Net income for the three months ended December 31, 2004 was $2,719,244, compared to $450,401 during the same three months of last year. NEW YORK, March 2, 2005 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- Advanced
Communications Technologies, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: ADVC) CEO Wayne Danson
has asked Congressman Michael Oxley to take action to help reduce legislative
burdens on small businesses. ADVC is a vertically integrated technology services
company with subsidiaries specializing in the repair and distribution of
computers, peripherals and consumer electronics.

Danson recently attended a meeting with Congressman Oxley to discuss the immense
burden placed on small businesses by the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002. The act
lays out a set of rules and accountability standards for public companies. Oxley
was a major contributor in drafting the legislation, which was initiated in
response to a number of corporate scandals, such as the Enron scandal that
became public in November 2001.

Danson said that implementing Section 404 requirements of the legislation are
costing small businesses enormous and debilitating amounts of time and money.
Such companies also are experiencing difficulty in finding competent, qualified
professionals to serve on their boards of directors as well as financial experts
to chair board audit committees due to a lack of available D&O insurance. Danson
said the personal liability and potential consequences for independent directors
is making it increasingly difficult for these small businesses to attract
competent people.

In a letter to Oxley reiterating his concerns, Danson said, "While I
wholeheartedly believe that maintaining the integrity and vitality of our
financial markets is the cornerstone on which the S-O Act was passed, I also
believe that it is unjust to apply the same rules to the small business
community, the backbone of our national economic engine, that are applied to
Fortune 500 companies.

"Small businesses simply cannot afford to comply with the current regulations
under the S-O Act, and based on our physical and economic size, we cannot, and
should not, follow the same set of comprehensive procedures written for firms
like General Electric, Walt Disney and Exxon who have the financial resources
available to implement the internal control provision. In Advanced
Communications Technologies, Inc.'s case, the potential fees to be incurred in
meeting the requirements of this provision can be better spent on investing in
the growth of our business through new hires and proposed acquisitions.

"Accounting firms are growing and the small business manufacturers, distributors
and service providers are being stunted and forced out of an opportunity to
follow their goals and objectives to success. Surely, fairness and practicality
must be considered in establishing balanced rules and regulations in
implementing these requirements to the small cap market," Danson said.

Danson said he plans to continue lobbying his representatives on behalf of small
businesses who face unique challenges of implementing Section 404 of the
Sarbanes-Oxley Act.

Advanced Communications Subsidiary Cyber-Test Announces $500,000 Contract with Assurant Group

Advanced Communications Technologies, Inc., a vertically integrated technology and services holding company, announced today a repair services contract that will add approximately $500,000 in revenue in the next 12 months.

The contract is with Assurant Group, a national third-party warranty company located in Atlanta, which has been a client of the company's wholly owned subsidiary Cyber-Test, Inc. for three years. This additional contract with Cyber-Test is for the repair of personal digital assistants (PDAs) and will account for approximately 300 more units per month.

"We are thrilled to increase our existing relationship with Assurant Group," said Lisa Welton, president of Cyber-Test. "This underscores our commitment to producing timely, quality repairs in a reliable manner for our customers."

The contract with Assurant Group and additional increases in business are a result of Cyber-Test's effort to expand its product repair services. In addition to printers, fax machines, multifunction units, flat panel monitors, PDAs and laptop computers, Cyber-Test also repairs digital light projection sub-assemblies for large-screen TVs, Apple iPods and gaming equipment, such as Xbox, GameCube and PlayStation.

Wayne Danson, president, CFO and director of Advanced Communications, Inc., said, "We are pleased with Cyber-Test's favorable business growth over the past nine months. The company's commitment to customer service and expertise in the repair and exchange services is driving the business forward."

Advanced Communications Announces Another Record-Breaking Month for Subsidiary Cyber-Test

New York, September 27, 2005 -- Advanced Communications Technologies, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: ADVC), a diversified New York-based holding company that specializes in the technology aftermarket service and supply chain known as reverse logistics, announced today that its wholly owned subsidiary Cyber-Test, a Florida-based electronic equipment repair company, reported record-breaking revenue for August that exceeded $840,000 compared to $610,000 for the same month in 2004.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />

"Our fiscal year-to-date sales are already over $1.5 million, which covers just July and August," said Lisa Welton, president of Cyber-Test.  "We generated more than $840,000 in sales last month, making August by far Cyber-Test's most successful revenue-producing month in the company's history.  Our business is increasing, a result of the value that technology products have in the daily lives of our customers, and their need to protect the investment they have made in these products."

Wayne Danson, president and chief executive officer of Advanced Communications, said, "The record-breaking results for August demonstrate Cyber-Test's continuing success and enormous growth potential.  For example, Cyber-Test's revenue for July and August was $1.51 million compared to $1.23 million for the same period last year, or an increase of 23%."

Cushman & Wakefield, the company's corporate real estate advisor, is actively pursuing options for an expanded facility to meet the product repair and service demands of Cyber-Test's customers.  Cyber-Test's electronic repair business has grown by over 30% since Advanced Communications acquired it in June 2004, and as the market for repair and exchange through extended service contracts sold by retail stores, manufacturers and other resellers continues to grow.

The reverse logistics industry that Advanced Communications seeks to become a leader in is, according to D.F. Blumberg & Associates in a report published earlier this year, a $60 billion <?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags" />U.S. technology aftermarket services industry, which is highly fragmented and ripe for consolidation.  It encompasses all operations relating to the reuse of products and materials, or the collection and disassembling process of used products and product parts, in order to ensure an environmentally friendly recovery.  The reverse logistics industry has seen a dramatic increase in demand for services such as technical support, repair, asset recovery, end-of-life product management, disposal and recycling.  This rapidly emerging market is a result of environmental regulations, outsourcing trends and accelerating product lifecycles across numerous technologies. Advanced Communications believes it will be well-positioned to effectively consolidate this market.
