Blisibimod was licensed from Amgen in December 2007 with exclusive worldwide rights. Blisibimod targets B-cell activating factor, or BAFF, which has been shown to be elevated in a variety of B-cell mediated autoimmune diseases, including Immunoglobulin A nephropathy, or IgA nephropathy, systemic lupus erythematosus, or lupus, and others.

Blisibimod is currently in development for the treatment of IgA nephropathy (IgAN). IgAN (also known as Berger’s disease) is the most common cause of primary glomerulonephritis worldwide, occurring more frequently in Asia than in Europe or North America. IgAN is characterized by deposition of IgA-anti IgA immune complexes in the kidney, resulting in inflammation, the leakage of blood and protein into the urine, and loss of kidney function. The disease typically progresses slowly but as many as 40-50% of patients will eventually develop end-stage-renal disease and require dialysis or kidney transplant. There are currently no approved therapies for IgA nephropathy.​

Das kann hier gut und gerne nochmal 20-30 % runtergehen und wäre selbst dann noch ne riskante Kiste.

Entweder hat sowas noch gut Cash oder wenigstens einen Kandidaten in der Pipe...hier ist irgendwie beides nicht der Fall.

aber ohne mich. AKAO ist heute auch um über 13 Prozent rauf und da steckt noch Substanz dahinter  

wie Trash schon sagte, brauchen die erstmal wieder Investoren für Blisibimod. Also ich würde denen nicht mehr vertrauen nach all den negativen Ergebnissen. Vom Potential her wäre Sollpura auch besser gewesen als jetzt Blisibimod. Ich fokusiere mich auf andere Werte wie z.B. XBiotech, die haben eine ganz gute Pipeline. Wisst ihr noch einen guten Wert der vor einem potentiellen positiven outcome steht?

ja das hier war ne schallende Ohrfeige, habe so daran geglaubt das das klappt..Aber bei Biotechs gibts immer Überraschungen und unerwartete Kehrtwendungen..Mein Hauptinvest ist wieder Celsion,schon in Vergangenheit mit den exorbitanten Anschlägen schöne Gewinne eingefahren.Bist Du  hier noch investiert?
