We are happy to announce we have entered into a definitive agreement with a financing source for the financing of our first two novels, "The Set-Up," and "The Single Life." The financing will be in the form of our previously announced asset backed financing strategy with the copyrights and royalties of each novel used to secure the financing for the publication and marketing of the novels. We are also negotiating funding of a slate of up to ten (10) novels over the next 12 months using a similar structure.
"The Set-Up" will be the first novel published under the financing agreement. We estimate the novel will be available for retail within 6-8 weeks, with "The Single Life" to follow with its publication.
"The Set-Up" Novel:
"The Set-Up" is an action adventure thriller that will take the reader on a roller coaster ride involving action, adventure, betrayal, loyalty, greed, sex, murder all wrapped tight into a plot with many twists holding the readers' attention from beginning to end. "The Set-Up" was written for the adaptation into a feature film and will be placed into development by our entertainment business unit Global 1 Entertainment assisted by Blue Box Entertainment. The sequel to "The Set-Up" is in development.
Summary:
Our restructuring efforts are beginning to manifest themselves with the securing of the financing for our publishing business unit. We believe we will have the financing in place to begin the development phase of our film slate and for the acquisition of the production equipment. Line of Credit Financing:
We are pleased to announce the receipt of a line of credit for the development of our film slate and for the acquisition of a high definition production camera by our entertainment business unit, Global 1 Entertainment Group. The restructuring of the entertainment operations has yielded the first financing for our film slate. With the development funds, we can move into securing a script and talent for our upcoming slate.
We recently received marketing and publication funding for our first novels, "The Set-Up" and "The Single Life," and we are in discussion for a long term publishing distribution deal.
The restructuring has positioned SSSU into a more focused and determined company. Our plans for profitability and stability are definitely more achievable now that we are restructuring.
Long Term Financing Plans:
Our long term financing plans to raise up to $25 million to finance our film slate over the next 18-36 months is moving forward. We expect to have a portion of the funding in place shortly using the Principal Protected Investment Notes and trading of a new company on the pink sheets, along with a new warrant issue.
Summary:
The acquisition of the capital necessary to fund the projects is our main business objective. Currently Silver Screens Studios has three business units that will be spun off into their own publicly traded companies over the next few months. Each of the business units: Real Estate, Financial Services and Entertainment will be put into a pink sheet shell and a dividend paid to shareholders.
The first shell has been acquired and the dividend and pricing for Global 1 Real Estate Investment Group, Inc., our Real Estate Business Unit will be announced shortly. Over the next two to three months we will acquire additional pink sheet shells for our remaining business units.
Holding Company Formation:
The Holding Company concept was set up so the parent company, Silver Screens Studios, Inc. will become Silver Screens Holdings, Inc. Silver Screens Holdings will develop each business unit and spin each company off into its own publicly traded company. In the meantime, Silver Screens will begin to look for new companies to acquire and develop for 2007 and beyond.

Global Real Estate Fund
Our strategy business unit Global 1 Realty Corporation will launch it first global real estate fund for global investors. Global 1 will launch the fund for $25 million to invest in U.S real estate in the southeast United States. The fund will be launched and funded under Regulation S and will be available for non US residents only. The fund will invest in distressed and non-distressed value based real estate and will feature an equity and debt component and will accept investments in Euros, Yen, Pounds, Canadian dollars and other global currencies.
This is the initial fund to be launched under the Global 1 brand. We have in development a real estate hedge fund as well as a real estate securities fund. Our objective is to develop the Global 1 brand into a family of funds focused on the real estate industry.
Internal Investment Banking
Our internal investment banking unit is in development of a real estate security structure that will allow an investor to participate in the acquisition, rehab and refinancing of a property with a single investment. Once this structure is finalized we intend to launch a separate fund under Reg. S for $50 million to acquire distressed properties at a wholesale price in a bulk transaction.
