AquaLiv Technologies Subsidiary AquaLiv, Inc. Discusses Registration In Kenya Concerning Its HIV/AIDS Treatment

SEATTLE, Oct. 31, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- AquaLiv Technologies (OTCBB: AQLV) subsidiary, AquaLiv, Inc., discusses alternative medicine registration in Kenya for their NatuRx™ HIV/AIDS treatment.

The company previously announced that Kenyan officials recommend they register NatuRx™ HIV/AIDS as an alternative medicine treatment and that approval could be granted within 30-60 days.

"The process isn't quite as simple as it was explained to us," stated AquaLiv CEO, Craig Hoffman. "It isn't just the treatment that is being registered. Registration also requires completed retail packaging and inspection of a manufacturing facility that complies with cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) regulation. We wanted to simply get approval for the treatment, but that just isn't possible without the manufacturing component in place."

Mr. Hoffman continued, "We are looking for a manufacturing partner that could eventually supply the treatment to all African countries and we have identified some candidates in both Kenya and India. The big question for us right now is do we sign on with a partner capable of manufacturing our treatment as a liquid solution, as we do now in our laboratory, or should we wait until we have modified the treatment to be delivered in tablet form. We're closer than ever to being able to deliver all NatuRx™ treatments in tablet form and we think we will know definitively before the end of our planned clinical trial, which is when we would actually begin sales of the product."

The company further explained that tablets are more economical to distribute and will require fewer manufacturing partners overall.

"We're confident we will have the manufacturing issues worked out before the end of the trial," added Bill Wright, CEO of AquaLiv Technologies. "However, we communicated to our investors that an alternative medicine registration could be granted around this time and felt it was important to give investors an update."

hört sich doch gut an, hier kommt noch viel mehr. Im April lachen wir über diese kurse hier, ich werde jetzt nochmal nachkaufen einfach zu günstig zurzeit.  

da gibt es in den USA ganz starke Unterstützung da ist das Orderbuch voll.... 

 

Sieht doch gut aus und dass ist bis jetzt der Umsatz und wenn der Kurs noch steigen würde dann wäre es ein schönes weekend. Schönen Tag uns hier.  

Nur mal eben so´ne Überlegung. Wenn prefered shares in commen shares gewandelt werden, dann ist das meistens im Verhältnis 1:100. Gestern wurden 17.273 und kurz danach 2.727.273 Stücke gehandelt. Bei 27.273 wäre es das exakte Verhältnis. Es fehlen also 10K. Nachbörslich standen aber noch 2x 5K form t. Raum für Spekulationen...  

 

Das hat mit einem Re-Split nichts zu tun. Das wär ja eine komplette Kapitalherabsetzung um einen bestimmten Faktor (OTC gerne mal 1:20000) und würda ja auch alle Aktien betreffen.  

Amerika ansieht, könnte man auf den Gedanken kommen,
da wurde absichtlich gedrückt, um bei uns heute billig einzusteigen.
Ich nehme an, das heute abend der Kurs in Amerika kräftig steigt.
Das wissen einige schon wieder viel mehr.

Wenn News kommen, dann erst nach Börsenschluss. So wie letztes mal.

Wieso kommen die NEWS immer abends raus wenn bei uns schon Schluss ist. Würde doch Sinn machen wenn sie diese während des Tages verkünden. Dann kann man darauf spekulieren dass an beiden Börsen kräftig gekauft wird oder etwa nicht.

für mich würde es auch so Sinn machen, aber ich glaube mich zu errinern, dass die letzten News auch erst nach Börsenschluss kamen. Kann mich aber auch irren. Ist doch egal um wie viel Uhr die News kommen. Hauptsache Sie kommen :-)

Das frag ich mich auch. Apropos news. Das update zur Finanzierung kam um 19:09 Uhr unserer Zeit.  

Oh ha, das habe ich wohl übersehen. Bist ja ganz schlau, habe wohl im halb schlaf übersehen, leider bin auch nur ein Mensch und kein Robo. Frage mich nur wer alte News rein stellt?  

irgendwie komm ich gerade nicht mit....oder?...ja, vielleicht doch! wenn nämlich der montag der 13. etwas bedeuten sollte...ja, dann ist es LOGISCH, dass schon heute etwas kommen könnte...allerdings....WAS?
