Das denke ich schon lange!!

Meine Meinung ändert sich auch nicht dadurch, dass es angeblich Verträge gibt. Überall auf der Welt werden Verträge gebrochen. Ob der dann folgende Streit wie auch immer entschieden wird, ist immer erst mit einer längeren Verzögerung klar.

Insofern bleibt die Geschichte wirklich spannend.

Ich für meinen Teil bin derzeit bis zum Anschlag investiert.

Ich weiß nicht, in welchem Zusammenhang mein Posting zu deinem steht, alles was ich geschrieben habe, steht auch hier in diesem Thread für jeden nachvollziehbar. Insgesamt befinden sich nach meiner persönliche Schätzung ca. 95% der Neuigkeiten gesammelt hier in diesem Forum! Alleine mit diesem sehr informativen/aktuellen Thread sollte sich jeder Interessierte ein genaues Bild über die Situation auf Bougainville bzw. über BCL machen können. Die restlichen 5 % der Informationen kann sich jeder zu Nutze machen, indem er sich eine Anfangsposition an Böcken ins Depot legt und ein Mitglied beim ESBC wird (gegen Entrichtung einer jährlichen Mitgliedsgebühr von 60 €), oder sich bei Nekro für den FOB Thread kostenlos anmeldet.  Nochmal zur Info: www.bougainville-copper.eu - Member/Mitglieder - Mitglied werden  Manche Informationen müssen einfach mit einer bestimmten Vertraulichkeit behandelt werden. Dort wurde heute die aktuelle TOP 100 Liste eingestellt.

Mehrere neue Shareholder aus D sind hinzugekommen. (Eine BM mit den Registrierdaten u. der/die Betreffende hat sofort Zugang zum 707 u. kann seine Position verifizieren.

Kurios dass trotz Eintragung ins Shareregister die Nominees immer noch die + - gleiche Anzahl Shares halten???

Zu der "Anonymus Mail" gibt es einige interessante Einschätzungen u. Theorien aus Downunder mit Vorschlägen wie mit den Infos zu verfahren wäre um den grösstmöglichen Effekt zu erzielen.(im 707)

Interessant dürfte die Stellungnahme von BOC dazu werden.;-)))))

Dem angesprochenen Personenkreis (z.B.#13998) gehört auf jeden Fall das Handwerk gelegt. Da wäre es doch blöd wenn man die Typen unfreiwillig über diesen Thread mit Infos alimentieren würde.

Dass sich die Kursentwicklung in diesem Jahr diametral entgegengesetzt zur immer positiver werdenden Nachrichtenlage entwickelt hat ist jedem klar der sich schon länger mit BOC beschäftigt hat.Im Dez. 11, auf dem Höhepunkt der O`Neill / Somare Krise stand BOC ca. 20% höher als heute.Das war auch schon der Fall bevor die Tricksereien mit der Einstellung des ADR Programms begonnen haben.

Warum sollte man einem "Anonymus" dort Zugang gewähren,zumal die dortigen Mitglieder alle namentlich bekannt sind? Da ist es doch nur legitim dass man diesen konfirmierten Aktionären dort wo es möglich ist einen grösseren Einblick hinter die Kulissen erlaubt,zumal es für jeden hier möglich ist sich Zugang zu verschaffen.

Der Modus Operandi dürfte schliesslich jedem interessierten bekannt sein, etwas Eigeninitiative ist allerdings nötig. ;-))))))))

Für den "größeren Einblick" haben wir den FOB Thread, hier sollten alle relevanten News zum Thema stehen und hier wurde ja bereits einmal selektiert. Die Aufteilung der Infos auf zwei Threads halte ich nicht für produktiv, irgendwann wirds unübersichtlich.  

Hier tummeln sich viele interessierte und diese bekommen hier genügend Infos für umsonst.
Nur wer wirklich Aktien hält u diese auch eintragen lässt(weil er es ernst u nachhaltig mit BCL meint) sollte spezielle Infos bekommen. Im 707 werden private Namen u Adressen genannt.
Das geht maximal Gleichgesinnte etwas an!!!
Kauft doch alle Aktien, lasst sie eintragen und tretet dem 707 bei dann passt alles.
Ich lasse nächste Woche weitere Aktien eintragen.

Von den 69 Mitgliedern im FOB sind mir bei weitem nicht alle pers. oder mit Namen bekannt.Gut möglich dass dort ein "U-Boot" darunter ist,wundern würde es mich ehrlich gesagt nicht.

Wenn ich die Infos der "Anonymus-Mail" näher betrachte (die im Grunde einen Wirtschaftskrimi beschreibt,in dem wir als Investierte lediglich eine Statistenrolle spielen,) u. mit den Konklusionen des Geologen Steve B. in Relation setze (Reserven von 1 Billion $ incl. Atamo) so ist es durchaus logisch dass "interessierte Kreise" versuchen zu tricksen,sabotieren,illegalenEinfluss zu nehmen,etc.etc.Das beweist doch nur dass BOC den Einsatz zig-fach wert ist.

Wer BOC als kurzfristige Zockerposi sieht,bitte,............jeder wie er Lust u. Laune hat,wer jedoch (zumindest für einen Teil seiner Böcke?) auf Dividende spekuliert steht auf jeden Fall besser (sicherer) da wenn er diese eintragen lässt u. somit der Bankstermafia entzieht.

Wer hinter seinem Nick versteckt bleiben möchte bekommt hier im Thread (oder als Mitglied der ESBC) alle relevanten Infos um zu entscheiden ob er in Böcke investieren will oder nicht.Allen anderen steht der 707 offen.

PS: Dass die Anzahl der (deklarierten) Shares der Nominees trotz Eintragung diverser Positionen ins Register quasi gleich geblieben ist lässt eigentlich nur 1 Schluss zu!!!!

Also, nachdem sich bei Saxo zunächst nichts getan hat, klappte mittlerweile die Übertragung nach CC, nachdem ich unverhohlen mit der Einschaltung der Bafin gedroht hatte. Nun kann ich in den Tagen zwischen den Jahren (da ist mehr Zeit) die Eintragung ins Aktionärsbuch via Compshare weiter betreiben. Die "Anleitung" dazu habe ich ja.

Am 11.12.2012 hatten die noch 13,7Mio Stück

Differenz: -2,5Mio

Zugelegt haben im selben Zeitraum signifikant:

Anleger aus D + A die Aktien registrieren haben lassen:  ca. +940.000

J.P Morgan Nominees: ca. +600.000

Weitere Nomineebanken + 1Fond unter den TOP 20: ca. +780.000

Abgebaut unter den Top 20 hat also nur Citicorp Nominees.  

Mir ist jetzt nichts bekannt, dass deutsche Anleger über Citicorp gebucht sind.  Oder hat jemand von Euch als Nominee Citicorp?

Daher gehe ich davon aus, dass Citicorp als Nominee für Kunden aus USA? - Kanada? - Asien? fungiert.

Meinungen dazu?  

das ergibt schon Sinn und ist durchaus plausibel, aber ich kann mir nicht vorstellen das für ganz USA / Kanada / Asien nur ein Nominee agiert. Zumal ist mit JPM einer der Größten doch direkt in USA ansässig und könnte die Geschäfte daoch abdecken.

Wenn ich die letzten Beiträge hierzu noch richtig im Kopf habe, dann haben die meisten hier JPM oder HSBC als Nominee. Wenn man nun wirklich unterstellt das die Nominees tricksen, dann könnte ich mir vorstellen, das sie ihre Lieferverpflichtungen evtl. über diese eine Adresse bündeln und so ihre Geschäfte weiter zu verschleiern. Nur eine Idee, könnte ich mir aber vorstellen.

Source: Radio New Dawn on Bougainville Some News on IRC Corporate Update (IRC - 1st Page) By Aloysius Laukai In 2009, the Company raised US$ 6,323,500 in two tranches, initially through the help of a new shareholder, Clarion Finance Pte Ltd (―Clarion‖). Clarion was also promised a position on the Board of Directors by then President of IRC, Lindsay Semple. The purpose of the funding was to move the biodiesel project along on Bougainville under the guidance of the expanded Board of Directors. On April 5 and April 6, 2010, Lindsay Semple resigned as President and Director of the Company and Philip Rali resigned as a Director respectively. Nico Civelli was subsequently appointed to the Board of Directors representing Clarion which holds approximately 25% of the shares of the Company. At the end of April 2010, the biodiesel plant, which was originally supposed to be producing bio fuels by May 2010 in Arawa, was still in containers in transit. There was no advance planning whatsoever and therefore the containers were stuck in ports for a considerable amount of time resulting in additional storage fees which could have easily been avoided. Following Mr. Semple‘s and Mr. Rali‘s resignations, it was discovered, that neither IRC nor Bogenvil Resources Development Corporation (AROB) Ltd. (―BRDC‖) held the title to the land where the biodiesel refinery is being put in place and where a considerable investment had already been made by the Company. Lindsay Semple represented to the Board previously that a 20 year lease was in place. This problem is currently being addressed and an update will be provided at a later date. The total cost of the biodiesel project in Arawa has also substantially increased. The original budget was $3 million. The current estimated cost may be as high as $8 million. The communication from IRC management in Bougainville did not include full details of expenditures made or the complete status of the various projects which were previously approved by the Board of IRC. This led to some decisions being made based on incomplete and incorrect information. In early 2010, Clarion invited officials from Bougainville and the BRDC team to Singapore for meetings and to exchange ideas on how to move forward. It became evident that there was a total lack of communication between the Company‘s president in Vancouver, Mr Semple, the Board of Directors, the officials in Bougainville and the shareholders. In March 2010, Clarion planned a tour by an investors‘ group to Bougainville which included some institutional fund managers from New York. Mr. Semple strongly advised that it was not safe on Bougainville due to ―security issues‖ and consequently the fund managers cancelled their trip. A subsequent fact-finding trip to Bougainville was organized on behalf of key shareholders. Messrs. Semple and Rali did not appear receptive to the idea of investors reviewing the status of investments of their own. On this trip, details of past business practices by Messrs. Semple and Rali were discovered. IRC has a terrible reputation and was famous for over promising and not delivering. Some examples include the closed assay & melt lab or the three fishing boats that were delivered to the island in 2007 but were never put to use and now are in terrible condition. The local authorities in Bougainville initially did

not even want to speak to our representatives. They pointed to Mr. Semple‘s record of failure in business dealings in PNG and how he left outstanding bills and contracts unfulfilled in the past and they claimed they were seeing the same pattern on Bougainville Security was never a problem on that trip. Representatives from Panguna Metals (www.pangunametals. com) were met which holds the contract on behalf of Bougainville Cooper Limited (―BCL‖) to clean up and dismantle their mine. They employ locals on Bougainville as well as expatriates from Australia and UK. Our own team also met tourists, businessmen from Australia, Japan, USA, and New Zealand travelling on the island in safety. The team was welcomed everywhere and an open dialogue was started between with BRDC, government officials and other interested parties about the current status of IRC projects on the island. Indotan Inc. (―Indotan‖) has initiated litigation against the Company for breach of contract. Mr. Semple was asked by the Board if he was a shareholder of a member of the board of directors of Indotan. Initially Mr. Semple stated he was not a director but later recanted and said he could not remember if he still was a director and claimed he had no beneficial ownership in the outcome of the lawsuit. It was discovered by Company counsel that Mr. Semple is a director of Indotan with significant shareholding. The cost to date to defend this lawsuit is approximately $150,000. On a conference call with the largest shareholders Mr. Semple promised to reimburse IRC for the cost of the cattle operation ($175‘000.00 at least) within 30 days after the call but this money was never paid back, this was an unauthorized expenditure by the management without board approval. Another example of wasteful expenditure is the money expended on assisting the drafting of the new mining law. The board of IRC has been made aware by the Department of Mines in PNG that the World Bank, Department of Mines in PNG and the Department of Mines in Bougainville have had a budget in place of several million dollars and have been working together on a new mining law for the past 2 years. This was never disclosed to the Board of IRC. IRC has paid over $ 300,000.00 to Counsel in Vancouver who has been working on the same legislation, but obviously not in coordination with the government or the World Bank. On April 29th, an IRC Country Manager for Bougainville was appointed by the Company and is now based in Arawa overseeing all projects. In spite of past difficulties, the Company does continue to hold valuable assets: • The Net Smelter Royalty of 0.5% on any mineral developments on Bougainville • A communications centre in Arawa • An assay and melt lab in Arawa • Three vessels equipped for fishing • A biodiesel plant awaiting assembly After these assets were acquired, there was no proper management and supervision put in place to ensure that the full values of these assets were realized. Go Forward Plan Despite difficulties in the past, the current Board of Directors firmly believes that the value in the assets of the Company can be maximized for the benefit of its shareholders. Thus, the Board has developed the following strategy going forward: 1. Change of name: IRC is seeking shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM for a change of its name to Bougainville Investment Corp. 2. There are no plans to take the Company public at this time. The Company is reviewing and considering strategic alternatives to maximize shareholder value. The Company proposes to undertake a financing to raise approximately $ 850,000 at $0.05 per share with proceeds to be used to finish the biodiesel plant and upgrade existing infrastructure. Am 19.12 ABG Sitzung -mining Law wäre spitze

This coming week there will be a big showdown at ABG Parliament House on the Transitional Mining Policy. During this 3 day event Parliament will also vote whether the landowners (Morumbi's business model) or the state (BCL's business model) own the resources. My sources are 100% confident that the vote will swing in favour of the traditional landowners. If that happens Morumbi seals all the licenses as per the signed agreements.

I keep my thumbs up that Parliament will do the right thing, which is to bring back prosperity to the landowners and their families. BCL can throw as much money as they like to sponsor Momis, this is a dead end street. The vast majority of the members of Parliament realize only too well that any other outcome will ignite a civil war. Look around the world to other resource rich democratic countries. At the end of the day it is the landowners and nothing but the landowners who control and own the resources. If the old and sick Momis still doesn't get this, I am afraid that his days in office will be counted way before the next elections.

Morumbi shares will make a monumental move upward that symbolizes the boost in prosperity that the Bougainville landowners so very much deserve after decades of poverty.......

JAPAN intends to expand its economic relationship with Papua New Guinea in 2013.
Japan’s Ambassador to PNG Hiroharu Iwasaki said this in a moving ceremony to celebrate the National Day of Japan, together with the 79th birthday celebrations for Emperor Akahito at his residence in Port Moresby last Thursday evening.
Ambassador Iwasaki said Japan intends to expand its economic relationship with PNG in other areas such as LNG related industries, agriculture, fisheries, forestry and tourism among others for the long term.
The Japanese Government has already identified major environment impact projects that are operational, like the sewage project in the nation’s capital, waste management and human resource project assistance, apart from the bridge programs in Bougainville and Lae.
“On economic cooperation, we continued dialogue with PNG side and implemented key infrastructure projects, such as the construction of 15 bridges on Bougainville and the project for the urgent rehabilitation of Markham bridge, while in the areas of environment, the provision of equipment for forest preservation on a nationwide scale in PNG was implemented,” Ambassador Iwasaki said.
“As some of you would know, at the community level including Port Moresby, the Grant Assistance for Grassroots Human Security Projects was continuously delivered towards education and health.
“And on efforts on improving the environment in the city, a sewage project and a waste management project are simultaneously on-going through Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA).
“And I cannot forget to mention JICA experts and volunteers who consist of young and senior personnel, currently 41 volunteers, performing their respective duties in various fields of government and local communities of PNG. “And in a short while, based on the Investment Promotion Protection Agreement between PNG and Japan, our economic relations will be vitalised much further as seen together with the PNG LNG development through which the first supply of LNG is expected to start in 2014.
“Moreover, Japan intends to expand its economic relationship in other areas such as LNG related industries, agriculture, fisheries, forestry and tourism amongst others for the long term development strategy (of both our countries).
“I wish our relationship will be further fostered in the coming years,” he said.

Betrachtet man den Trackrecord dieser Trickser so gibt es keinen Zweifel warum die Panguna Landowners sich für "We want BCL back" entschieden haben.

InterOil has obtained millions of dollars in loans from Clarion Finanz AG, the investment firm of Carlo Civelli, a Swiss businessman who has worked with Mr. Mulacek since 1996 as an investor or adviser. Last year, InterOil announced that Clarion and Merrill Lynch had agreed to lend the company $130 million. Mr. Civelli has a long history as an investor in Canadian energy, mining and technology companies, where he often takes director posts.

In 1994, according to news reports, two inspectors working for the British government reviewing insider-trading allegations accused Mr. Civelli of improperly working with a broker to disguise stock sales of companies involved in takeover talks. The inspectors also examined financial transactions that they believed were “akin to a money-laundering operation,” according to the reports, for possible links to Mr. Civelli. Mr. Civelli was never charged with any crimes by the British government, and Vancouver Stock Exchange officials who reviewed the report decided not to pursue their own investigation.

In an interview, Mr. Civelli said that he would have been criminally charged if there had been any real evidence of wrongdoing. “They were interested in destroying my reputation,” he said. “They were not interested in the truth.”

In a second, unrelated case earlier this year, Canadian securities regulators said Mr. Civelli had covertly helped another executive gain control of a publicly traded energy company after regulators had banned the executive from running any public companies. Mr. Civelli said the regulators’ claims were false, and that he was simply helping to broker a stock deal. Canadian regulators have not charged Mr. Civelli with any wrongdoing in the matter.

Merrill Lynch, which had a banking relationship with Enron and is now one of InterOil’s major lenders, declined to discuss its relationship with Mr. Civelli or InterOil. For his part, Mr. Byker asserted that Mr. Civelli’s problems had nothing to do with InterOil. “He’s been a very reliable and straightforward person in everything involving InterOil,” he said.
