Die Verzögerung ist kein Grund für Frust, immerhin handelt es sich um einen wichtigen Teilsieg (> so ist auch #3967 zu beantworten ... übersetzt heißt das „Sieg“) ... denn die russischen Schlichter haben hiermit ihre Zuständigkeit manifestiert. Das hat KG (und das österreichische Anwaltsteam) zu akzeptieren und ist nun gefordert, innerhalb der verbleibenden knapp 30 Tage die eigene Verteidigung strategisch neu in die Spur zu bringen.  

lässt mich hoffen. Ich denke "er" bringt den nun bitter und dringend benötigten ökonomischen Sachverstand um das Land aus der finanziellen zu Misslage führen. Das sollte deutlich pro Investoren tendieren m.M.n.

Im Bezug auf Stans kann es sich die neue Machtkonstellation in KG m.M. nur negativ auswirken. Kulov hat sich schon einmal Kutessay unter den Nagel gerissen und wird nicht aufgeben, bis er die Mine wieder bekommt. Alle Aktionen gegen Stans sind von Kulov initiiert und gesteuert worden! Kulov ist pro Russisch und hat auch in Russland beste Kontakte.

Da Stans ja auch gute Kontakte nach Russland hat, könnte jetzt ein innerrussischer "Interessenkonflikt" losgehen ?

es kommt darauf an was die Russen wollen. SE sind nun mal strategisch wichtige Rohstoffe. Nach den neuesten politischen Entwicklungen ist es denkbar, dass Russland sich generell den Zugang zu Rohstoffen sichern will. Es ist durchaus vorstellbar, dass Russland auch die Rohstoffe KG kontrollieren möchte. Kulov könnte für Russland als Garant für derartige Kontrolle auftreten. Ich möchte an dieser Stelle auch keine weitere Spekulationen betreiben was „bessere Kontakte“ oder „innerrussischer Interessenkonflikt“ betrifft , sehe aber mit dem gewachsenen Einfluss Kulovs in KG keine Vorteile für Stans.

Eigentlich kann man bei einem solchen Gesetzesentwurf nur den Kopf schütteln: Der volkswirtschaftliche Schaden, der durch Inkompetenz und Gier der am politischen Prozess beteiligten Kirgisen verursacht wird, bleibt straffrei. Ein von Unternehmensleitungen verursachter Schaden, der sich negativ auf das BIP auswirken könnte, soll hingegen mit hohen Gefängnisstrafen belegt werden. Vielleicht möchte man ausschließen, dass Unternehmen wie Kumtor nicht das Einstellen ihrer Tätigkeiten als Druckmittel auf die Regierung nutzen. Meines Erachtens hat die Regierung weder den demokratischen Prozess noch das Potenzial bzw. die Macht des Marktes verstanden, wenn man die politischen Absichten per Gesetzeskraft und mögichen Gefängnisstrafen absichern bzw. durchdrücken möchte. Schon sehr eigen, dieses Völkchen.
