zum inneren Wert - und dann auch noch zum Börsenkurs - ob börslich oder außerbörslich - ist rechtlich nahezu nicht angreifbar - gilt für Verkäufer UND Käufer - egal, was der Kurs in den Jahren danach macht. Ist allerdings reine Spekulation - jedoch nachvollziehbar.

Mir persönlich ist es aber egal, wer + warum da den Kurs "stabilisiert", da zum Schluß die Beteiligten vor Ort handeln müssen - und nach meiner Meinung so schnell als möglich, was ja wohl Albert Magoi und andere auch verstanden haben.  

..............ist der jetzige Kurs sozusagen das "Bel Kol" (=Versöhnungsgeschenk) von dem sich auch die Aktionäre noch ein beliebig grosses Stück abschneiden dürfen,aber nur solange das Bel Kol noch nicht überreicht ist.(Anfang Sept?)  ;-))))))))))

The ABG President, John Momis has condemned the MOU signed between Lawrence Daveona for Panguna Landowners and a Chinese firm Beijing Aerospace Greatwall Investment Limited.

Speaking on New Dawn FM tonight, President Momis said that the Panguna landowners were members of the Joint Panguna negotiation team which has members of the ABG, BCL and the National government. 
He said that this was the process they should have followed if these Chinese and the Member for Central Bougainville, Jimmy Miringtoro were genuine in introducing this company to Bougainville.

President Momis said that this MOU was illegal as ABG is the only legitimate government with regards to mining issues on Bougainville. 
He said the ABG Mining policy due to be enacted in the September session of ABG Parliament will nullify these activities. 
President Momis said that he would be making a detailed statement concerning this on Monday.

The ABG President said that all investors are welcomed to make their offer to work with the people of Bougainville, but all investors must come through the front door that is the ABG and no one else. 
President Momis also denied signing any MOU with Beijing Aerospace in his trip to China as claimed by the member for Central Bougainville Jimmy Miringtoro.

BOC trade an average of 100.000 shares per day. There isn't enough volume or enough shareholders for anyone to really care. It's also impossible to short- you can't get a borrow on this stock. Only market makers can naked short it in their role as licensed broker dealers.

So, what was the real purpose of this shortattack? Here's my theory- there are a bunch of market makers short this stock, and they can't get anyone to sell it to them. This is surprisingly common. A stock with a very small float trades up, market makers get upside down, and the dirty tricks start.

It was therefore no surprise to see the stock get beaten down the moment as articles about the reopening of the pangunamine  hit the tape. In collusion, they short more on the release. Why? The game is to make the stock look like the article is not valid. It's psychological game to scare investors into selling so the MMs can cover their short and make a profit.

If my theory is true, this is clearly illegal market manipulation, but the ASX will never do anything about it. They don't seem to care, and never have cared about this misleading stock bashing at the pennystock end of the market.

Here's their problem right now.their trick didn't work short term.I believe there are some MM's that are very nervous about the amount of capital they might lose.

New Zealand"s Foreign Minister Murray McCully is today due to leave for Papua New Guinea - the first stop on this year"s annual Pacific tour.

Other stops will include PNG"s autonomous Bougainville province, Solomon Islands and Vanuatu.

So hat es jedenfalls bei Interactive Brokers (IB) funktioniert, die eine persönliche Registrierung nicht ermöglichen. Vermutlich versteht IB (und auch anderere Broker) unter 'Registrierung' die persönliche Registrierung der Aktien unter Verbleib im Broker-Depot.

Einen Tag nach Ticket Eröffnung wurden die Aktien ausgebucht und übertragen. Nach 4 Tagen bekam ich die persönliche Security Reference Number (SRN), mit der man sich bei https://www-au.computershare.com/investor/registration.asp registrieren kann und dann die übertragenen BOC Aktien im Computershare Portfolio sieht.

Nebeneffekte:
Die Ausbuchung erfolgt gem. dt. Steuerrecht nach FIFO. Wer abgeltungssteuerfreie Aktien mit Kaufdatum vor 2009 im Depot hat, kann diese so zu Computershare 'verschieben'.

Man steht mit vollständiger Adresse im Aktionärsregister. Die Einsicht können alle Aktionäre verlangen. Per Suchmaschinen ist aktuell auffindbar: Die TOP 20 Liste im BCL Jahresbericht, die TOP 100 Liste z.B. bei http://www.bougainville-copper.eu/

 

Nur kauft anscheinend keiner in einem freien Markt, der Block ist aber definitiv weg,daran sieht man den vorher manipulierten Markt,kommt-jetzt jeder 10k und wir stehen bei 0,60 AUD

ABG rejects Panguna mine agreement

THE Bougainville Autonomous Government will reject an agreement that was recently signed between Panguna landowners and a Chinese firm, says ABG President John Momis.
The Panguna Mine Affected Landowners Association and the Beijing Aerospace Great Wall Mineral Investment Ltd signed an MOU last week to vet the involvement of the latter in negotiations relating to the reopening of the defunct Panguna mine, especially on mine waste management.
However, Mr Momis says the agreement was “an act of bad faith” as it was not done in consultation with the landowners, the ABG, Bougainville Copper Limited and the Papua New Guinea National Government.
The four make up the membership of the ABG’s Joint Coordinating Committee which makes all decisions relating to the mine.
“If the ABG or BCL made a decision on their own to get an unknown company to work on an important aspect of the Panguna project, the landowners would be very angry. The four parties in the JCC are a partnership.
“All decisions about preparations for the negotiations must be made jointly, through the JCC. If any one party acts on their own, it undermines the trust between that party and the other parties. We have all agreed to work together and to respect one another. We must honor that commitment,” the ABG president said in a statement over the weekend.
The signing in Buka last week was facilitated by the PMALA chairman Lawrence Daveona and Jimmy Miringtoro, the Communications Minister in the O’Neill Government and the Central Bougainville MP in the PNG National Parliament.
But the deal with the Chinese firm is already raising eyebrows within the autonomous region and appears to have caught both the ABG and the PNG National Government by surprise.
The decision by the landowners to unilaterally strike the deal compelled Mr Momis to emphasize all Bougainvilleans were affected by the 20-year Bougainville conflict and not just the landowners.
“All Bougainvilleans were affected by Panguna, both when it operated and as a result of the Bougainville crisis which started because of Panguna.”

Die eigentliche Erklärung soll noch heute kommen. Die schnelle Reaktion zeigt auch den Stellenwert von Panguna, denn wann reagiert eine Regierung so schnell - und auch noch am Wochenende?

ein tag mit 32 k umsatz asx macht noch nicht den deckel weg.....
auch wenn ich das sicher toll fände und finde.
wobei 6 wochen noch kurse um 27 cent hätte mir besser gepasst.
aber anderen nicht und somit solls ruhig steigen.
500k umsatz und 50 cent.....  

Seit dem 25 Juli gliess der Deckel keinen Trade mehr über 40 ct zu,(Vol AU 1.6 Mill. Shares) obwohl das BID zeitweise  zur Eröffnung bis zu 10% darüber lag.

Gut möglich dass man sich bei den Treffen PNG-AU-NZ zwischenzeitlich auf den Preis der  Uebernahme der BCL Shares von PNG geeinigt hat u. der Grund für der Deckel somit entfallen ist.

Schon in 88-89 war man mit PNG übereingekommen deren Shares zu übernehmen, 50% zum Marktwert, 50% zum PNG EK-Preis. Nur der Ausbruch der "Crisis" hatte den Deal damals verhindert.

PS: Bei dem für Ende des Monats geplanten Meeting mit O`Neill, Momis, Taylor,etc. in POM könnte schon die Katze aus dem Sack gelassen werden.BOC Kurse im ct. Bereich wären dann Geschichte. ;-))))

Keinerlei Anschlußkäufe ... also wird der Kurs wohl (hoffentlich) wieder zurückkommen.

Marktbericht: Industriemetalle ziehen weiter an - Chinas Kupferbestände sinken rapide
(shareribs.com) London 09.08.13 - Die Industriemetalle bewegen sich auch am Freitag nach oben. Der Kupferpreis ist wieder über die Marke von 7.200 USD geklettert, was auf eine Reihe von guten Daten aus China zurückzuführen ist. Der Pessimismus gegenüber China könnte nun nachlassen.

Die jüngsten Konjunkturdaten aus China werden an den Rohstoffmärkten positiv aufgenommen. Nachdem gestern bereits die Außenhandelsdaten gut ausfielen, überzeugten heute die Zahlen zu Industrieproduktion und Einzelhandel. Die Industrieproduktion stieg im vergangenen Monat um 9,7 Prozent, was über den Erwartungen lag. Die Einzelhandelsumsätze wuchsen um 13,2 Prozent und damit so stark wie im vergangenen Monat. Die Verbraucherpreise stiegen im vergangenen Monat um 2,7 Prozent, womit die Teuerung auf dem Vormonatsniveau lag.

Analysten begrüßten die Entwicklung in China, welches im vergangenen Monat 410.680 Tonnen Kupfer importierte. Barratt’s Bulletin teilte mit, dass die Zahlen aus China darauf hindeuten, dass sich die Lage dort verbessere. Auch die Standard Bank sieht sich nun auf Seiten der Bullen und teilte mit, dass die Investoren zuletzt zu pessimistisch gegenüber China waren.

Trotz der hohen Kupferimporte Chinas sind die Lagerbestände dort in den vergangenen Wochen konstant gesunken. In dieser Woche gingen die Bestände um 12.423 Tonnen auf 151.148 Tonnen zurück. Auch in London sind die Bestände zuletzt stark zurückgegangen und liegen mittlerweile bei weniger als 600.000 Tonnen.

Die Tonne Kupfer verbessert sich heute um 1,1 Prozent auf 7.269 US dollar
