dann noch offen, was mit der Anklage bzgl. der herausgegebenen shares passiert.

Heisst, dass Valcom nun bis zum 29.05. erst einmal nicht mehr gehandelt wird....

Ja, hier wird quasi auf die seit mitte 2011 fehlenden Abschlüsse abgezielt... Jetzt ist T.H. an der Reihe.... Glaube aber nicht, dass er hier kurzfristig was nachreichen kann...  

 

Die Frage ist nun, wie es weitergeht...  Ist ein strammes Programm, hier in zwei Wochen was nachzuliefern. Ich glaube irgendwie nicht daran, dass Valcom nun kurzfristig wieder gelistet wird.... Leider
