Die Meinung aus dem A-Board in #1297 erwähnt einen Freitag "big day". Ist dort der kommende Freitag gemeint, sprich der 29. Januar? Dachte der 11. Februar ist der "big day", das wäre ein Donnerstag.  

Interpretiere ebenfalls den jetzigen Freitag als "Big Day..." (komischerweise)
Halte aber den 11.01.2010 für den eindeutig wichtigeren Termin!

Sorry aber von solchen schreiben versteh ich echt wenig , kannst das mal übersetzen ?? ( also nicht in so nen gerichtsschreiben :-) So das es jeder verstehen kann meine ich .

guten Abend,
tut mir leid aber damit kann ich nicht dienen, da ich diese Dokumente selber nicht wortwörtlich übersetzen kann und sie deshalb zur allgemeinen Info sowie zur Übersetzung hier einstelle ! :(
Habe das Problem schon lange, das ich die Dokumente nicht einsehen kann, wo ich meine das sie sehr interresant sein dürften da sie meißtens erst nach Handelsschluß herausgegeben werden.
Habe leider kein Übersetzungsprogram um die geöffnete PDF Datei zu übersetzen - Habe schon vor langer Zeit um Hilfe gebeten - bisher ohne Erfolg.
Also bleibt Dir nichts weiter übrig als das ganze hier weiter zu verfolgen in der Hoffnung das jemand sich damit etwas besser auskennt /sprich übersetzen Kann !

ALJ Bullock Denies Motion For Leave To File Supplemental Submission Regarding Claim Construction In Certain Flash Memory Chips (337-TA-664)

On January 29, 2010, ALJ Charles E. Bullock issued the public version of Order No. 28 (dated January 8, 2010) in Certain Flash Memory Chips and Products Containing the Same (Inv. No. 337-TA-664).

According to the Order, Respondents Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd., Samsung Electronics America, Inc., Samsung International, Inc., Samsung Semiconductor, Inc., and Samsung Telecommunications America, LLC (collectively, “Samsung”) moved for leave to file a supplemental submission in support of their claim constructions regarding one of the patents-in-suit, the ‘877 patent.  Complainants Spansion, Inc. and Spansion LLC (collectively, “Spansion”) opposed the motion.  No response was received from the Commission Investigative Staff.

The basis for Samsung’s motion was an Invention Disclosure Form (“IDF”) related to the ‘877 patent which Spansion produced after the parties completed their claim construction briefing and after the Markman hearing.  Samsung argued that the IDF was relevant to construction of the claim term “selected surface area profile” because it established that the inventors “understood the claimed invention consistent with Respondents’ construction of the claim terms.”  Spansion responded that the IDF was duplicative of intrinsic evidence already before the court, and that Samsung therefore had a full and fair opportunity to present any arguments related to the duplicative information found in the IDF in their briefs and during the Markman hearing.  ALJ Bullock agreed with Spansion that the IDF appeared duplicative of the prosecution history and specification of the ‘877 patent, and further noted that the specification is the single best guide to the meaning of a disputed claim term, and that extrinsic evidence, while permitted to be considered by courts, is generally less reliable than the “intrinsic” patent specification and prosecution history, citing Phllips v. AWH, 415 F.3d 1301 (Fed. Cir. 2005).  Accordingly, Samsung’s motion was denied.

...weiterhin sind die Kurssprünge im unteren Bereich nur interessant, wenn man nochmal einen Nachkauf wagt. Zu 4-5 Eurocent hat es ja nochmal in den Finger gekitzelt.

BOISE, Idaho (AP) -- Micron Technology says it plans to buy fellow memory chip maker Numonyx in an all-stock transaction the companies value at $1.27 billion.

Micron plans to issue 140 million shares to Numonyx shareholders, Francisco Partners and chip makers Intel Corp. and STMicroelectronics NV. Numonyx was created by the three companies in 2008.

Micron will issue up to 10 million additional shares to Numonyx shareholders, depending on Micron's average share price for 20 trading days. The transaction is expected to close within three to six months pending regulatory approval, Micron says.

Micron expects the transaction to add to its earnings beginning in 2011.

Micron, based in Boise, Idaho, makes memory chips for mobile phones, cameras and other electronics.
