Prime Solar Senergy (Prime) will act as WorldWater's marketing and logistics partner to acquire and fast-track large scale photovoltaic installations throughout Spain, such as the multi-megawatt, 5-year project announced by WorldWater with a Letter of Intent in July with M&G Promociones de Vivienda Urbana, S.A. Nicht dass ich unbedingt mehr Aktien auf dem Markt möchte, aber die angekündigte Hauptversammlung und Akquisizion dürften jetzt gerne langsam mal kommen... Immerhin können die Angestellten von Entech und WWAT jetzt ihr Mittagessen gemeinsam einnehmen :)

Da scheinen ja einige Leute regelrecht auf der Lauer gelegen zu haben, dass es dich hier endlich gibt und sie dich mit Sternen überschütten können

Bist du im falschen Thread gelandet oder schreibst du wirklich zu WWAT? Dann wäre es nett, wenn du deine Aussage etwas konkretisierst.

Habe deine Petzmeldung gelesen, mein Freund Klepto hat mir gesagt, wie man sowas findet. Ich muß dich leider enttäuschen, die Moderatoren werden feststellen, daß wir drei unterschiedliche User sind. Wir kennen uns halt von Wallstreet-Online und haben die selben Vorurteile gegen Pusher und ihre Threads. Solche Vermutungen wie deine in deiner Petzmeldung kenne ich aus solchen Threads. Pusher sind halt immer ein wenig paranoid, wenn ihre Aktien drehen und den Weg nach unten einschlagen. Dann wähnen sie meist finstere Kräfte am Werk, Verschwörer, Basher und Shorter.

Trotzdem viel Glück, Nussriegel! ;)

Ich möchte mich hier ausdrücklich Nussriegel anschließen und um auf`s Thema bezogene  Aussagen bitten; für alles andere wäre dieser Thread zu schade.
Vielleicht habe ich auch die Ironie nicht verstanden; dann bitte ich diese Anmerkung zu vergessen.

Deine Wasserwelt ist eine Schwindelwelt, du wirst deine Kohle verlieren, wenn du bis zum Schluß drinbleibst. Nussriegel benimmt sich wie der typische Pusher, er versucht alle zu verjagen, die anderer Meinung sind. Und er ist nicht der einzige, der diese Verhaltensauffälligkeiten zeigt. Alles typische Anzeichen für eine Schwindelfirma, die von ihren Pushern und Lemmingen lebt. Und wenn du das noch immer nicht glauben willst, dann frag dich mal, wieviel Gewinn diese Klitsche bisher gemacht hat. Und dann notiere dir das Datum, für das sie euch Gewinne versprochen haben. Wenn es so weit ist, schau mal nach, ob sie ihre Ankündigung eingehalten haben. Und wenn du dann noch nicht klüger bist, ist auch dir nicht zu helfen.

Ich bin weder ein Pusher, noch bin ich paranoid, v.a. nicht, weil aber auch wirklich kein, aber auch keinerlei Anzeichen für eine Wende anstehen. Charttechnisch steht nahezu alles auf buy, fundamental steht die Firma besser da als je zuvor, meine Gewinne allein aus diesem Jahr gehen auf die 400% und ich denke noch lange nicht ans Verkaufen.

Klare Sache, du bist der coole Typ, der 400% abgeräumt hat. Dieses Geschwätz hört man jeden Tag, die coolen Typen, die voll abräumen! In Wirklickeit sind das alles arme Zocker, die öfter mal 100% verlieren und gelegentlich 20-30% machen, wenn sie traden. Also schwätz nicht herum, bleib auf deinem Teppich, er ist ja eng genug! *gg

Nach vielen Jahren und über 1000 postings hast du mich als erster entlarvt. Dabei erkennt man mich doch recht deutlich an den typischen Pusherkriterien:

- postet jahrelang im selben Thread zur selben Aktie
- stellt primär harte Facts und Meldungen der Firma ein
- ist bekennendermaßen seit langen long + hold  

Den seriösen User wie dich erkennt man ja auch an typischen Eigenschaften:
- kommt gleich mit seiner kompletten Mannschaft und ist mit ner blütenweißen ID frisch registriert,
  schon bricht   er in diversen Threads Streit vom Zaun
- glänzt duch knallharte, fundierte Analysen wie:  
   "Der Schrott erholt sich nie wieder!"  

Wer soll dir den das abkaufen?  
Willst du Schulkinder um ihr Taschengeld prellen?
Weiß deine Mama überhaupt, dass du allein am Computer bist?

wenn sich einer mit dem wert auskennt - dann ist es nussriegel, er war so ziemlich der erste, der mit mir den wert rausgekramt hat(da waren die noch an der börse in berlin notiert, ebenso wie arise - mein nächster highflyer, bin drin seit 0,19).
auch wenn ich mittlerweile raus bin aus dem wert(wwat) - ja, ich auch mit 400%(immer wieder rein und raus) - glaube ich noch immer dran........nur - was man hat, hat man.




 

aber immerhin machen wir seit jahren mit dem Ding rum (ich immer, du nur, wenn´s rauf geht  

Überschlägig würde ich sagen, dass mich die Firma zumindest im Laufe von 2007 durchschnittlich 30-60 Minuten am Tag gekostet hat. Da kann man schon mal etwas mitreden und muß sich keinen Mist erzählen lassen.
Waren aber rein rechnerisch gut angelegte 100 Stunden, denn dafür hat sie mir immerhin deulich mehr gebracht als 200 Tage gut bezahlter "ehrlicher" Arbeit...

Reflecting startup delays in implementation which pushed third quarter business into the fourth quarter of 2007 and first quarter of 2008, revenue for the third quarter was $4.4 million, compared with $6.5 million reported in the third quarter of 2006. Gross profit for the quarter was $0.6 million, versus $1.5 million in the prior-year period. Large projects which were scheduled for groundbreaking in the second and third quarters are now starting installation in the fourth quarter. The Company’s net loss for the third quarter of 2007 was $3.8 million, or $(0.02) per share, compared to a loss of $0.9 million, or $(0.01) per share, in the third quarter of 2006. The 2007 third quarter reflects investments in R&D, marketing, and operations to support WorldWater’s strategic growth initiatives, which include moving to fewer, multi-megawatt projects from higher volume smaller projects.

For the nine months ended September 30, 2007, WorldWater reported revenue of $7.6 million, compared with $10.3 million for the first nine months of 2006. Gross profit year to date was $1.1 million, versus $1.9 million in the prior-year period. Net loss for the first three quarters of 2007 was $8.7 million, or $(0.05) per share, compared to a loss of $8.6 million, or $(0.07) per share, last year.

“We saw results somewhat lag expectations this quarter due to unavoidable delays regarding our $17 million project for Fresno Yosemite International Airport, our $13.3 million project at Denver International Airport, and our $7.2 million project at Valley Center Water District in California, such that our updated guidance for this year is revenue of $20 million to $22 million. The delays, mainly for permitting or contractual changes in the scope of work, are not unusual in our industry and have meant that certain revenue reporting has shifted from the third quarter into the fourth quarter of 2007 and the first quarter of 2008,” said Quentin T. “Our guidance for 2008 is $80 million to $90 million in revenue broken out as $50 million in WorldWater core business and $30-$40 million in new ENTECH concentrator business.
