nur nicht die positive, wie ihr sie immer einstellt, sondern die anderen der medaille. die wurden bei euch vorher ja totgeschwiegen. jetzt, wo ich drauf rumreite kommt dann endlich ein " ja, das stimmt, aber..."

wie immer bin ich am niveau schuld. war klar, haben wir auch schon zig-mal gehört. ich habe jedoch versicht nur zur aktie zu posten, wurde allerdings von einigen artikulations-legasthenikern auf der persönlichen seite auch angegriffen, was euch auch ein paar schöne sternchen eingebracht hat. leider wird dem einen oder anderen auch zukünftig etwas derartiges rausrutschen, da der kleingeist mit der kritik nicht leben kann.  

und nach Deiner Anmeldung bei Ariva an. Das spricht für sich, und den Verlauf der Niveau-Entwicklung habe ich allen vorhergesagt (siehe #416 vom 17.07.04).

das erinnert mich an den alten satz: "eßt scheisse, millionen fliegen können nicht irren"

nur weil vorher alles jasager sich hier tummelten, heisst das noch lange nicht, dass das niveau objektiv vorher gut war. das zeigt sich halt eben erst bei kontroversen diskussionen und da haben einige bei ihrer kriitkfähigkeit und sozialen kompetenz deutliche mängel.

leider ist das so. du hast es vorher schon gewusst, weil nämlich genau ein teil der graneten aus W:O hierhin abgewandert ist:

ihr beruhigt mal eure Gemüter. Ich finde es toll wenn jeder seine gesammelten Fakten und Erfahrungen zu caly darstellt. Ob negativ oder positiv ist doch egal. Oder? Es bildet sich doch jeder seine eigene Meinung. Also ruhig Blut. Da es momentan keine neuen Infos gibt sehe ich die Sache neutral. Der Eine ist Ein zocker der Andere ein langzeitorientierter Anleger. Dies sind doch von vorhinen schon Gegensätze. Ihr werdet doch nicht Birnen mit Äpfel zusammen zählen. Ob aus der Idee und dem Produkt das daraus entsteht etwas wird kann sowieso keiner vorhersehen.

Calypte Biomedical Announces Second Quarter and Six-Month Financial Results

PLEASANTON, Calif., Aug. 12 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Calypte Biomedical Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: CYPT) today announced financial results for the second quarter and six-months ended June 30, 2004. Revenue for the quarter increased 22% to $910,000, versus revenues of $749,000 for the comparable period in 2003. The net loss attributable to common stockholders for the quarter decreased 59% to $3.2 million, or $0.02 per common share, compared to a net loss of $7.9 million, or $0.72 per common share for the three months ended June 30, 2003. The net loss for the second quarter of 2004 and 2003 included $0.5 million and $4.1 million, respectively, in non-cash charges that were primarily related to the grants of common stock and options and warrants as compensation for services and non-cash interest expense related primarily to the accounting for Calypte's convertible debt financing instruments.

For the six months ended June 30, 2004, revenues increased 23% to $1.9 million, versus revenues of $1.5 million for the same period last year. The net loss attributable to common stockholders decreased by 49% to $7.3 million, or $0.05 per common share, compared to a net loss of $14.3 million, or $1.70 per common share for the six months ended June 30, 2003. The net loss for the six months ended June 30, 2004 and 2003 included $1.0 million and $7.7 million, respectively, in non-cash charges that were primarily related to the grants of common stock and options and warrants as compensation for services and non-cash interest expense related primarily to the accounting for Calypte's convertible debt financing instruments.

die zahlen kamen doch schon mit dem filing vor ein paar tagen raus!

das momentane cash hat man durch die fortlaufende aktienausgabe erhalten, sonst wäre man pleite und luckystrike-superstar, für solche wie dich sind solche postings von mir eigentlich gedacht, wenn sie nicht so stur sind.

das calypte nur noch geld durch die ausgabe neuer aktien hat, steht im filing welches du halt nicht liest. ich weiß, du verlässt dich lieber darauf, dass deine gurus dir die wahrheit erzählen.

im übrigen wurden ein umsatz von 1.300.000 für das 2-Q erwartet. jetzt sind es eben 910.000...

zu netliefe: nein, ich bin nicht drin, aber das bid ist schon bei 0,46

es gibt mittlerweile ca. 164.000.000 aktien. max ausgegeben werden können bis zu 800.000.000.

im letzten jahr um die zeit waren es ca. 80.000.000 aktien. da hast du den grund für das verbliebene cash
