wir fahren nach Kühlungsborn (Ostsee). Ein Schachbrett nehme ich auf jeden Fall mit - kann aber nur posten wenn ein Internetcafe in der Nähe liegt.
Kriege Ärger mit meiner Familie wenn ich auch im Urlaub lange vor dem PC sitze.

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(CCNMatthews - July 10, 2006) - Adriana Resources Inc. ("Adriana") (TSX VENTURE:ADI - News) is pleased to announce it has entered into a Mineral Property Option Agreement (the "Agreement") with Akkerman Exploration B.V. ("Akkerman") to earn a 70% interest in the Mustavaara Iron-Titanium- Vanadium open pit mine located in Finland.

The mine is located 40 km north of the municipality of Taivalkoski and rests on the boundary of the Oulu and Lappi provinces in central Finland. The property, consisting of 4 exploration claims under application totaling approximately 356 hectares in area, has well developed access and a tailings basin.
The Mustavaara deposit was discovered in 1957. Drilling from 1967 to 1971 outlined the deposit with the production decision in 1971. The mine was in operation during the 1970s and the 1980s by Rautaruukki Oy. In 1978 the Mustavaara mine employed 300 people and was the largest producer of vanadium pentoxide in Western Europe, accounting for some 10% of the global supply of vanadium. Annual production averaged 1.4 million tonnes of ore producing up to 240,000 tonnes of magnetite concentrate and 3,000 tonnes of vanadium pentoxide. The mine closed in 1986 due to low metal prices, subsequently all plant facilities were removed from the site.
The Mustavaara ore deposit is located within a 19+ kilometer long and up to 5 kilometer wide layered mafic intrusion (the Portivaara intrusion) of the Koillismaa Complex that dips 35 degrees to the northwest. The ore body within the planned open pit is 40-60 meters thick within a magnetite reef that is approximately 160 meters thick. The ore occurs as magnetite disseminations in a gabbro host with an approximate magnetite grade of 14.6% over the proposed mining widths. Overall vanadium grade of the magnetite concentrate is reported at approximately 0.9% vanadium.
The historic mineral resource estimates reported by Rautaruukki show that the 24 million tonnes remaining could produce 3.5 million tonnes magnetite concentrate grading approximately 1.6% vanadium pentoxide within the planned open pit to a 100 meter depth. An additional mineral resource of 30 million tonnes at a similar potential grade exists to the 165 meter depth, giving a total resource of 54 million tonnes.
Watts, Griffis and McOuat Limited ("WGM"), a Toronto-based international consulting geological and engineering firm, with considerable experience and expertise in the evaluation of Iron-Titanium-Vanadium deposits, has been engaged to carry out a site visit, gather and analyze independent samples and prepare an initial technical review of the property. This review, which will be prepared according to the guidelines of NI 43-101, will focus on evaluating the historic mineral resource/reserve estimates for the Mustavaara Iron-Titanium-Vanadium mine and the previous operating parameters and saleable products. The main purpose of the review will be to determine an appropriate work plan and budget to advance the project to a feasibility study.
These historic "resource" estimates were prepared prior to the implementation of NI 43- 101. The Company and WGM have neither audited these estimates nor made any attempt to classify them according to NI 43-101 standards. They are presented because the Company and WGM consider them to be relevant and of historic significance. These estimates should not be relied upon for any assessment of the merit of the property.
In consideration, the Company will issue to Akkerman 80,200 common shares of the Company on the effective date the Finnish Ministry of Industry and Trade converts the current claim reservations to exploration claims. The Company expects the claims to be converted in the next two months. The Agreement also requires the Company to expend EUR$250,000 on the claims in the first year, and make subsequent payments to Akkerman totaling EUR$350,000 over two years and EUR$400,000 upon completion of a bankable feasibility study. At the company's election, the cash payments to Akkerman can be paid in common shares of Company at a conversion price equal to the average of ten trading days of the Company prior to the payment date. The Company can earn an additional 5% interest in the property by paying Akkerman a 5% deemed net present value of the project within 90 days of receipt of the bankable feasibility study. The agreement is subject to all applicable regulatory approvals.
