Between WILMAR mine (see 2 picture below) and Goldcorp = ERGO: there is only PREMIER in between. I just right know doubled my position. See the picture below. There is not anything else than PREMIER GOLD MINES between Wilmar Mine (2) and Goldcorp. Have fun the coming weeks !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Premier-Roxmark Intersect 254.8 g/t (7.44 oz/ton) and 60.88 g/t (1.78 oz/ton) In New Zone Discovered Proximal To Little Long Lac Gold Mine
Shares Issued: 68,647,742
THUNDER BAY, ON, March 3 /CNW/ - PREMIER GOLD MINES LIMITED (TSX:PG) is
pleased to announce that drilling at the Geraldton Project has confirmed it's
initial exploration model by intersecting multiple zones with high-grade gold
mineralization proximal to the past-producing Little Long Lac Gold Mine
including 254.8g/t Au (7.44 opt) over 0.3m, 60.88/t Au (1.78 opt) over 1.0m
and 45.3g/t Au (1.32 opt) over 1.0m. The Geraldton Project is being operated
by Premier under an option agreement with Roxmark Mines Limited (TSX-V:RMK).
The "Geraldton Project" is located in the heart of the
Beardmore-Geraldton greenstone belt, a highly prospective high-grade gold
district that has seen relatively little exploration over the past several
decades. The Project area covers approximately 10 kilometres of some of the
most prospective geology in the region and is host to three past-producing
mines and numerous exploration targets in a district that has seen historic
production of more than 4.1 Million ounces of gold.
The first target area tested in the ongoing $2.5 Million program was to
confirm Premier's belief that previously untested sub-parallel mineralized
faults occur proximal to the historic Little Long Lac Gold Mine. The mine
produced more than 600,000 ounces of gold during the period 1934-53 at an
average grade of 11.66g/t Au. The initial drill program consisted of 8
wide-spaced holes drilled immediately south of the historic mine workings over
a strike length of 400 metres. This drilling successfully intersected
multiple, near-surface, mineralized vein zones including what is believed to
be the up-dip extension of the No.10 Vein. Prior to closure, drifting was
carried out on the "No.10 Vein" that was discovered on the 16th Level, one of
the deeper levels (675 metres below surface) of the mine. Limited data
available with respect to this zone suggests that the No.10 Vein carried
high-grade gold and that little previous exploration was carried out up-dip
towards surface. Highlights from this initial drilling are presented in Table
1.

Current drilling is following-up on the new high-grade gold veins to
further delineate the zones, and is also testing two additional, highly
prospective targets located immediately north and east of the Little Long Lac
Mine.
Premier, operator of the Project, holds the option to earn up to a 70%
interest in the Geraldton Project by making cash and share payments to
Roxmark, and performing exploration on the Project.
In addition to Geraldton, Premier is active on two additional projects:
1. A major exploration program has resumed on the Rahill-Bonanza Project,
operated under a 49%:51% joint venture with Red Lake Gold Mines: (a) Drilling
is expected to continue from the underground workings of the Red Lake Gold
Mines complex in the near future; (b) deep drilling is underway in the
vicinity of the Wilmar deposit; and, (c) a major drill program has commenced
at Bonanza consisting of in-fill and expansion drilling to further define the
Bonanza Deposit, where previous drilling has returned numerous significant
intersections to depths of less than 600 metres including 13.27 g/t Au across
19.00 metres, 8.66 g/t Au across 22.0 metres and 5.05 g/t Au across
34.95 metres. A recent NI 43-101 compliant inferred mineral resource estimate
on the Bonanza Deposit reported 512,000 ounces of gold at an undiluted grade
of 6.98 g/t Au.
2. Exploration drilling is underway at the Santa Teresa Property in
Mexico, a joint-venture project with Sutter Gold Mining Inc. Drilling is
testing for the potential down-plunge extension of the high-grade,
past-producing, Princessa Gold Mine which produced at an average grade of more
than 1.0 ounce of gold per ton. Drilling has intersected several mineralized
vein zones including local occurrences of visible gold - Assays are expected
in March.
Stephen McGibbon, P. Geo., is the Qualified Person for the information
contained in this press release and is a Qualified Person within the meaning
of National Instrument 43-101. Core is sent to Accurassay Laboratories in
Thunder Bay for preparation and analysis - fire assay and pulp metallic assay.

THUNDER BAY, ON, March 10 /CNW/ - PREMIER GOLD MINES LIMITED ("Premier")
(TSX:PG) is pleased to announce that it has signed a Letter of Intent (LOI)
with the North Caribou Lake First Nation that paves the way for a major
exploration program to begin immediately on the PQ North Property in
Northwestern Ontario. The PQ North Property is strategically located on the PQ
limb of the key iron formation that is host to Goldcorp's Musselwhite Gold
Mine.
The North Caribou Lake First Nation (NCLFN) is broadly defined as
including the community of Weagamow Lake, Chief and Council, trappers and the
traditional territory. The LOI forms the basis of a cooperative relationship
between Premier and NCLFN that will guide the early phase of exploration on
the property, including line cutting, geophysics and diamond drilling, as well
as lead to a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) in the near future. Key aspects
of the LOI include:
<<
- Contributions by Premier to the Community of Weagamow during each
calendar year that exploration is active at PQ North.
- Premier will seek individuals from the Community for employment in its
exploration programs.
- The employment of a Liaison and Environmental Communications person
from the Community.
- A commitment by Premier to utilize goods and services from the
Community.
>>
Premier confirms that the agreement with NCLFN is the culmination of
several months of ongoing discussion and relationship-building. "We regard
Northwestern Ontario as our home turf and recognize that being successful
here, or anywhere else, requires developing strong long term relationships
with all parties having a vested interest in the region" commented Ewan
Downie, Premier's President and CEO. "This LOI marks a milestone achievement
for Premier with respect to its goal of working closely with local communities
that might be positively affected by mine development" he added. "The PQ North
Property comprises a second strategic land position that Premier holds
immediately adjacent to Goldcorp's major North American gold mines. Based on
previous drilling and surface exploration, the PQ Property is believed to have
excellent potential to host gold zones similar to those being mined at
Musselwhite".
The PQ North Property encompasses a major fold structure along strike
from and within the main rock unit (Northern Banded Iron Formation) that hosts
the gold-bearing ore zones at Musselwhite. Previous drilling has returned
several significant intersections and has identified structural units similar
to those at the mine (See Figure 1). Of particular interest are a series of
quartz veins, in places tens of meters wide, hosted within volcanic rocks in
the southern portion of the PQ North Property. It is believed that these
(low-grade) veins could be related to structures that may cut the main iron
formation unit at depth, and potentially become significant gold-bearing
zones. Similar veins on surface on the Musselwhite Property are located up-dip
from the main gold zones currently being mined. To date, the Musselwhite Mine
has produced more than 2.0 million ounces of gold and has reserves and
resources totalling in excess of 3.30 Million ounces at the end of 2007.
Recently, Goldcorp has indicated that gold mineralization within the mine
horizon is estimated to have increased from 1.0 million to 2.0 million ounces
per kilometre as far as 6 kilometres north along strike of the main mine
facilities. Results include a drill intercept of 15.5 grams per tonne (gpt)
gold across a true width of 4.5 metres (m) in hole 07-NSD-005. Premier's PQ
North property is located in close proximity to, and along strike from this
drilling.
Premier holds the right to earn a 100% interest in the PQ North Property
subject to a 2% Net Smelter Returns Royalty of which Premier retains the right
to acquire 1% by paying to the vendor $1 Million.

THUNDER BAY, ON, March 14 /CNW/ - PREMIER GOLD MINES LIMITED ("Premier") (TSX: PG.TO) is pleased to announce that it has initiated it's 2008 exploration program on the PQ North Property in Northwestern Ontario. The PQ North Property is strategically located on the PQ limb of the key iron formation that is host to Goldcorp's Musselwhite Gold Mine.
Premier has contracted Fugro Airborne Surveys to fly it's HM1 high resolution magnetometer system along some 530 line-kilometres of flight lines. The survey, flown at a 50-metre line spacing, will provide critical information relating to the Northern Banded Iron Formation (NBIF) and any potential faults and shear zones which may transect it. Premier anticipates conducting a diamond drill program to follow up on favourable targets indicated by the survey and existing information on the property.
The PQ North Property encompasses a major fold structure along strike from and within the NBIF, which hosts the gold-bearing ore zones at Musselwhite. Previous drilling on the property has returned several significant intersections and has identified structural units similar to those at the mine.

Intersected 67.08g/t (1.96oz/ton ) over 2.0 metres - Premier-Roxmark discover high-grade gold beneath highway at Magnet Mine Property
TORONTO, April 1 /CNW Telbec/ - Roxmark Mines Limited (TSXV - RMK) today
announced that drilling at the Magnet Gold Mine Property by Premier Gold Mines
Limited (TSX:PG) has discovered a new high-grade gold vein zone that has
returned numerous significant intersections including 67.08 grams per tonne of
gold (g/t Au) across 2.0 metres (m).
The new "Highway Zone" is located under the Trans-Canada Highway,
immediately south of the historic Magnet Gold Mine which produced more than
150,000 ounces of gold at an average grade of 14.4g/t Au during the period
from 1938 to 1951. In all, nine holes were drilled to test this target, with
multiple zones being intersected over a minimum strike length of 100 metres.
At least fifteen separate occurrences of visible gold were identified during
the program. The zones remain open in all directions. Table 1 provides a
summary of the significant results from drilling the Highway Zone area:

In addition to the main target, recent drilling performed in the
"Benedict Zone", a secondary target located proximal to the Magnet Mine,
intersected gold mineralization including 10.22 grams per tonne gold (g/t Au;
0.30 opt) over 2.5m and 8.14g/t Au (0.23 opt) over 2.0m. The Geraldton Project
is being operated by Premier under an option agreement with Roxmark. Premier
Stephen McGibbon, P. Geo., is the Qualified Person for the information
contained in this press release and is a Qualified Person within the meaning
of National Instrument 43-101. Both of these zones will be accessible from the
underground workings.
The Magnet Mine is serviced with a shaft and winze to 2,640 feet. The
property is equipped with a headframe, production hoist, compressors,
generator, hydro substation, and other equipment and facilities.
The Geraldton Project is located in the heart of the Beardmore-Geraldton
Greenstone Belt, a highly prospective high-grade gold district that has seen
relatively little exploration over the past several decades. The Project area
covers several kilometres of some of the most strategic ground in the region
and is host to past-producing mines and numerous exploration targets in a
district that has more than 4.1 million ounces of historic gold production.
In the Beardmore Camp, Roxmark is currently carrying out 6,200-metres of
surface diamond drilling program at the Northern Empire Gold Mine to further
delineate the Contact Zone along a strike length of 1,250 metres.
About Roxmark Mines
Roxmark Mines Limited is the leader in gold and molybdenum exploration
and development in the historically significant Geraldton-Beardmore area of
Northwest Ontario. In the last two years, Roxmark has generated cash flow from
bulk-sampled gold and molybdenum processed at its fully-permitted mill and has
the advantage of infrastructure from six formerly highly productive gold mines
located on its properties. These mines previously produced nearly two million
ounces of gold from high grade ore but were closed primarily due to
dramatically lower gold prices at the time and to boundary issues, since
eliminated.

Premier Gold Mines Ltd. has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Compania Minera Quasaro SA de CV, a private, arm's-length company, to purchase the La Victoria concession located within the Santa Teresa concession, under joint venture with Sutter Gold Mining Inc., at El Alamo, Baja California Norte, Mexico. The concession is accessible by road and is located approximately 100 kilometres southeast of Ensenada and 250 km from San Diego, Calif., USA.
Premier regards the La Victoria purchase as strategic since:
It is located entirely within the Santa Teresa concession.
It occurs along strike from the structure currently being targeted in the continuing drill program of the Premier-Sutter joint venture.
Other regional El Alamo vein structures may also trend onto La Victoria.

Premier-Roxmark - New results at Kailey Zone highlighted by significant increase in gold grades and widths
Tuesday May 27, 9:15 am ET
Shares Issued: 69,193,742
THUNDER BAY, ON, May 27 /CNW/ - PREMIER GOLD MINES LIMITED (TSX:PG - News) is pleased to announce that drilling has intersected the best results to-date in the recently discovered Kailey Zone at the Geraldton Project in Northwestern Ontario. Drilling has now identified that two broad parallel horizons exist within the Kailey Zone and that these converge as drilling traces the horizons to the east. Importantly, in this area gold grades are up to 50% higher and widths have increased by 100% over the "best" previous reported results.
Higher-grade gold mineralization, and increased widths to the east, mark recent developments within the Kailey Zone (bulk tonnage zone). Recent results include 39.64g/t Au (1.16 oz/ton) across 2.0 metres contained within a wider zone of mineralization which returned 5.87g/t Au across 16.0 metres, and 42.97g/t Au (1.25 oz/ton) across 1.0 meter contained within a wider zone of mineralization which returned 2.01g/t Au across 101.0 metres.
Kailey Zone
-----------
As drilling continues to delineate the Kailey Zone horizon, higher-grade vein style mineralization has been intersected within the wider stinger zone. This setting, of higher-grade vein mineralization within a broad stringer zone, is consistent with the Main Zone mined at the historic Little Long Lac Gold Mine from which more than 600,000 ounces of gold was produced during the period 1934-53 at an average grade of 11.66g/t Au. The Kailey zone is located approximately 50 metres to the north of, and parallel to, the Main Zone. These intersections are consistent with the company's belief that higher grade "shoots" could exist within the near-surface, open pit style, gold mineralization that marks this new discovery.
Of particular significance, drilling has now identified that parallel horizons exist within the Kailey Zone (K1 - North & K2 - South) which has implications for increased tonnage potential within this horizon. These horizons have now been traced over a strike length of 450 meters, to depths of up to 200 metres, and remains open in all directions. The following table provides a complete summary of recent assay results received from drilling the Kailey Zone:

Premier holds the option to acquire up to a 70% interest in the Geraldton Project from Roxmark Mines Limited (TSX-V:RMK - News) by making cash and share payments to Roxmark, and performing exploration on the Project. The current drilling is part of an ongoing minimum $2.5 Million exploration program aimed at confirming Premier's belief that previously untested sub-parallel mineralized faults occur proximal to the historic Little Long Lac Gold Mine. A systematic drill program is being carried out at Little Long Lac in an effort to build gold resources in the Kailey, and also in the No.9, No.10, and No.11 Vein zones.
The "Geraldton Project" is located in the heart of the Beardmore-Geraldton greenstone belt, a highly prospective high-grade gold district that has seen relatively little exploration over the past several decades. The Project area covers approximately 10 kilometres of some of the most prospective geology in the region and is host to three past-producing mines and numerous exploration targets in a district that has seen historic production of more than 4.1 Million ounces of gold. Several slides of the Little Long Lac area can be viewed on the Premier Gold Mines Limited website, www.premiergoldmines.com.
Other Projects - Red Lake & Santa Teresa
----------------------------------------
In addition to the Geraldton Project, Premier holds several additional highly prospective projects located in proven gold districts that are currently being explored by diamond drilling. In Red Lake, drilling continues at the Rahill-Bonanza Project, a joint venture with Red Lake Gold Mines Limited, where several 3 key target areas are being tested - Wilmar, Bonanza, and the deep mine target. Ongoing drilling at the Santa Teresa Project in Mexico, a joint venture between Premier and Sutter Gold Mining Inc. (TSX-V:SGM - News), has intersected numerous mineralized quartz vein zones along strike the past-producing Princessa Gold Mine (Historical data indicates that mined grades within the district average better than 1.00 ounce gold per ton). Assays from the first several holes are expected to be released in the near future.
Stephen McGibbon, P. Geo., is the Qualified Person for the information contained in this press release and is a Qualified Person within the meaning of National Instrument 43-101. Core from Geraldton is sent to Accurassay Laboratories, an accredited mineral analysis laboratory in Thunder Bay, Ontario, for preparation and analysis utilizing both fire assay and screen metallic methods.
Premier Gold Mines Limited is a fully financed Canadian-based mineral exploration and development company with several projects and deposits in Northwestern Ontario and a joint venture in Mexico. In the Red Lake gold mining camp, two of these are operated in joint venture with Red Lake Gold Mines. A strategic project is also located on the main Musselwhite Gold Mine trend.
The statements made in this Press Release may contain forward-looking statements that may involve a number of risks and uncertainties. Actual events or results could differ materially from the Company's expectations and projections.

Premier completes sale of Pickle Crow Project
TORONTO, June 12 /CNW/ - PREMIER GOLD MINES LTD (TSX:PG) ("Premier") is
pleased to announce that it has completed the sale of its interest in the
Pickle Crow Property to newly listed PC GOLD INC. (PKL:TSX) ("PC Gold").
As consideration for its interest in the Property, Premier received
$1.25 million in cash, 3.8 million shares of PC Gold, and 950,000 Warrants
exercisable to acquire one common share of PC Gold for a period of 24 months
from closing at a price of $1.40 per share. Premier's share ownership
represents 14.8% of the issued and outstanding common shares of PC Gold, and
the Warrants represent 40.0% of the issued and outstanding Warrants of PC
Gold. If its Warrants were to be exercised, Premier would beneficially own
approximately 17.8% of the Company's common shares on a partially diluted
basis.
In addition to the cash and share payments, Premier will retain a 0.5%
Net Smelter Royalty in the Pickle Crow Property that consists of 98 contiguous
patented mining claims covering a surveyed area of 1,582.9 hectares located
approximately 400 kilometres northwest of Thunder Bay, Ontario, near the
community of Pickle Lake. The Property is host to the high-grade, past
producing, Pickle Crow Gold Mine and includes a new nominal 225 tonne per day
pilot mill, related equipment and stockpiles.
The payments add to Premier's already strong balance sheet. Assuming the
current value of the PC Gold shares, Premier now has close to $20 million in
cash and investments.

THUNDER BAY, ON, June 17 /CNW/ - PREMIER GOLD MINES LTD (TSX:PG) is
pleased to announce the discovery of high-grade gold mineralization at the
Santa Teresa Project located in the historic and high grade El Alamo District
of Baja California Norte, Mexico.
Results to date, highlighted in Table 1 below, confirm the following:
<<
- Drilling has discovered multiple high-grade veins along strike from
the historic Princessa Gold Mine, whose average production grade
exceeded one ounce per ton.
- Results include multiple intercepts in excess of 1.0 oz/ton gold and
up to 13.98 oz/ton Au (479.31 g/tonne) along core widths of between
one and three metres.
- Results from hole ST005, the highest grade to date, occur some
210 metres SE of Princess, at more than twice the depth of the
deepest known mining at Princessa (possibly the entire district) and
remains open at depth.
- Recent drill intersections (assays pending) confirm this high grade
mineralization extends up to 500 metres to the southeast of the
Princessa Mine and currently remains open in that direction.
- Additional discovery potential is indicated by a single drill hole,
ST006 (assays pending), that has intersected favourable looking
veining and mineralization in a parallel structure.
>>
Core from hole ST005 will be on display at the Company's Annual General
Meeting, being held at the Toronto Board of Trade on Tuesday, June 17, 2008.
The Santa Teresa Project is located adjacent to and on strike from the
past-producing Princessa Mine (the district's largest gold producer), which
was mined to a maximum depth of only 110 metres, and whose orebody was known
to extend close to the northern boundary of the Santa Teresa Property. Gold
production at El Alamo, a 16-kilometre long district, was halted at its peak
owing to technological and political circumstances early in the 20th century.
Since then, only minimal exploration has taken place, presenting a unique
opportunity for Premier and its joint venture partner Sutter Gold Mining Inc.
(TSX-V:SGM).
Results to date indicate that high grade gold mineralization, with
intersections as high as 479.31g/t Au (13.98 oz/ton) over 2.0 metres, occurs
over a minimum strike length of 150 metres, open to the south, and to a
minimum depth of over 200 metres where the horizon remains open. Table 1
includes all holes drilled to-date with significant assay results received
and/or preliminary comments listed for each.

The Santa Teresa Project is accessible by road, and is located
approximately 100 kms southeast of Ensenada and about 250 kms south of San
Diego, California, USA. Premier's initial Phase One 5,000 metre drill program
was designed to test the extent, continuity and grade of known gold-bearing
vein structures previously evaluated only within 20 metres of surface. The
program has since been expanded to a minimum of 21 holes in Phase One due to
current results and continued quartz vein-hosted mineralization (including
visible gold, pyrite, chalcopyrite and galena) noted in holes recently
drilled, but not yet assayed. Of particular note is the mineralized vein
intersection in drill hole ST006, a single hole drilled to test a structure
parallel to "main zone" which is the currently the focus of ongoing drilling.
Follow-up drilling will be performed in this area in the near future.
Premier is attracted to the El Alamo District because of a unique history
of high mined grades, but little modern exploration. The properties, being
explored by Premier and Sutter are:
- Located within a proven (some 220,000 ounces of past production) gold
district.
- Historical data indicates that mined grades within the district are
between 1.00 and 2.00 ounces per ton (opt).
- The majority of district production occurred within 120 metres of
surface, but remains open at depth.
- Geologically similar to the historic Mother Lode District of
California.
>>
"We are extremely satisfied and excited with the drill results received
to date." commented Ewan Downie, President & CEO of Premier, "Our goal is to
develop a high grade resource at Santa Teresa and these initial results
indicate that this potential is real".
Premier has secured the right to earn up to a 65% interest in the joint
venture with SGMI at Santa Teresa. Recently, Premier announced that it had
signed a Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") with Compania Minera Quasaro SA
DE CV ("Quasaro"), a private, arms-length company, to purchase the "La
Victoria Concession" located within the Santa Teresa Concession for the joint
venture. Veins currently being explored in the Phase One program may extend
along strike into La Victoria.
Stephen McGibbon, P.Geo., Executive Vice-President and Chief Operating
Officer of Premier, is the qualified person for the information contained in

replicates has been developed by Mark Payne, Consulting Geologist, for the STC
joint venture. All sample prep and analysis is being conducted by American
Assay Laboratories Inc. of Sparks, Nevada utilizing conventional 1 assay-ton
fire assay and 500-gram screen metallic methods.
