mal sehn ob bzw. wann etwas kommt.
Nur meine Einschätzung... ;-)

PORT OF BROWNSVILLE, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Continental Fuels, Inc. (OTCBB:CFUL - News) (FWB:CIQB) has recently completed the transportation and installation of 2 new storage tanks at its facility at the Port of Brownsville and will begin the necessary engineering to expand those tanks this week. The storage tanks that were purchased from Gulf Shrimp and transported up the port by South Coast Maritime Corporation were set in place last week. “The tanks have a present capacity of 12,000 barrels each and following the final inspection and pending engineering reports we hope this capacity will increase to at least 20,000 barrels each,” remarked Josh Crescenzi, Continental Vice President of Operations. With this new installation and expansion, total capacity of the Continental storage facility at the Port of Brownsville will increase by nearly 100% to nearly 100,000 barrels. This new capacity will allow Continental to expand its product mix as well as to increase its sales of North American light crude condensate.
The final step in the expansion of the rail spur will occur this week with the straightening of the final curve, which is necessary to allow it to utilize large rail tank cars. These facilities will also allow for product mix expansion and provide more receipt and delivery options.

Heartland to Connect Newly Completed Wells in Kansas - Additional Production to be Delivered to Sales Line
Tuesday December 11, 10:37 am ET
HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Heartland Oil and Gas Corp. (OTCBB:HTOG - News) (FWB:HOCA) will this week install surface equipment and initiate production from the 5 coalbed methane wells it completed in Southeastern Kansas last week.
The five wells completed in Kansas last week, including the Warring 31-8, Peckman 23-8, Peckman 22-8, Prothe 43-1 and Clausen 23-6, are located in Heartland’s Lancaster pilot in Miami County, Kansas. These wells were perforated and frac’d in multiple coal zones and the Warring 31-8 was also completed in a very promising sand zone. They are expected to substantially increase the overall production from this pilot. They will be equipped with pumping units and connected to Heartland’s expanding gathering system and turned to production as soon as the flow lines are installed.
“We have drilled 20 new wells in Kansas and now 10 of them will have been turned to production,” reports Heartland CEO, Steven A. Fall. “We nearly doubled our overall production with the connection of the first 5 wells. When we first assumed control at Heartland, the production was about 200 mcfg/d and now we are at about 500 mcfg/d and we are continually improving our techniques and processes and retaining local professionals and experienced consultants in order to achieve even better results as we proceed. The expansion of our gathering system is also opening many more of our leases for further development.”
About Heartland Oil and Gas Corp.
In April 2007, Universal Property Development and Acquisition Corporation (OTCBB:UPDA - News) (FWB:UP1) acquired a controlling interest in Heartland Oil and Gas Corp. and designated Heartland as its exploration and production arm. Since that time, UPDA acquired additional wells and acreage in Palo Pinto County, Texas with current production of approximately 1000 mcfg/day and will soon transfer those wells as well as all of its wells and acreage in Jack County, Texas to Heartland.
;-) Also hast du wieder irgendwie Recht :-)

Naja mal kuckn was noch passiert...

Plenty of them. Just what is your question? Do we know why the price is not $.25??Yes,the shareholders are not supporting the stock, only complaining and finger pointing, letting daytraders and shortsellers ruin their own investment. What have you done to support your investment?

Continental Fuels Completes Acquisition of Geer Tank Trucks - North Texas Oil Purchasing Company - Gains Access to Crude Contracts and Pipelines - Immediate Additional Revenue
Monday December 17, 7:05 am ET
HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--With conventional financing provided by Sheridan Asset Management, LLC of New York, Continental Fuels, Inc. (OTC BB: CFUL - News) (FWB: CIQB) has completed the purchase of all of the outstanding stock of Geer Tank Trucks, Inc. (www.geertanktrucks.com), a crude oil purchasing company founded in 1945 with five locations in North Texas and nearly $50 million in annual revenue. In this single transaction in which Geer becomes a wholly owned subsidiary of Continental, Continental has completed the next phase of its business plan by securing a consistent supply of crude oil, all of the equipment necessary to transport and process that crude and access to major crude oil pipelines to efficiently deliver the crude to market.
The transaction is the second major acquisition completed by Continental during the year. In April, Continental acquired the Brownsville Port Facility (http://www.portofbrownsville.com/) and light crude trading business of Universal Property Development and Acquisition Corporation (OTC BB: UPDA - News) (FWB: UP1) (www.universalpropertydevelopment.com) in a transaction that resulted in UPDA acquiring a controlling interest in Continental. Since that time, Continental has expanded the storage capacity of its port facility and established significant contracts for the sale and delivery of light crude condensate originating from that facility.
In addition to financing this purchase, Sheridan has also committed a $3 million working capital credit facility to finance Continental’s operations at Geer and the port.
The Geer acquisition includes 4 pipeline terminals with connections to major pipeline companies such as Colonial, Teppco and Plains and 5 service yards in various locations throughout North Texas, more than twenty 200 bbl transports, 50 frac tanks, water hauling and disposal facilities incorporating 2 commercial salt water disposal wells and other assets and equipment invaluable to Continental’s continuing development of its business model.
“Completing this acquisition represents another leap forward in the development of our business,” remarked Continental CEO Tim Brink. “While the revenue it brings is very important, the incredible opportunities it presents cannot be overstated. The assets and business of this company correspond perfectly with the plans we have developed. In the time we have been working with the Geer management, much of which will remain intact, we have identified several additional sources of revenue and opportunities for growth and negotiated significant increases in sales margins. Continental will now have port facilities and contracts for the purchase, storage, sale and delivery of light crude in South Texas and sources, facilities and equipment to transport and deliver and contracts to purchase and sell crude in North Texas.”
