In the matter of the litigation of Haffer vs. UCSY, and UCSY's various claims against WEBSKY, Inc., we are pleased to announce that both parties have reached agreement and full and final settlement relating to all claims between us. The main terms of the settlement agreement are that the company will pay to Mr. Haffer the sum of $45,000 as final payment of his corporate severance agreement dated June 20, 2001. In addition, WEBSKY, Inc. will issue to UCSY a total of six (6) million shares with a current value about $300,000 for the purchase of various Intellectual Property rights, International Businesses, Licenses & Permits, a US-related Patent and all appertaining rights, etc... all in relation to past WLGS (now UCSY) Wireless Internet activities, and mainly in countries in South America as well as Thailand and India.

Pursuant to the above, and to the settlement reached, the company withdraws the Press Release of January 6th, 2006 in relation to the WEBSKY announcement. The company is pleased that mutual understanding prevailed and thanks all parties involved in that they agreed to settle all issues without the need for prolonged litigation.
