Ich will nicht über ungelegte Eier gackern,deshalb nur mal vorläufig:
Der Chef möchte eigentlich gut informieren, konnte es aber bei quest noch nicht, weil er es nicht beser wusste.
Er wurde von einem US Aktionär auf Quest aufmerksam gemacht und nahm mit Quest Kontakt auf. Ihre Vereinbarung kam recht schnell zustande nur die richtigen Infos hatte er nicht. Das könnte sich bald ändern.
(nicht gleich morgen-rechnen wir sicherheitshalber mal mit zwei bis drei Wochen)
Warum fragt keiner,warum heshes schreibt,die Alertseite ist vielleicht bald nicht mehr so verfügbar?
Nun, er wird sie ändern müssen,sonst kann Eugen eventuell dran sein.  

Der CEO hat wie schon von mir vor 14 Tagen geschrieben ... bei der SEC angemeldet, dass der 10Q/A sich verspätet. Er nutzt damit die Möglichkeit aus - IMHO 21 Tage später den 10Q/A abgeben zu können und erspart sich damit ein E hinter dem QMLM-Symbol.

der vond er alertseite hat sich aber auch mit einem Disclaimer abgesichert ... aber trotzdem hat Quest offiziell zu diesem Bericht eine Stellungnahme per News abgegeben und damit die Zahlen meiner Meinung nach so wie sie da stehen indirekt bestätigt ... wenn diese nicht stimmen - hätte man evtl. einen ersten Anhaltspunkt - um ihn ans Bein zu pinkeln.

Die Zahlen bestätigen leider meine Msg 2156. was sollen mit den 35 Stück Transaktionen in Frankfurt erreicht werden?

IMHO hatte die erste 35 Stück Transaktion den Kurs nach dem R/S von 0,02 auf 0,05 gestürzt ... und nun kommen immer wieder in der Woche 35 Stück-Order ... das sind nicht einmal 0,25 Eur ?!?

Nun heute wieder so eine 35er Transaktion ... grummel.

Ist 35 die neue 23?

Ich verstehe das auch nicht. Aber nun ist der Kurs endlich mal in die nadere Richtung gesprungen :)

selbst bei dem Discount Broker lohnt sich der Verkauf noch nicht mal.

Wie oft ist das ding jetzt ge-resplittet worden und wieder auf 0,001€ zurückgefallen ?

ist vermutlich die beste alternative.
Bin nach dem letzten resplitt sowas von im Minus, das das wohl in diesem Leben nichts mehr wird. Selbst wenn sie nun zu 100% jeden Tag fördern würden, glaube ich nicht, das das Unternehmen jemals auf so soliden Fundamenten stehen wird, das ich meinen Einsatz wieder heraus bekomme.

Die größte verarsche und in meinen Augen Abzocke, war der letzte resplitt, der nicht einmal angekündigt war. Denn wäre er das, hätte ich 50% verlust gehabt und vorher verkauft, wie vermutlich fast alle anderen auch. So haben wir in die Röhre geguckt und konnten erst mehr als eine Woche nach dem Split überhaupt wieder handeln. Wäre ein Handel ein Tag nach dem Split möglich gewesen, hätte man die Verluste ebenfalls (minimieren) können. So hatte der Kurs aber genügend Zeit um mal wieder ins "fast" Bodenlose zu fallen.

Ich für meinen Teil habe das Geld abgeschrieben und lasse die Aktie im Depot als Mahnendes Beispiel wie man es nicht machen sollte.

Kann also niemanden hier empfehlen einzusteigen.  

Soweit ich weiß war der letzte Resplitt, insgesamt der Dritte.  

Das wäre im Grunde ja nicht so schlimm, wenn sie die Share Anzahl dann auch immer reduzieren würde, aber dadurch das die Share Zahl bei den Splitts beibehalten wird und wenig später bisher immer (sogar) erhöht wurde, verwässert es den Kurs und er fällt wieder auf sein Ursprungswert vor dem eigentlichen resplitt. Also immer wieder Verluste von fast 100%.  

Und wieviele re-splits werden in Zukunft noch kommen ? - Interesse an Coal-aktien ? Schau dir doch mal "Waratah-coal" an (WCI.V)

Da musste wohl den CEO fragen, aber ich denke solange wie diese Firma keine Gewinne schreibt mit der Förderung, wird dies sicherlich nicht der letzte Resplitt gewesen sein.

Hab die Nase erst einmal voll mit Coal-Aktien. Hab leider hier richtig bluten müssen und "natürlich" dummer weise fast überall. Muss mich nun erst einmal neuorientieren.  

Das tut mir Leid für dich, Onkel,aber du bist nicht der einzige! Auch ich habe im "Rohstoffboom" massig "Kohle" verloren.Aber in Zeiten,wo man selbst eine Citigroup beinahe als Pennystock bekommt,muss man ja nicht unbedingt OTC-aktien kaufen! Übrigens,diese Quest erinnert mich mit ihrer dilutionpolitik an "Seamless wireless fidelity",da ist das genauso gelaufen,nur die hatten immer 1000:1 splitts gehabt ...

Da bist du ja noch schlimmer dran als ich........mein Depot sagt -96,67% aus.

Aber die knappen 1% machen ehrlich gesagt den Kohl auch nicht fett.  

... sind alle Exploreraktien so massiv runtergeprügelt worden,ob die überhaupt noch mal hochkommen ? Wird es hier eine fette Reboundwelle geben oder bleiben die "unten" ?

innerlich hat wohl jeder von uns hier sein Investment bereits abgeschrieben. Also sagen wir einfach jetzt ist Null, macht der Laden zu ist null null, gibts ein Reound können wir uns über jeden Prozentpunkt freuen.


....ach und: wir müssen Eugene kein Weihnachtsgeschenk kaufen - hat er ja schon bekommen

also, ich bin bereit ... als Letzter das Licht auszumachen ... und daran denke ich jetzt noch nicht. ;-))))

aber ich würde jetzt auch nichts von Quest kaufen ... dazu sind keinerlei offiziellen Anhaltswerte zu erkennen.
