As part of the agreement, ABnote will offer OTI's new WAVE device, the industry's first audio jack plug-in component for smartphones, tablets and PCs, to enable NFC payment within ABnote's mobile wallet offering.
Based on OTI's patented NFC technology, the WAVE solution is device agnostic, allowing users to employ their smartphone, tablet or other device for secure payment and other transactions. As an end-to-end scalable and turnkey solution, the OTI and ABnote NFC-enabled solution provides comprehensive and affordable EMV mobile issuance. Aber Leute: Jetzt haltet eure OTIs fest. Erst das Bankenkonsortium, dann im KERNLAND des großen Geldes einen großen Auftragsgeber. Und das mit einem garantiert seit den frühen 200ern patentiertem Gerät. Das gibt den absoluten Knaller. Da kann sich Google, Samsung, Nokia ein wie-auch-immer raffiniertes (und nur in ihrem Gerät) funktionierendes Bezahlsystem schützen wollen: OTI kommt mit einem simplen Plug In und das geht in jedes 50$-Handy. ROSH PINA, ISRAEL--(Marketwired - Nov 19, 2013) - On Track Innovations Ltd. (OTI) (NASDAQ: OTIV), a global leader in cashless payment solutions based on contactless transactions and near-field communication (NFC), has reported board members have purchased an additional 69,100 shares of OTI common stock in the open market since the company last reported insider transactions in a press release on October 17, 2013. These purchases were pursuant to Rule 10b5-1 plans executed in June 2013 and/or during open trading windows pursuant to OTI's insider trading policy.
OTI was advised these purchases total approximately 985,152 shares to date. OTI's directors will be required to report their holdings and changes in ownership of OTI securities by filing Forms 3, 4 and/or 5 beginning January 1, 2014, when OTI commences reporting as a U.S. issuer and no longer reports as a foreign private issuer.

zählt eher der Ausblick bzw die Zukunft.Hatte vor einiger Zeit ja mal geschrieben:
Erst wird ein neues Managment die Altlasten los(in die Zahlen) und dann nach 2 bis 3 Quartalen legen die selber los.Da sich im Augenblick die Neuigkeiten seit sehr langer Zeit
und auch noch positiv stark vermehren bin ich sehr positiv.Ich hatte auch mal vor einiger Zeit gelesen(habe aber keine Ahnung mehr wo)wenn die Klage gegen T Mobile Usa durch ist wollen die weitere Firmen verklagen .Das wäre dann einfacher ,weil sie einen Musterprozess vorweisen können.Was ich (stand heute/wissen heute) mich etwas ärgert,was wäre gewesen,wenn die vor 10 jahren das Managment von heute gehabt hätten.Das könnte vielleicht eine große profitable Firma sein.Was wir auch nicht beim alten Aktienkurs vergessen dürfen.Da war ja auch mal ein Aktiensplit dabei.
Im Augenblick denke ich ,es ist ein Märchen und da wird eine schlafende Prinzessin wachgeküsst. Anders kann ich es nicht formulieren.Auf dem Niveau kann aber auch noch viel aufgeholt werden
