wenn ich mir diesen Chart ansehe glaube ich auch, dass diese Aktie grosses Potential
nach oben hat
kann mir aber noch nicht sorecht vorstellen, dass das jetzt schon möglich sein sollte
ich denke das braucht noch seine Zeit  

das denke ich auch kleine gewinne sind bestimmt in der nächsten zeit möglich,
aber ich selber denke auch das es hier ne anlage für längerfristig ist,(6-12mon).
könnt mir auch vorstellen das der kurs nochmal richtig runter geht,weil so ne umstruktuierung geht nicht von heut auf morgen,mal länger keine news oder irgendwelche schlechte gerüchte,aber es kann ja auch von jetzt auf nachher kommen ,
wie ich schon mal gesagt habe das gleiche habe ich bei foamex mitgemacht
beisp.:
habe da bei 0.05 ne menge gekauft im okt.2005 im jan.2006 war die aktie bei 0.013
dadachten wir alle jetzt ist alles weg und im MAI2006 war sie mal kurz 4dollar!!!!!
jetzt steht sie bei 3dollar ,

und das stelle ich mir hier auch vor ,,aber natürlich eintotal verlust ist nicht ausgeschlossen,man weiss ja nie,,
deswegen wer was übrig hat und auch zeit mitbringt warum nicht ,aber ihr wisst ja alles meine meinung!!!

SGI Announces Financing and Real Estate Agreements
Company Reaches Agreement on $130 Million Financing Facility with Morgan Stanley


MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif. (June 1, 2006)—Silicon Graphics (OTC: SGIDE) today announced that it has reached agreement with Morgan Stanley on a $130 million financing facility. The new financing agreement, which will be used to fund day-to-day operations during the Company's previously announced reorganization process, will consist of a $100 million term loan and a $30 million revolving line of credit. The new financing agreement will replace the $70 million financing facility, announced on May 8, 2006, and the pre-petition credit facility with Wells Fargo Foothill, part of Wells Fargo & Company, and Ableco Finance LLC.

The Company also today announced that it has reached a settlement with Goldman Sachs to restructure its lease obligations at Amphitheatre Technology Center (ATC) and the Crittenden Technology Center (CTC). Pursuant to the settlement, SGI's obligations under the ATC and CTC lease agreements will terminate upon court approval of the settlement. The settlement also provides for an agreed upon relocation schedule. In the interim, SGI will maintain its corporate headquarters at the CTC campus in Mountain View.

The $130 million financing agreement and the settlement with Goldman Sachs are subject to Court approval and customary closing conditions.

SGI expects the benefits of the settlement to include an increase in the availability under its line of credit of approximately $19 million and a reduction in its facilities-related cash obligations of $15 million to $20 million per year beginning in July 2006.

"Today's announcements reflect our continued progress in the reorganization process," said Dennis McKenna, chairman and CEO, SGI. "The combination of the refinancing and the restructuring of our lease obligations provides SGI with incremental financial flexibility and is a major step in removing legacy cost burdens that have impacted the company. This process is allowing SGI to complete its financial re-engineering in the shortest possible time."

diese woche geht bestimmt noch was! ende der woche sehen wir bestimmt die 0,10 $ wieder!
sgi wird gerade wieder entdeckt! das volumen gestern war recht hoch gegen sonst. auch sah man, das der kurs nach oben wollte! heute werden über 0,08 $ schließen!

ich denke hier geht es schneller als bei delphi! hier gibt es keine gewerkschaft mit der man sich einigen muss! bei delphi sagen sie, dass sie erst 2007 chapter 11 verlassen werden. bei sgi schon in 6 monaten!
 

 

da bin ich doch ganz deiner meinung ,sommerzeit ist immer bischen schwer,
aber so im herbst oder zu weihnachten,, dann gibt es sehr grosse weihnachtsgeschenke vieleicht,
das ist hier jetzt nur ein abwarten und hoffen das keine neuen aktien!!ausgegeben werden,
und wir alle leer ausgehen,aber das glaub ich nicht..
wie Heineken schon geschrieben hat wenn sie mal chapter 11 verlassen kann es schlagartig hoch gehen,wer weiss dann wie hoch 2,3,4,5,.....!!?? :-)dollar/euro

aber man sieht ja/in frankfurt zwar im minus aber warum kauft einer 230000st.??

wasmeinst du kann nur besser werden,
wenn`s näsle juckt,un des ärschle summt,  

sgi hat sich in dem schlechten marktumfeld sehr gut gehalten! der positive aufwärts-trend hält an!
vor allem gibt es aber kein absacken des kurses zum handelsende
 

denke auch das wir hier ein sehr gutes pferd aufgesprungen sind,
lassen wir uns einfach mal überraschen,
da hast recht,sgi hält sich sehr gut, und das stimmt mich positiv!!!
