                                                      Greenworld Wind Power to Acquire Interest in Crestford View Generation Corporation

Toronto, Canada – December 5, 2011 - Greenworld Wind  Power Co. Ltd. (Greenworld Wind): Deutsche Börse symbol: GWDA  (www.greenworldpower.ca), advised today that it intends to acquire a 40%  interest in Crestford View Generation Corporation (Crestford). The  acquisition is to cost a total of €1 million with the transaction  expected to close within the first quarter of 2012.  

Crestford is a relatively young privately-owned startup that currently  has applications for 2 mini-hydro projects under review by the  Philippine Renewable  Energy Management Bureau (REMB).  The projects are  located on the Bukig River in Ambaguio, Nueva Vizcaya.  The upper Bukig  River project is expected to have a peak capacity of roughly 4.5 MW,  while the lower Bukig River project is slated for a 2.7 MW capacity.  

 

Funding received from Greenworld will fund the initial feasibility  studies for the 2 projects.  The investment is contingent upon initial  approval for the projects being received from the REMB.

hier eigentlich noch jemand auf die grünewelt homepage oder bin ich der einzige? das letzte mal hatte ich die news auch zuerst entdeckt..

liegt wahrscheinlich daran das ich die seite genau so oft aktuallisiere wie den RT Kurs ;-)

 

na endlich mal eine News oder????

also besser als überhaupt nichts von der Company zu hören. Aber:

Wenn ich das richtig lese unterstüzt GWP mit 1 Mil € (=40% Anteil) gerade mal eine Machbarkeitsstudie von 2 Mini Wasserkraftwerken einer Start-up company. Um ehrlich zu sein, haut mich das nicht unbedingt vom Hocker. Riesige Kurssprünge verspreche ich mir eigentlich nicht wirklich davon. Wünschen würde ich es mir jedoch sehr.

In diesem Sinne, mal sehen was der morgige Tag bringt.  

Glaube es ist nur wichtig dass überhaupt mal wieder News kamen. Viel verspreche ich mir auch nicht, wir werden sehen.., wenn dann wird's längerfristig und der Einstieg lohnt sich auch noch später..,  

da ist und das wird vielen Kritikern den Wind aus den Segeln nehmen  

 

ist halt ein junges Unternehmen die erstmal Ihr vorhaben umsetzen müssen. Und das solche Projekte nicht von heut auf morgen aus dem Boden sprießen sollte jedem klar sein. Von daher sollte man das hier als Langfristige Investition ansehen und Nerven bewahren. Auf jeden Fall ist die Firma am leben und am arbeiten. Das sollte langsam jeder Verstanden haben..

Also ich sehe auf jeden Fall sehr GRÜN in die Zukunft ;-)

 

und das werden wir bald auch noch erfahren.  

Aber im Moment Hauptsache News. ..
