sehr komisch-besonders gestern der Kursverlauf-nach den neuen News vom Verkaufsvertrag. Aber eben wie meistens nur News ohne handfeste Beweise.N.m.Meinung

so ist der Stand der Dinge leider schon --immer--.
Deshalb ja auch der Hindenburg-Bericht.

Die LKW aus #1194
"...unterzeichnet einen Fahrzeugkaufvertrag für 250 Elektro-Lkw mit Fahrerhaus der Klasse 3. Die Auslieferung der Fahrzeuge ist ab August 2023 geplant, wobei die vollständige Erfüllung des Kaufvertrags bis Dezember 2023 erfolgen soll..."

Das kann bedeuten, dass im August 1 LKW ausgeliefert wird und dann haben sie 4 Monate Zeit bis wir beurteilen können ob sich dieser Auftrag wirklich erfüllt.

Die Fabrik aus #1198 gibt es ja schon länger. Nur mal wieder ins Bild gerückt..

Ob es sich bei den LKW um umgelabelte China-LKW handelt (..) oder ob der Fabrik wirklich mal Autos produziert werden ist eben weiterhin offen.

Und ohne weitere, fette, KEn schon mal gar nicht.

(Und was man an umgelabelten LKW, die noch dazu über einen Dealer (Randy) laufen, bleibt ja auch offen)

Man muss hinterfragen oder meckern wenn es angebracht ist.

Man sollte sich auch anschauen, wie diese Aufträge ausgestaltet sind. Zu einem der ersten Randy-Aufträge gab es ein filing, wo drinstand, dass nach einem Jahr nicht verkaufte Fahrzeuge an Mullen zurückgegeben werden können...

Wann und wie gezahlt wird, stand leider nicht da.

Da fällt es vermutlich leichter, grössere Aufträge zu erteilen. Entscheidend ist, was am Ende wirklich verkauft und geliefert wird und wieviel Geld dadurch verdient wird.

Und -leider-geht es stramm auf 1$ zu -zwar noch nicht heute bei zZt 1,295$.
Wenn es in dem Tempo weiter geht dann in ca 1-2 Wochen.

sich das nicht mehr. Brauche 25 Euro je Aktie nach Split-das ich mit Null Verlust verkaufe. Wird wohl nicht passieren und verbilligen hab ich auch keine Lust-noch mehr Geld verbraten. Da würden nur gesicherte Milliardenverträge nutzen um mein Geld wieder zu bekommen. Zum ko...

Durch die Art und Weise der bisherigen Kapitalmassnahmen, und die nach dem RS weiter zu erwartenden, ist die Verwässerung einfach zu gross, als dass Kleinanleger eine reelle Chance haben.

Die nächsten Meldungen dazu werden das Ausmaß verdeutlichen.

BREA, Calif., May 15, 2023– via InvestorWire – Mullen Automotive, Inc. (NASDAQ: MULN) (“Mullen” or the “Company”), an emerging electric vehicle (“EV”) manufacturer, an emerging electric vehicle (“EV”) manufacturer, today announces a business update to its shareholders.

Recent Company Updates:

MGT Lease Company (“MGT”), a national fleet sales and leasing provider, previously took delivery of Mullen EV Cargo Vans on March 30, 2023. The Company subsequently signed a vehicle purchase agreement, as announced on May 11, 2023, for 250 all-electric commercial Class 3 Cab Chassis EV Trucks. The contract is valued at $15.8 million and MGT expects to take possession of the vehicles between August and December of this year. All vehicle orders will be fulfilled through Randy Marion Automotive Group, a distributor of Mullen’s commercial EVs.

To date, the Company has received $279 million in purchase orders for Mullen Class 1 and Class 3 EV Vans and Trucks from Randy Marion Automotive Group. Randy Marion, based in North Carolina, is one of the largest commercial vehicle dealer groups in the U.S.

On April 18, 2023, the Company announced the formation of Mullen Advanced Energy Operations (“MAEO”), a collaboration with Global EV Technology, Inc. (“Global”), with initial development, focused on improving energy management technology in electric vehicles for greater range and vehicle performance. Global EV Technology provided test results from Element Materials Technology that were purchased by Hardge Global Technologies, LLC, with a report date of May 14, 2021. The results of this test on the Chevrolet Bolt electric vehicle showed an average increased battery capacity of 38.2%. On January 20, 2023, Energy Management Module (“EMM”) technology was also tested by Hardge and Mullen engineers on the Company’s EV Cargo Van at its Troy, Michigan, facility, with testing results showing an increased battery capacity of 44%.

Among the major milestones achieved by the Company to date has been the successful execution of Mullen's plan to deliver EV Cargo Vans to commercial customers before the end of March 2023. The first batch of EV Cargo Vans was fulfilled by Randy Marion Group to The University of North Carolina at Charlotte and MGT Lease Company in North Carolina, marking a significant step towards Mullen's goal of providing sustainable transportation solutions to businesses.

In April, the Company successfully completed a 60-day pilot program in collaboration with Loop Global and Menzies Aviation for the deployment of electric vehicles and charging infrastructure at Los Angeles International Airport (“LAX”).

(NASDAQ: MULN) (“Mullen” or the “Company”), an emerging electric vehicle (“EV”) manufacturer, today issues an update on the pilot program contract for installation of Energy Management Modules (“EMM”) on Washington, D.C., city government’s fleet of vehicles.

The $680,000 contract was previously awarded by the District of Columbia, Washington, D.C., to EV Technologies, LLC. for the purchase and installation of EMM units on Chevrolet Bolts within the D.C. city government’s vehicle fleet. Mullen Advanced Energy Operations (“MAEO”) is supporting EV Technologies for the execution of the contract, which started on April 24, 2023. MAEO, which is a 51%-owned subsidiary of Mullen Automotive, is a collaboration with Global EV Technology, Inc. (“Global”).

MAEO has named Lawrence Hardge to the position of Senior Vice President of Technology. Lawrence will be overseeing all technological aspects of the Energy Management Module ("EMM") applications.

Selten so gelacht. Wie kann man bitte etwas auf den Monat genau die nächsten 3 Jahre prognostizieren? Vor allem bei solch einem unklaren Start-up mit solch undurchsichtigen Entwicklungen.
Auch wenn's schön aussieht und wäre, ... man kann da absolut nichts drauf geben.
