bei dem derzeitigen Kurs macht es doch keinen Sinn, die Optionen auszuführen.

vielleicht. Sicher gibt es erstmal Misstrauen und das ist für die Börse und speziell diesen Sektor nicht gut. Bin gespannt, was da noch rauskommt.

LEXAM ANNOUNCES C$3 MILLION INVESTMENT IN VG GOLD

Lexam Explorations Inc. has agreed to make a $3-million strategic investment in VG Gold Corp. for an aggregate subscription of 37.5 million units issued by way of a private placement. Each unit is priced at eight cents and includes one common share and one common share purchase warrant exercisable at 15 cents per share for a period of 18 months. The private placement will be completed in two tranches. Upon closing of both tranches Lexam will own approximately 27 per cent of VG Gold's outstanding shares and 42 per cent on a partially diluted basis. The first tranche consisting of 12,594,814 units closed on July 21. Lexam is now VG Gold's largest shareholder.

"VG Gold's properties are situated in the heart of the Timmins gold camp where 67 million ounces of gold have been produced. The company's drill results have encountered attractive grades and good widths. Companies such as West Timmins Mining and Lake Shore Gold are proving there is much more gold to be found in this historic camp," stated Rob McEwen, chairman and chief executive officer of Lexam.

Details of Lexam investment

The private placement will be completed in two tranches and consist of 37.5 million units. Each unit comprises one share and one common share purchase warrant of VG Gold. One common share purchase warrant entitles Lexam to purchase one additional common share at an exercise price of 15 cents per share over a period of 18 months from closing. Securities issued are subject to a four-month hold period. The first tranche consisting of 12,594,814 units for gross proceeds of $1,007,585 was closed on July 21, giving Lexam an ownership position of approximately 11 per cent of VG Gold's outstanding shares and 20 per cent on a partially diluted basis. The second tranche of the private placement is subject to receiving all necessary regulatory and shareholder approvals and is expected to close in early September.

Under the terms of the arrangement Lexam will have the right to nominate a director and a right to participate pro rata in future VG Gold financings, provided Lexam's aggregate interest remains above 10 per cent of common shares outstanding.

Lexam may increase or reduce its investment in VG Gold according to market conditions or other relevant factors.

Investment rationale

Potential to discover additional high-grade gold mineralization in one of Canada's most prolific gold camps. Gold production in the Timmins area totals over 67 million ounces since 1910, making it one of the largest gold-producing areas in the world. Recent discoveries by West Timmins Mining and Lake Shore Gold have clearly demonstrated that the area is still highly prospective for large, high-grade gold discoveries. VG Gold's key assets are located adjacent to Goldcorp's Porcupine gold mines.

Paymaster West drill program

The majority of the proceeds provided by Lexam will be used for drilling on VG Gold's Paymaster West property in order to earn a 60-per-cent interest from Goldcorp.

The Paymaster property, which produced 1.19 million ounces of gold from 1915 to 1966, is located on the east-west trending Porcupine Syncline geological structure that is host to several current and former producing gold mines in Timmins, Ont. Davidson Tisdale project

Davidson Tisdale is 68.5 per cent owned by VG Gold and located approximately three kilometres northeast along strike from other major mines in the Timmins camp. Between 2003 and 2006 VG Gold conducted an extensive drill program returning significant drill results. These drill results are very encouraging and possibly indicative of what could be found at depth. Lexam's management is excited about the future exploration potential of this property. ....habe zum Glück noch 20000 dazugekauft bei 0.62.....ich war schon beinahe am Verzweifeln mit VG.
Danke besonders an harry und pilger, ohne Euch wäre ich längst weg.  

Die mAnzahl der Aktien hat sich wie folgt geändert.

Somit hält jeder Aktionär im Durchschnitt  116.623 Aktien

So 3 Millionen und 37,5 Mille Shares! Das heißt Lexam erhält jetzt ca. 39 % von VG zu einem SPOTBILLIGEN PREIS finde ich! 8 Cent pro aktie mit der möglichkeit sich bis zu ca. 80% der Firma zu holen zu 0,15 Cent!
Sehr guter DEAL für Lexam, schlecht für uns!!!!!!!!!(wie ich finde)
Selbst bei 30 cent sind die meisten hier noch im Minus oder haben nur nen paar lausige prozente in 2-4 jahren wartezeit!
Jedoch stellt sich mir die Frage:
Wer ist Lexam??
Warum investiert nicht Herr Cudney, der angeblich das KOMPLETTE TIMMINSgebiet konsolidieren möchte!!!!???
Hat er das interesse verloren?? MEINE ANTWORT: JAAAAAAAAAA! Außer LEXAM gehört dem!!

Die ersten 37,5 Mille sind zu 0,08, das heißt ca. 50% unter dem jetzigen Kurs! die anderen 37,5 bekommt man wenn man will zu 0,15 looooooooooooool, was dem jetzigen kurs sehr nahe kommt, also hat man alles richtig gemacht!

Fazit ganz schlecht meiner meinung nach! Naja wenigstens hat man jetzt geld um die zahlungen an goldcorp zu machen falls noch einer weiß das die jetzt bald gezahlt werden müssen und auch bohrungen müssen auf dem gebiet gemacht werden sonst geht das gebiet wieder an goldcorp und vg hat wieder geld in den sand gesetzt!

Wir haben jetzt bald August und keine Arbeiter, bin gespannt wie schnell man die produktion in gang bringen KANN, rechne damit lieber nicht vor ende des jahres sonst werd ich wieder enttäuscht.
3 mille find ich ehrlich gesagt aber recht wenig wenn ich mir die möglichen kosten und die anstehenden kosten ansehe! :-((

Es musste nur noch die letzte genehmigung abgewartet werden. Der Einstieg von Lexam stand schon länger fest.
laut eines Vögelchens waren zuerst 6cent im Gespräch, aber ich denke mal die guten Daten von Lakeshore und Westtimmins haben unsere Situation die letzten Wochen stark verbessert. Die Verwässerung ist zwar nach wie vor ziemlich heftig, aber dieser Einstieg ist auch ein erheblicher Prestige.Gewinn von VG, was uns in nächster Zeit viel Freude bereiten wird:)

Sehe ich die Fakten so richtig?

1. 37,5 Mio neue Aktien zu 0,08 cancent
2. 37,5 Mio neue Aktien zu 0,15 can cent
3. Macht neue Einnahmen in Höhe von 3 Mio + 5,25 Mio can$
4. Davon kann Goldcorp bezahlt werden
5. Davon kann die Produktion in Davidson Tisdale aufgenommen werden.
6. Man kann davon ausgehen, dass keine weiteren Verbindlichkeiten aufgenommen werden müssen
7. Man kann davon ausgehen, dass in den kommenden 12 Monaten mehr Geld rein kommt, als ausgegeben werden muß
8. Man kann davon ausgehen, dass die weiteren Genehmigungen kommen und weitere Minen in Produktion gehen
9. Unsere derzeitigen Aktien halbieren sich in ihrem Wert (faktisch) - dafür sind wir aber jetzt kein Explorer mehr, sondern Produzenten

eine VG Aktie wird niemals 1 Can/$ kosten ! nicht nach diesem Arrangement !

Wenn man den Wert eines Optionsscheines
mit nur 0,001978 Euro bewerten würde (das sind zwei tausendstel Euro),
bezahlt Lexam Explorations Inc. 0,049 Euro / VG-Aktie.

In meinen letzten Postings habe ich darauf hingewiesen, man solle die Kurse
der nächsten KE's beachten. Und?

In D bezahlt man momentan über 80% mehr für VG, als dies LEX.V getan hat.
Leider weiß man nicht, wie viele Transaktionen Cross-Trades sind.
Wer glaubt, dass es morgen keine Aktien mehr gibt, muss natürlich jetzt
zuschlagen.

Es kommen durch die KE ja nur 37,5 Millionen neue Aktien hinzu.

Macht das Beste daraus.

die sind nur glücklich, dass die kein Explorer mehr sind -
deutsche Kleinaaktionäre halt - emotional und irrational
