Smarttrans: Gelingt der Durchbruch?
"SmartTrans on growth path in China market
Subscription sales of its SmartPay solution in China are booming for Australian-listed mobile and online payments platform and logistics software provider SmartTrans.
SmartTrans CEO Bryan Carr, who lives in China, says a significant milestone has recently been achieved with the passing 6 million customers transacting via its SmartPay platform in China – and, with processing of 1.2 million payments in October.
SmartTrans says the number of customers is up from the 4 million customers who had transacted through SmartPay by the beginning of August of this year, “illustrating the attractiveness of SmartTrans’ platform for both content providers and consumers in China”.
According to SmartTrans, the latest growth in revenue and customer numbers was achieved for the sixteenth consecutive month which it attributes to the diverse range of Apps and content now readily available to consumers across an increasing number of provinces in China via SmartPay.
Carr says, importantly, the size of the SmartTrans customer base is becoming increasingly appealing to both foreign and domestic companies wishing to transact in China through SmartPay. “SmartTrans is experiencing growing levels of inquiry from content partners.”
“This is yet another significant milestone for SmartTrans. We are continuing to witness pleasing growth in the customer database which is driving our revenue streams and broadening the appeal of the SmartPay offering.
“More critically, this ongoing growth in our customer base will certainly serve to broaden and diversify our revenue streams, while also making SmartPay an even more attractive turnkey solution for any third party wishing to promote and sell to a large and increasing audience of consumers.”
And, Carr says that SmartTrans is continuing to assess ways in which it may monetise the Data Analytics gathered from SmartPay, potentially as another source of revenue.
“We continue to gather analytical data from SmartPay on consumer spending habits and trends that is sought by marketers, advertisers and consumer goods and services companies.
“This proprietary data is a potential source of significant unlocked revenue for SmartTrans. We look forward to updating shareholders on new third party arrangements, as well as additional operational and financial achievements.”
“SmartTrans is experiencing growing levels of inquiry from content partners.”
Das ist zukünftiger Umsatz und heißt, dass die Entwicklung weiter gehen wird und die Kursentwicklung in Einklang mit der Unternehmensentwicklung ist.

Umsatz 2015/16
ohne weiteres Wachstum 12 Mio AUD
10% Wachstum 18,5 Mio AUD
15% Wachstum 23 Mio AUD
20% Wachstum 29 Mio AUD

I did get to clap loudly at AGM. I admit to have owned a few dogs over the last 20 years so I do like to met if possible the management and directors.
Noted a lot and had several interesting discussions pre and post meeting. I'll share some in no particular order
Me -Staff and management are some of the most professional and trustworthy I have met. Dr Raby and Bryan - Mr Tang Mr Hawkins and Mr Forsyth all impressed and inspire confidence
Me -A possible/probable new manager for SMA was at meeting- A lovely lady Masters of IT who worked for China Mobile will be a exceptional new resource for growth IMO and clearly the Directors felt the same :) as they have poached her.
Bryan- Statement - Retention 80% of customers are returning users
Dr Raby and Bryan-Possible expansion to Philippines and other country(s) being considered
Bryan- no issues if current preference in China of payment debited to mobile account changed to payment to credit card as SMA has established relationship with Alipay and Unionpay
Bryan- Work to date is "Just the beginning"
Bryan- SMA long term established relationship with Tecos, travel, banking and others in China is itself a huge safety barrier to any new competitor to SMA
Revenues are exceeding $1,000,000 per month
Before the meeting a nice broker I was chatting to whose business did underwriting for SMA (TripleC) suggested revenue would exceed 22 Million this year. The directors did not correct this estimate :) A nice chap who had held shares transition from mining to the current business really put things in perspective.
I asked how long it would take to establish in all provinces in China. The response from Bryan was that while each business SMA has relationships with in China are national management is province by province, SMA established relationships is seeing it being introduced to other provinces giving a natural pathway. As SMA product is business building inducing new revenue for the business using SMA development is expanding. Each province is developed with a view to long term relationships to mutual benefits. Bryan gave an example of Newspaper client introduced to telco client benefiting all including happily SMA.
Other Comments In brief :
-relations ships established during China Olympics are ongoing SMA logistics
-Logistics in Australia is doing well and is already starting/developing in China
Triple C has target price of 0.091. I wonder if this is conservative?
http://smarttransholdings.com/index.php runterladbar.
