Divi Rendite 10%! KGV 5! Auf Globalisierung setzen
Jaja, der Geschäftsbericht ist natürlich anhand der Erwartungen enttäuschend! Aber nach wie vor Gewinn, wenn auch dramatisch eingebrochen, aber Bilanz immer noch mehr als Gesund, zudem genügend Cash, praktisch kein Abfluss! Sobald die einen guten Zwischenbericht melden, wird die Aktie massiv anziehen. Ist keine Aktie auf die nächsten 3 Monate, aber auf Sicht 1-2 Jahre besteht hier das Potential, den Einsatz mind. zu Verzehnfachen!!!!!
In letzter Zeit habe ich alles zusammengekauft, was angeboten wurde.. gerade gestern konnte ich eine grössere Menge bei 0.02 reinziehen.. also Tipp an alle, verkauft eure Positionen, so kann ich weiter aufbauen...
Risiko sehe ich bei diesem Kurs keines mehr. Ev. mal noch ein Taucher auf 0.015. Aber danach kanns nur noch aufwärts gehen. Aber Aktie ist kaum beachtet, daher wird das dauern! Aber ich habe Zeit und Geduld.

Zum Glück hab ich grössere Positionen gekauft bei 0.02! Glatte Verdoppelung in einer Woche.. für 0.02 habe ich noch viele Aufträge offen, da kaufe ich alles weg!
Bin überzeugt, die Aktie steht im Sommer bei 0.08 und nächstes Jahr wird eine 0.1 oder 0.2 davor stehen! Viel falsch machen kann man hier nicht.. den Tiefpunkt haben wir sicher gesehen!
Also wer noch verkaufen oder aussteigen will.. bei 0.02 ist garantiert jede Position weg! smile... ev. werde ich auch höher noch etwas aufstocken..
Wie schon gesagt, da finkt eine Verzehnfachung! Wo gibts sonst noch sowas! Und Pleite ist aufgrund der Bilanz fast unmöglich, grundsolide finanziert!

Hoffen wir mal, dass alles gut kommt! Meine Aktien von Ocean Sky sind sowieso sehr langfristig ausgelegt.. ist zwar schade, dass sie ausgesetzt wurde, sonst hätte ich nochmals günstig nachkaufen können!

FIRE INCIDENT AT ONE OF THE GROUP’S PRODUCTION UNIT IN CAMBODIA
The Board of Directors wishes to inform that a fire had occurred at one of our production units
operated by our subsidiary Suntex Pte Ltd, in Cambodia last night. The fire had since been
put out. Based on initial assessment, the part of the factory that was affected by the fire
represents approximately one-tenth of our Group’s total production capacity.
We are well-insured against loss and damage caused by fire. Insured items include building,
machinery and equipment, inventory and consequential loss. We will take steps to repair and
restore the production facility damaged by the fire. In the meantime, to ensure smooth
continuing operational support and delivery to customers, we have implemented an
immediate recovery plan which includes re-routing existing orders in the pipeline to our other
production units in Cambodia.
We would like to assure our customers and investors that we have in place all the necessary
resources, capacity and management expertise to meet customer requirements. We will
provide updates regarding this incident as and when additional material information is
available.

NOTICE OF EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING (“EGM”) of Ocean Sky
International Limited (the “Company”) will be convened on 27 April 2009 at 4.00 p.m. (or immediately
after the conclusion or adjournment of the Annual General Meeting held on the same date at 3.00
p.m.) at 22 Tampines Street 92, Singapore 528876, for the purpose of considering and, if thought fit,
passing with or without any modifications the following ordinary resolution:-
All capitalised terms in the Ordinary Resolutions and defined in the Circular shall, unless otherwise
defined in this Notice, bear the respective meanings ascribed thereto in the Circular.
Resolution 1
Ordinary Resolution: Adoption of the Proposed Share Buyback Mandate
That:
(a) for the purposes of the Companies Act (Cap. 50) of Singapore (the “Act”), the exercise by the
Directors of the Company of all the powers of the Company to use Funds (as hereafter defined)
to purchase or otherwise acquire the ordinary shares in the capital of the Company (“Shares”)
not exceeding in aggregate the Maximum Limit (as hereafter defined), at such price(s) as may
be determined by the Directors of the Company from time to time up to the Maximum Price (as
hereafter defined), whether by way of:
(i) on-market purchases (each an “On-Market Purchase”) on the Singapore Exchange
Securities Trading Limited (“SGX-ST”); and/or
(ii) off-market purchases (each an “Off-Market Purchase”) effected otherwise than on the
SGX-ST in accordance with any equal access schemes as may be determined or formulated
by the Directors of the Company as they consider fit based on the requirements of section
76C of the Act (the “Proposed Share Buyback Mandate”),
and in accordance with all other laws and regulations of Singapore and the listing rules of the
SGX-ST as may for the time being be applicable, be and is hereby authorised and approved
generally and unconditionally (“Proposed Share Buyback Mandate”)
(b) unless varied or revoked by the Company in general meeting, the authority conferred on the
Directors of the Company pursuant to the Proposed Share Buyback Mandate may be exercised
by the Directors of the Company at any time and from time to time during the period commencing
from the passing of this Resolution and expiring on the earlier of:
(i) the conclusion of the next annual general meeting of the Company (“AGM”) is held or the
date on which the next AGM of the Company is held or required by law to be held;
(ii) the date on which the share buybacks are carried out to the full extent mandated; or
(iii) the date on which the authority contained in the Proposed Share Buyback Mandate is varied
or revoked;
(c) in this Resolution:
“Funds” means internal sources of funds and/or external borrowings as may be determined by
the Directors of the Company. Illustrations of the financial impact of the use of Funds are as set
out in the Circular;
“Maximum Limit” means that number of Shares representing ten per cent. (10%) of the issued
ordinary share capital of the Company as at the date of passing of this Resolution unless the
Company has effected a reduction of the share capital of the Company in accordance with the
applicable provisions of the Act, at any time during the Relevant Period, in which event the issued
ordinary share capital of the Company shall be taken to be the amount of the issued ordinary
share capital of the Company as altered (excluding any treasury shares that may be held by the
Company from time to time);
“Relevant Period” means the period commencing from the date on which the last AGM was held
and required by law to held and expiring on the date the next AGM is held or is required by law to
be held, whichever is the earlier, after the date of this Resolution;
“Maximum Price” in relation to a Share to be purchased, means an amount (excluding brokerage,
stamp duties, applicable goods and services tax and other related expenses) not exceeding:
(i) in the case of an On-Market Purchase: 105% of the Average Closing Price;
(ii) in the case of an Off-Market Purchase: 130% of the Highest Last Dealt Price, where:
“Average Closing Price” means the average of the closing market prices of a Share over the
last five (5) Market Days, on which transactions in the Shares were recorded, preceding the day
of the On-Market Purchase, and deemed to be adjusted for any corporate action that occurs after
the relevant five (5) day period;
“Highest Last Dealt Price” means the highest price transacted for a Share on the Market Day on
which the Shares were transacted on the SGX-ST immediately preceding the date of the making
of the offer pursuant to the Off-Market Purchase;
“date of the making of the offer” means the date on which the Company announces its intention
to make an offer for an Off-Market Purchase, stating the purchase price (which shall not be more
than the Maximum Price calculated on the foregoing basis) for each Share and the relevant terms
of the equal access scheme for effecting the Off-Market Purchase; and
(d) the Directors of the Company be and are hereby authorised to complete and do all such acts and
things (including executing such documents as may be required) as they may consider expedient
or necessary to give effect to the transactions contemplated by this Resolution.

Der Outsourcingdienstleister für die Bekleidungsindustrie hat sich im
vierten Quartal beachtlich gegen die Krise gewehrt und einen Umsatz
deutlich über unseren Erwartungen erzielt. Dadurch konnte der Erlösrückgang
auf Jahresbasis auf 3,4 Prozent begrenzt werden. Stärkere Spuren hat die
turbulente Wirtschaftslage hingegen im Ergebnis hinterlassen, das sowohl
unter Preiszugeständnissen gelitten hatte als auch durch Sondereffekte
(Luftfracht) und Abfindungszahlungen an entlassene Mitarbeiter belastet
wurde. Insgesamt aber zeigt sich die Gesellschaft außerordentlich stabil,
die komfortable Cash-Ausstattung wie auch die gesunde Bilanzstruktur geben
Grund zu der Annahme, dass Ocean Sky die Krise zulasten von schwächeren
Mitbewerbern für Marktanteilsgewinne nutzen könnte. Dies scheinen auch die
zahlreichen Neukunden zu bestätigen, darunter so namhafte Adressen wie H&M
oder Calvin Klein. Da an der Börse derzeit offensichtlich aber nur die
Risiken wahrgenommen werden, notiert die Aktie deutlich unter ihrem
Buchwert, selbst der Cash-Bestand liegt über der Marktkapitalisierung, der
Käufer bekommt somit das gesamte Geschäft und die Vermögenswerte gleichsam
geschenkt dazu. Unser Bewertungsmodell, das auf der Annahme einer
fortschreitenden Normalisierung ab 2010 beruht, signalisiert sogar ein
Kurspotenzial von über 500 Prozent. Diese beeindruckende Größenordnung wird
plausibel, wenn man bedenkt, dass der Konzern mit seinem
Weltmarken-Kundenstamm, den rund 15.000 Mitarbeitern und knapp 200 Mio.

Ja da ist schon Substanz dahinter! Die Aktie ist nach wie vor extrem unter bewertet! Realistisch sehe ich sie bei ca. 0.1! Also immer noch sehr grosses Steigerungspotential! Nächstes Jahr dürfte die gegen 0.2 laufen!
Also jetzt ja nicht verkaufen, auch wenns reizt, Gewinne zu realisieren! Kleine Rücksetzer würde ich sofort nutzen, um Positionen aufzubauen!
Denke gibt zurzeit kaum eine andere Aktie, die ähnliches Potential bietet! Bleibt also dabei!
