Ich hab am Freitag mal eine Mail an IR@BP.com geschrieben, weil ich wissen will wann die Hauptversammlungin 2012 ist... aber irgendwie bekommen die es nicht hin mir zu Antworten...

Man sollte meinen das ist ganze einfach, entwerder ein Datum sagen oder ne Mitteilung, dass das eben noch nicht feststeht....

Aber die scheinen zu schlafen...
Hat von euch shconmal jemand erfahrungen mit denen gemacht???  

BP Wins Siberian Court Appeal on Bailiff Raids of Moscow Office

 

BP Plc (BP/) won an appeal against a Tyumen court decision that had allowed document searches of its Moscow offices as a minority owner in OAO TNK-BP Holding seeks damages after the collapse of an alliance with OAO Rosneft.

BP won the appeal in an Omsk court today, the U.K. explorer and lawyers for the shareholder, Andrey Prokhorov, said in separate e-mailed statements. Bailiffs conducted a two-day search of BP Exploration Operating Co. in Moscow starting on Aug. 31.

Prokhorov is seeking damages from BP and the U.K. explorer’s representatives on the TNK-BP Holding board, saying the collapse in May of a planned Arctic alliance and share swap between BP and Rosneft caused TNK-BP to lose out on potential profit of 154 billion rubles ($4.8 billion), according to his lawyer’s statement.

“We can ask the court to demand the required documents in the course of the hearing,” Prokhorov’s lawyer, Dmitry Chepurenko, said in the statement.

BP said the Tyumen court’s earlier decision had no merit as Prokhorov holds less than 1 percent in a minimum threshold needed to sue the board members, and because the court had no jurisdiction, according to the e-mailed statement from its Moscow office. BP said TNK-BP suffered no lost profit as Rosneft didn’t consider it a possible partner.

Prokhorov holds 0.0000106 percent of TNK-BP Holding (TNBP), according to BP.

Halliburten hat die Frsit verpasst und die Klage gegen BP wurde desshalb nicht Zugelassen  > loooooool


Oct. 11 (Bloomberg) -- Halliburton Co. can’t pursue an allegation of fraud in its claims against BP Plc over the 2010 Gulf of Mexico oil spill, a judge in New Orleans said.

A Halliburton unit that provided cementing services for the project claimed BP hid information about an additional hydrocarbon zone in the well, a possibly dangerous condition, before and after the blowout. Halliburton said it didn’t learn of critical data about the zone until a July 7, 2011, deposition of a BP scientist.

BP denied any failure to disclose information and said Halliburton missed a deadline to file claims over the spill. Halliburton waited too long to bring the allegation and can’t amend its complaint, U.S. Magistrate Judge Sally Shushan said.

“Halliburton possessed sufficient information either through its own investigation or with information produced by BP to assert its fraud claim by May 20, 2011,” Shushan said in a three page order. “There was undue delay on Halliburton’s part in asserting the fraud claim. There would be undue prejudice to BP if the amendment is allowed.”

Blowout, Explosion

The Macondo blowout and the explosion that followed killed 11 workers and set off the worst offshore oil spill in U.S. history. The accident and spill led to hundreds of lawsuits against London-based BP and its partners and contractors. The lawsuits over economic losses and personal injuries have been combined before U.S. District Judge Carl Barbier in New Orleans.

Daren Beaudo, BP’s spokesman, declined to comment on the ruling today. Beverly Stafford, Halliburton’s spokeswoman, had no immediate comment.

The lawsuits also name as defendants Transocean Ltd., the Switzerland-based owner and operator of the Deepwater Horizon drilling rig that exploded; Houston-based Halliburton; and Cameron International Corp., which provided blowout-prevention equipment. BP’s minority partners in the well, Anadarko Petroleum Corp. and Mitsui & Co.’s Moex Offshore LLC unit, were also sued.

BRITISH energy giant BP says it has recovered $US4.0 billion ($3.87b) in costs linked to last year's devastating Gulf of Mexico oil spill from US group Anadarko Petroleum Company.

"BP today announced that it has reached agreement with Anadarko Petroleum Company to settle all claims between the companies related to the Deepwater Horizon accident," BP said in a statement on Monday.

Anadarko has also agreed to transfer to BP its 25 per cent stake in the Macondo well, where a leak in 2010 sparked an environmental catastrophe on the US Gulf coast.

"This settlement represents a positive resolution of a significant uncertainty and it resolves the issues among all the leaseholders of the Macondo well," BP chief executive Bob Dudley said in the statement.

"There is clear progress with parties stepping forward to meet their obligations and help fund the economic and environmental restoration of the Gulf.

"It's time for the contractors, including Transocean and Halliburton, to do the same," he added.

The US government last week slapped BP, Transocean - the Swiss owner and operator of the drilling rig - and US oil services group Halliburton with citations for violating oil industry regulations in what is expected to lead to massive fines for the deadly 2010 oil spill.

The decision to also cite BP's subcontractors could strengthen the British energy giant's legal case for recovering some of the multi-billion dollar costs of the spill from Halliburton and Transocean.

Halliburton designed and pumped the well's cement, found to be a key factor in the accident.

The Macondo leak was triggered by an explosion on the BP-leased Deepwater Horizon rig in the Gulf of Mexico on April 20, 2010. The blast killed 11 workers, caused millions of barrels of oil to spew into the sea and left the British company scrambling to meet huge compensation costs.

BP said its agreement with Anadarko was "not an admission of liability by any party regarding the accident."

It added in the statement: "Under the settlement agreement, Anadarko will pay BP $US4 billion ($A3.88 billion) in a single cash payment.

"BP will apply the payment to the $US20 billion trust it established that is available to meet individual, business and government claims, as well as the cost of the natural resource damages.

"Anadarko will also transfer all of its 25 per cent interest in the MC252 (Macondo) lease to BP."

In order to meet its own compensation costs and raise $US30 billion by the end of 2011, BP is selling assets. The British group last week said it had so far paid out about $US7.0 billion in compensation claims arising from the deadly oil spill.

Damit ist nicht die Plattform gemeint, sondern das ÖLFELD

ach alles wird gut  ... bp hat 20 jahre nur gewinn gemacht, nicht einen großen fehler erlaubt, ... also von daher die haben genug auf der kante, deshalb bin ich hier guter hoffnung .. vielleicht ist ja jetzt die kehrtwende. immerhin schon fast bei 5 euro :D

was passiert kurzfristig mit dem Kurs ?  Hoch oder Runter ?

Brauche dringend seine Einschätzung  

London – Der britische Ölkonzern BP hat im dritten Quartal seinen Gewinn erhöht. Das Nettoergebnis stieg auf 4,91 Milliarden US-Dollar, nach 1,79 Milliarden Dollar im Vorjahreszeitraum, als das Unternehmen noch mit den unmittelbaren Folgen der Ölkatastrophe im Golf von Mexiko kämpfte.

Markterwartungen geschlagen und ca. 5 Mrd $ verdient. Dividende für das dritte Quartal bleibt momentan noch unverändert bei 7c pro Aktie. Allerdings wird eine höhere Dividende für die Zukunft in Aussicht gestellt. Bis hierhin nichts neues.

Ich würde sagen, bisher alles nach Plan bzw wie prognostiziert.

 

 

Das Nettoergebnis von 4,91 Mrd. bezieht sich sogar auf das den Aktionären zuzuordnende Nettoergebnis, so dass wir bei der Steigerung gegenüber dem Vorjahr sehr bald von einer höheren Dividendenzahlung ausgehen können.

###TNK-BP steigert Gewinn um 75 Prozent

Moskau 25.10.11 - Das russisch-britische Joint Venture TNK-BP hat in ersten neun Monaten einen Gewinnanstieg von 75 Prozent auf 6,8 Mrd. USD verzeichnet. Das EBITDA kletterte um 52 Prozent 11 Mrd. USD. Die starken Anstieg beim Nettogewinn führt das Unternehmen auf den ständigen Ausbau der Produktionsstätten aus.

Im dritten Quartal verzeichnete TNK-BP einen Gewinnanstieg von 57 Prozent auf 2,27 Mrd. USD, was im Wesentlichen auf die deutlich gestiegenen Ölpreise zurückzuführen ist. Der Umsatz lag im dritten Quartal bei 15,3 Mrd. USD und damit um 34 Prozent höher, als im Vorjahreszeitraum.

Klage gegen BP geplant
Wie die Nachrichtenagentur Reuters heute berichtet, hat das Management von TNK-BP heute den Vorstand angerufen, den Aktionär BP auf mehrere Milliarden US Dollar zu verklagen, da der TNK-BP großer finanzieller Schaden durch das geplatzte Joint Venture zwischen BP und Rosneft entstanden sei. Wie Reuters berichtet, sei dazu lediglich eine einfache Mehrheit beim elfköpfigen Vorstand notwendig.

Heute mal Gewinne gesichert und einen Teil verkauft. Das Jahr war schlecht genug und nervenaufreibend mit BP. Da ist es wichtig, Gewinne mitzunehmen. Egal wie es weiter geht. Der andere Teil bleibt erstmal im Depot liegen. Es gibt immer Möglichkeiten günstig nachzukaufen. Habe aus diesem Jahr gelernt, öfters zu reagieren und nicht ewig liegen zu lassen. Bei Gewinnen wird verkauft, bei Verlusten zugekauft.  

Teile diese Einschätzung nicht. Bei dieser massiven fundamentalen Unterbewertung wird der Zug irgendwann mal massiv nach oben abfahren und da heißt es dabei zu sein.

Mich persönlich interessiert es wenig in der Range vielleicht 2 mal 30 oder 40 Ticks mitzunehmen und dann dafür nur mit der halben Position nach oben zu fahren. Für das Warten bekommt man immerhin eine angemessene Dividende. Und sollte es wieder Richtung 4,50 gehen, kaufe ich maximal zu. Das Wort verkaufen fällt mir bei BP auf diesem Kursniveau nicht einmal im Traum ein.
