The following 8-K was filed today, July 25:
Item 2.03 Creation of a Direct Financial Obligation or an Obligation under an Off-Balance Sheet Arrangement of a Registrant.

In December 2012, Verity Corp., formerly Aqualiv Technologies Inc., (the “Company”), entered into certain agreements with Sawmill Partners, LLC, a Washington state limited liability company (“Old Sawmill”), Amboy Equities, Inc., a New York corporation (“Amboy”), Fide Management, Inc., a New York corporation (“Fide”), and Virtu Consulting Services, Inc., a New York corporation (“Virtu”). Verity, Silverdale, Old Sawmill, Amboy, Fide, and Virtu shall be referred to as the “Debt Holders”. The agreements with the Debt Holders provided for the elimination of certain outstanding debt in exchange for the issuance on conversion of an aggregate of 900,000 post-split shares of common stock of the Company (the “Shares”). On July 23, 2012, the Company and the Debt Holders entered into an agreement pursuant to which the prior transactions were rescinded, the Shares were cancelled and debt in the aggregate principal amount of $72,000 was reinstated. The debt was reinstated to its original issuance date of February 5, 2009, bears interest at the rate of 6% per annum commencing August 1, 2013 and has a maturity date of January 15, 2014.

na das ist doch mal endlich wieder ne positive News.
Wollen wir mal hoffen, dass das den Tiefschlaf hier beendet und endlich mal etwas Leben in die Bude kommt.
Wird ja auch mal Zeit dass die Geduld der hier schon lange investierten endlich belohnt wird.
Da können wir denke ich recht gelassen auf den nächsten Q10 warten.

nüchtern betrachtet, ich haette zumindest bisserl shift nach oben erwartet. Aber wenn ich l2 anschaue...... Das ist nix. Echt enttäuschend.  

dauert halt noch etwas bis sich die news rumgesprochen hat...  

hat das vllt. was mit der guten news von vrty zu tun? wollen dort noch schnell alle verkaufen um dann bei uns einsteigen zu können? ist das gerade die ruhe vor dem sturm?

was richtig abkackt ist im Moment Verity  

dass es eigtl. nur eine info für investierte war, viele haben vrty garnicht mehr auf dem radar , vrty müßte eine news veröffentlichen welche die breite masse erreicht ...mal sehn vllt. kommt ja noch was nach..  

richtig abkacken sieht anders aus :)

vllt. bei dir aber nicht bei vrty, noch lange nicht!! das ist die bekannte ruhe vor dem sturm..  

 

was soll da jetzt noch schief gehen? vrty hat alle maßnahmen getroffen um in eine erfolgreiche zukunft zu schreiten, wenn jetzt in knapp drei wochen die umsatzzahlen die alten übertreffen ist doch alles in butter, vrty muß einfach noch etwas bekannter werden, die öffentlichkeitsarbeit hinkt noch etwas, bin mir aber sicher dass das auch noch wird..imo
