Ich finde, das sie das ganz ordentlich machen. Die klappe nicht zu weit aufreißen ( wenn man mal von der unglücklichen Äußerung mit dem Vergleich zu Splunk mal absieht ) und realistiche Ziele anvisieren. Mir macht das auch Mut. Es muß einfach nur mal der Knoten platzen, große Player aufmerksam werden, die den Wert der Angebote und vor allem den Mehrwert erkennen, dann kann das mal richtig abgehen.

das wieder nur ein Kunde ist und wir immer noch nicht wissen, was dabei rum kommt. Aber immerhin scheint sich der Kram bei den Indern als nützlich erwiesen zu haben.  

ich glaube inzwischen, das Rory ganz bewußt nichts über Umsätze rausplaudert. Er wird seine Gründe schon haben. Mal schauen, was nächste Woche kommt.

Zudem vermute ich eh, dass die hier mitlesen - schlau wär's allemal.

Aber nehmen wir es (alternativlos) so, wie es kommt, also positiv und freuen uns, dass bald auch die 10 Kunden für Cirrus kommen...  

so sehe ich das auch, Sie befinden sich ja wie es aussieht noch immer in Verhandlungen mit 10 potentiellen Kunden. Ausserdem liegen Sie ja voll im Plan laut Danielle. Würden Sie also jetzt mit irgendwelchen erwarteten Umsätzen rausrücken, hätten Sie wenig bis kaum Spielraum um beim ein oder anderen Kunden vielleicht einen höheren Preis zu erzielen. Sieht man das ganze auf ein Zeitfenster von verbleibenden 3 Monaten in diesem Jahr muß man sich eben noch ein wenig gedulden mit den erwarteten Umsätzen. (Wenn dafür höhere Absatzpreise rausspringen)
 

In Canada müssen wohl erstmal die Jungs aus den Holzfällercamps wieder in die Zivilisation zurück. Die kriegen echt nix mit ;-))

Eight Solutions Enters into Market-Making Services Agreement

VANCOUVER BC, September 28, 2015 — Eight Solutions Inc. (TSX.V:ES) (“Eight Solutions” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that it has  retained Trapeze Capital Corp. (“Trapeze”) to provide market-making services in accordance with the TSX Venture Exchange (“TSX.V“) policies.  Trapeze will trade shares of the Company on the TSX.V with the objective of contributing to market liquidity of the Company's shares.

Under the terms of the agreement between Eight Solutions and Trapeze, dated September 22, 2015, (the “Agreement“), Trapeze will receive compensation of $5,000 per month. Trapeze will not receive any shares or options of the Company as compensation. Trapeze and its clients may, however, have or may acquire a direct interest in the securities of the Company. Eight Solutions and Trapeze are unrelated and unaffiliated entities. Trapeze is a member of the Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada, a participating organization of TSX and a member of the TSX.V. The capital and securities required for any trade undertaken by Trapeze as principal will be provided by Trapeze.

The Agreement is for a term of 180 days and will automatically renew for additional 30-day periods unless terminated by the Company.

Aber was bedeutet das? Kaufen und verkaufen die im Nullsummenspiel oder wie darf ich das verstehen? Hab von so einer Dienstleistung noch nie gehört.

wird ja mit  sage und schreibe 5.000 holzfäller-harten CAD pro Monat honoriert, habe von so was auch noch nie gehört. Zuerst dachte ich, Support bei IR....werde aus dem Ext auch nicht schlau.

Schein eine gängige Sache zu sein.

Laut dem wikipediabericht von unexplained gewährleisten sie einen geringeren spread. Dadurch wird die Aktie logischerweise interessanter. Bin gespannt wie sich das in Kanada auswirkt. Schlechter kann es ja nicht mehr werden. XD  

Im Grunde müssten sie ja den Spread traden und um das tun zu können, müssten sie erstmal ein paar Aktien kaufen. Wenn der Kurs dann einbrechen sollte, dürften die 5 Mille vermutlich nicht ausreichend sein, um den Verlust zu decken.

So was kann man doch eigentlich nur machen, wenn man keine großen Schwankungen nach unten erwartet oder haben die einen Trick?  

Fakt ist jedenfalls, dass sich der spread deutlich reduziert hat und heute auch Volumen da ist.

Ich denke auch, dass die Leute von Trapeze nicht ins fallende Messer greifen und sich gut informiert haben. Vielleicht... vielleicht auch nicht. Wer weiß?!

Bin gespannt wie es in Kanada läuft. Der Börsenwechsel hat jedenfalls nicht den erhofften push in Kanada gebracht.  

wenn der Spread 30 Prozent beträgt, habe ich auch keine Lust zu kaufen, weil ich immer den Eindruck hätte, dass es zu teuer war, auch wenn man zu dem Preis kaum Stücke bekommen kann.  

Bislang haben sie mit ihren angekündigten Deals immer geliefert, wenn auch stark verzögert. Was würde ein RH Verkauf für den Kurs bedeuten?

10 Mio -> 0,54 EUR (wurde als Minimum angesehen)
25 Mio  ->0,84 EUR (wurde als realistisch angesehen)
50 Mio -> 1,34 EUR (optimistisch)

Wie dem auch sei, irgendetwas sagt mir, dass da in Kürze noch etwas kommen wird.  

Der RH Verkauf wäre schon nicht schlecht. Er wäre allerdings eine einmalige Sache.

...also, zu erst die wirklichen bad news:
- danielle war nicht da ;-) und so haben sich nur rory, ken und andrew zeit nehmen können...auch ok.
was die jungs aber geschafft haben, ist es(,) mir in einer stunde, ihr geschäftsmodell, ihr produkt, die gründe für den wandel/die evolution von 8, sowie die vision dahinter zu vermitteln, so dass ich das nächste jahr (bis zum release von sky im august) in ruhe schlafen kann.
...bin jetzt allerdings wieder auf dem weg zu meiner eigenen baustelle und werde erst heute abend ein wenig mehr zu dem doch recht oberflächlichen gespräch tickern können....
um aber unex letzten satz kurz aufzugreifen : ja
