Mit ICGCommerce und Metastorm hat Internet Capital zwei absoult ipo-reife Unternehmen und ICGCommerce gilt ja auch als einer der heißesten Kandidaten. Trotzdem gehe ich in beiden Fällen nicht von Ipo's aus, sondern ich vermute, dass man bei Verkäufen höhere Erlöse erzielen kann. Dafür kann mich mir im Fall von ICGCommerce auch eine Bezahlung in Aktien durch das übernehmende Unternehmen gut vorstellen, z.B. von Genpact. Wenn dieser Deal mit Genpact in diesem Jahr zustände käme, würde das vielleicht die Chancen mindern, aber durch die Aktien von Genpact käme noch mehr Sicherheit in das Konstrukt Internet Capital. Bei Metastorm kann ich mir dagegen durchaus auch einen Cashverkauf an ein Unternehmen wie Oracle vorstellen. Die Verkäufserlöse aus den 64% an ICGCommerce und den 33% aus Metastorm taxiere ich auf 350 bis 450 Millionen Dollar.

bei 10 durchbrochen... hoffentlich bleibt sie bis ende drüber  

und für jemand, der einsteigen will, gut.  

begrüße, denn dadurch wurde die für mich größte Gefahr bekannt - nämlich dass ein Übernahmeangebot zu einem unzureichenden Preis kommt, bevor die Aktie mein langfristiges Ziel erreicht hat, das ich auch nach den Kursanstiegen noch wesentlicher höher ansetze. Und da ich fast überwiegend vor 2009 eingestiegen bin, will ich dieses Engagement in dieser Aktie noch länger fortsetzen, da ich die Kursgewinne steuerfrei kassieren kann.

meinem letzten Posting: "ICG Commerce, which sell-side analysts at Crag Hallum (an investment bank) suggest is a prime IPO candidate in the coming years, had a strong 2009, according to a recent company press release, adding further fuel to the public offering fire. In their latest announcement from last week, ICG Commerce suggests that "despite the economic challenges" of the past year, the BPO provider "grew revenues by 28 percent in 2009 and increased its spend under management by 33 percent to $13.6 billion."

Wenn wir bis zum Jahresende 14 bis 20 Dollar schaffen, bin ich zufrieden. Das hängt aber sehr entscheidend davon ab, ob sich bei Metastorm (tippe hier auf möglichen Verkauf) oder ICGCommerce (habe hier bisher auf Verkauf an Genpact gegen Aktien von diesem Unternehmen getippt, halt inzwischen aber auch einen Ipo für möglich).

Bei einem Ipo von ICGCommerce käme die meiste Fantasie auf, obwohl ich aus Sicherheitsgründen eher einen Verkauf an Genpact gegen Aktien dieses Unternehmens bevorzugen würde.

Aber das Ipo-Klima ist ja auch nicht schlecht:

Die meisten Beteiligungen von Internet Capital sind zwar eher strukturelle Plays, aber natürlich spielt auch die Konjunktur eine Rolle.
