aber wie wäre es mit etwas Recherche statt bloßer Behauptung. ich kenne jedenfalls noch z.b. die Microsoft Deutschland gmbh. und die gibt es und die gehört zu msft...  

Wer lesen kann ist klar im Vorteil bevor man einfach irgendwas behauptet sollte man vll. die Dokumente lesen oder zumindest versuchen es zu tun.

  EXHIBIT 10.1  des Formular ist eventuell hilfreich.

Als "BWL Spezialist und Wirtschaftsversteher" wäre das doch Pflicht oder ? :-)

Ist nicht persöhnlich gemeint aber wer A sagt sollte dann auch selber B sagen.
