@matzelbub: ad bullenfalle: ich hab das mal in den raum gestellt mit fragezeichen. (bin mir selbst nicht sicher mit der bullenfalle) wäre aber irgendwie auch logisch, bräuchte nur volumen.
es ist einfach eine aktie zu bushen die sowieso nach positiven nachrichten stinkt.

@der_local: hab ich auch wo gelesen, dass die in die 3te phase gehen sollen.

schaun wir mal was da noch kommt.

das ist ein echtes zockerding.
wird das mit dem aids medikament nichts sind sie weg vom fenster. die haben nicht ewig geld um die forschung zu bezahlen.

geld brief überall 16 % auseinander  

ist das reine Spekulation auf eine baldige Meldung über einen Geldgeber. Wenn die kommt, wird man sich wünschen heute zB. gekauft zu haben. Das Potenzial wurde gestern wieder deutlich *g*. In USA wurden Gewinne mitgenommen, wie das heute weitergeht, wird man sehen.
Ich für meinen Teil warte auf die erhoffte Nachricht, denn die bisherigen Testresultate waren ja recht vielversprechend und ein Patent für das Mittelchen hat man auch. So viele hoffnungsvolle Ansätze für ein AIDS-Medikament gibt es ja auch nun wieder nicht......

20% sind zuviel für schönen handel  

Super. 1 mio handelte Aktien in USA. Das gibt Hoffnung auf mehr.
Sollte morgen in Frankfurt knapp 0,10E geben und am Abend knacken wir die 0,15 US.
Wenn das Volumen nach und nach anzieht kommen vielleicht bald  NEWS.
Wenn dann noch ein Big-Partner bekannt gegeben wird. na dann Servus.
Dann kann ich schon mal meine Kündigung schreiben, arbeiten ist heutzutage eh nur noch

Item 8.01 Other Events.

The Company has received notice from the National Association of Securities Dealers, Inc. (the "NASD") that effective at the opening of business on June 6, 2007, the Company has effected a reverse split of its outstanding voting securities on a basis of one for three shares ("Reverse Split"). As a result of the reverse stock split, each three shares of Common Stock outstanding will automatically convert into one share of the Common Stock on June 6, 2007. No fractional shares will be issued in connection with the Reverse Split, and fractional shares resulting from the Reverse Split will be rounded up to the nearest whole share.

The reverse stock split reduced the number of outstanding shares of the Company's Common Stock. The number of shares of issued and outstanding common stock of the Company before the Reverse Split was 46,288,134 shares of our common stock and after the Reverse Split will be approximately 15,429,378. The reverse stock split did not alter the par value of the Common Stock, which is $0.001 per share, or modify any voting rights or other terms of the Common Stock.

Once effective, each certificate representing shares of our common stock before the Reverse Split will be deemed, for all corporate purposes, to evidence ownership of the reduced number of shares of common stock resulting from the Reverse Split.

All shareholders are advised that there is no need to send in their respective stock certificate(s) and incur the transfer agent's $20 fee to exchange their shares until they wish to dispose of their respective shares. The Company's records will reflect that the reverse split is effective on each current stock certificate number(s), and that the Cusip Number that appears on each shareholders' current stock certificate(s) will entitle each stockholder to the new post-split shares or any future capital adjustments that are made while retaining possession of their respective stock certificate(s); however, if the shareholders purchase or sell shares in the Company after the effective date of the reverse split set by the NASD, they will be buying or selling post-split shares.

If any stockholder desires to transfer their respective shares they are advised to (i) forward their respective stock certificates to Interwest Transfer Company ("Interwest Transfer"), our transfer and registrar agent, whose address is 1981 East Murray Holladay Road, Salt Lake City, Utah 84117; (ii) include a required transfer fee of $20 per each free trading stock certificate tendered, and $75 per each stock certificate that is imprinted with a "restricted" legend, that must be paid by the stockholder to Interwest Transfer; and (iii) that no signature or Medallion signature guarantee will be required on any stock certificate where the stock certificate being tendered is being transferred into the same name.

Modest Reverse Split Necessary for Financing for Clinical Trials of HIV Drug

NEW YORK, NY--(MARKET WIRE)--Jun 6, 2007 -- Amazon Biotech, Inc. (OTC BB:AMZB.OB - News) (OTC BB:AMZO.OB - News) (Frankfurt:B2D.F - News) ("Company") today announced that the Company's new symbol is AMZO.

Amazon Biotech recently executed a three-for-one reverse split in preparation for a pending financing for clinical trials of the company's immunomodulator drug, AMZ0026, for the treatment of HIV/AIDS. The company's all-natural whole plant pharmaceutical drug is expected to enter Phase I/II clinical trials upon closing on a financing.

Mechael Kanovsky, CEO of Amazon Biotech, said, "Although it has taken longer to obtain the financing necessary to conduct our clinical trials in preparation for an eventual filing with the US Federal Drug Administration (FDA), we look forward to securing the financing soon and rapidly progress once the trials begin. In addition, we have an FDA-approved trial protocol ready for the recruitment of patients."

The approved protocol is designed to test the safety, immunological and antiviral effects of AMZ0026, Amazon Biotech's anti-HIV parent formula. The double-blind, placebo-controlled clinical trial design involves 32 non-symptomatic HIV subjects who have yet to be treated with Highly Active Anti-Retroviral Therapy (HAART). The six-month study will include the monitoring of T Cell increases and HIV plasma viral load decreases.
